The best restaurants in Bessacarr and Cantley Doncaster Yorkshire and The Humber

Our 2nd visit. Took 2 friends who have more tapas experience than us. They were very impressed with the range and quality available. We think it is excellent.

Lovely afternoon tea, Went for my birthday and the table was set up lovely. They brought tea and coffe in a pot which was lovely. And we all had our own afternoon tea with some sandwiches, cake and scones. They did a small plate for the child as well, she was a little upset she didnt have a cake stand. The ice cream looked amazing and they even do milkshakes and take out. They do full meals as well.

Ordered a chicken burger for my autistic child that doesn’t eat cheese. I get a chicken cheeseburger with lots of cheese, and a tantrum from him. Never again.

Wow!! Go to Dunkin donuts and they yet again don’t put the donuts in!!! Another £15 worth of stuff missing…. Still waiting on my refund from it happening last time!! Won’t be giving it anymore chances, £30/£35 down.

These are great fish and chips, fish is thick and white inside and the batter light and crispy but never greasy or oily and the portion of chips very generous. Always very clean both sides of the counter, only been 3 times so far but quality on all 3 visits has matched the same high standards and the price is competitive too and that's a bonus! Well done to the new team.

It was an early lunch on a Monday so only a handful of customers, we were acknowledged by a lovely friendly waitress immediately on entering the restaurant, plenty choice on menu, food came quickly and was presented and cooked perfectly. Staff were friendly and attentive.Restaurant was clean and inviting, I would definitely return and recommend.

Fantastic food, very consistent!

Ordered via just eat for the first time. Recommended by a family member. The chicken korma was delicious, thick sauce that doesn't split and isn't watery. Chicken cooked lovely too. Rice spot on. My other half really enjoyed his onion baji. I ordered a prawn puree - which the sauce and bread were fine, however the prawns had the strong fishy taste when seafood has been frozen. I don't believe they were cooked fresh. However, this has been the first Indian I've came across in months that has cooked a peshwari perfectly (not burnt) so 10/10 for that. Overall, for my first time ordering from here, having tried most of the Indians in my local area and surrounding villages, I will definitely order again and would recommend. If the prawns tasted fresh, it would easily be a 5 star.

I pre booked my table asking for a ncgi menu be left on table as most place you have to ask for it first of all we were stuck in traffic so I rung them to explain we was on our way and they said not a problem they will save our table we arrived and greeted very friendly and was told the menu is on the table for us we ordered the new menu steak Americana and it wasn't long before it was with in no time hot and very flavoursome really enjoyed cooked just how we asked the staff was attentive took our plates and asked if we was ready for the desserts we had ordered it was Apple crumble and custard it was lovely really enjoyed it this was all from the non containing gluten menu we had used a 30% off mains and was told about the special they offer on certain days like steak night and drink pie n drink curry and drink at certain prices on certain days we will go back again because it's friendly value for money and the added bonus separate menu instead of having to trawl through a allergy book which always makes me feel embarrassed when it's a illness not a diet fad more pubs should do more choice and separate menus like the house martin
