We had dinner here yesterday and I have to say what a complete waste of money. Very expensive for what you get. The food tasted as if it’s been pre-prepared and just warmed up. Some of the sauces were that hot I’ve been up all night with a burning ulcer! Years ago this used to be an excellent Mexican with freshly prepared food and then the previous owners handed it over to somebody else. Now, I don’t know what’s happened but it just isn’t a good place to eat. I’m gobsmacked at the seemingly high reviews as it’s just basic food being passed off as Mexican. I don’t know what’s happened in Chapel Allerton but there’s not many good places to eat anymore and food standards have really dropped everywhere.

Great craft beer place. Also they do a collaboration with Pinche Pinche which is great and we use frequently!

We visited on Saturday, 4 adults a 9 month old baby and a 5 month old puppy. We had booked a table. We were shown to our table but waited 15 minutes before my daughter went up to the counter to ask if someone could take our order. A waitress came over and we ordered food and drinks. Our hot drinks came quickly but our food took 1.5 hours to come, we had to order more drinks to have with our food. Keeping a baby entertained for this length of time was extremely difficult. The food was delicious but I would not return here because of the waiting time and poor customer service.

Most expensive sandwiches EVER! £2.80 for your teacake, then £1 for a sausage and 50p for "tomato" that was nothing more than a splash of tomato juice! £3.80 before you start if you want a large teacake / roll / breadcake / bap. £19.50 for 4 sandwiches, nothing special as can be seen from the picture, just for basic sarnies. First and last visit! First ever sandwiche bar to charge for a bag! Give it a miss.

Had a lovely meal for our anniversary. Lovely interior but could do with better lighting especially to see the menu. We had mixed grill for one which had chicken souvlaki, pork yeeros, wild boar sausage, lamb chop and a burger. Fresh salad and choice of spread, with chips or rice. I opted for rice but it came with chips but I didn’t change as all the meat was on top of the chips. Came with pitta too. I had tzatziki which was lovely. Hubby had the chicken souvlaki board with chips and tzatziki and we shared some haloumi and the spicy feta. Tasty food. We were very full. We also ordered a Coke Zero and a mocktail but were a bit disappointed as the Coke was a can for £3 and the mocktail was half huge chunks of ice for £8. Would def eat there again

Great pizzas. I've tried most of their pizzas and keep going back for malai paneer pizza. Nice fries. I can't say anything about the rest of the menu because they're our pizza place and we never order anything else!
