Drinks were good. Donuts were average. Service was unhelpful and unfriendly. No excuse for the last part

The best coffee in Doncaster. Less bitter than Costa. Great place to study and work on your laptop

I came in on 7th April 2025 to order our usuals. Went through the drive thru asked for large latte with caramel got told no caramel yet again which is happening weekly now and we travel 30 mins everyday there and back as well usually enjoy going here. Also asked for a large latte Boston cream to be told don't do them anymore and haven't done for months, she said to have a mocha with vanilla no cream, as it doesn't come with cream. Also asked for a large ice latte with sugarcane. Got them paid for them pulled out the drive thru we tried both the lattes had to pull back in to the car park to take drinks back as the tasted disgusting they tasted like milky water. Asked for them to be made again. Asked why there wasn't cream on the Boston cream latte again and the woman said we don't do a Boston cream latte anymore it's just mocha with vanilla so you don't get cream on it. So I said did yesterday and every other time I've been in. And the woman said she doesn't know. Got the 2 coffees which were just as bad as the 1st lot. WASTE OF MONEY, WASTEOF FUEL AND WASTE OF TIME. The staff that afternoon was ignorant, unhelpful and don't know what they are doing. They need retraining. If i could give you zero stars I would but the app won't let me so that's why I have given you 1 star. I spend a lot of money each week at your establishment which I am now think twice about going somewhere else.

Wow!! Go to Dunkin donuts and they yet again don’t put the donuts in!!! Another £15 worth of stuff missing…. Still waiting on my refund from it happening last time!! Won’t be giving it anymore chances, £30/£35 down.

Very unorganised. There were 2 people behind the counter and only 1 table of people. We have been waiting 10-15 minutes and we have not been served.

I come here more a less everyday and buy the same drinks large iced latte with triple caramel and a large iced mocha with French vanilla. They are the best coffees and the guys that work there are very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. Definitely the best place to go. Thanks guys.

Missing box of 6 donuts and wrong drink

Great fast delivery & most of our order was ok BUT the chocolate muffin was so stale we could not eat it, so one unhappy little girl!! & a waste of £2.95 at the prices you charge, the food should be top quality compared to other retailers and it’s not. Could have popped to the shop next door and got 4 chocolate muffins better quality than the one you sent!

Prefer the coffee here rather than Starbucks and Costa. Added bonus of a yummy donut too ☕🍩👌

The service and coffee, I cannot fault. My friend and I come for a dunkin most days, this particular day we had a drive thru coffee at around 10.30am then decided to go for a walk around the lake. Due to the coffee we both needed to urinate so called back into dunkin and used the toilet facilities. On our way into dunkin there was a man who was cleaning the bin outside. He stared at the both at us making us feel uncomfortable and was unsure whether it was because he had a learning disabilty. On our way out the same man decided to make me feel uncomfortable sarcastically making a comment that I went in just to use the toilet facilities “just using the toilet then” I replied and said we had already bought a coffee this morning and do most mornings. It’s disappointing receiving comments like this especially when we over pay (by choice) for their coffee and was a customer 45 minutes prior. Unsure why this would affect the “bin man cleaner/bouncer” know your facts before making comments to loyal customers.

I absolutely love coming to this particular Dunkin Donuts and it's my favourite coffee establishment in Doncaster. I mainly go for their Cappucino's with an extra shot of Espresso or a flat white now and then, both of which taste great. The staff are pleasant and well-mannered which goes a long way, I've been visiting this branch since it opened roughly 3 years ago, and while there may have been rare occasions where delays waiting or other minor disappointments happen, I can happily attribute it to unexpectedly large customer footfall which couldn't have realistically been anticipated from a managerial standpoint. I mainly tend to see Jonathan, Mel or the wonderful gent with glasses and grey facial hair, but newer staff members seem to be doing great too. I was a bit puzzled by Toby's 1 star review complaining about the young lady with Red Hair at Dunkin, as on the contrary myself and all of my friends are in uninamimous agreement that her customer service and coffee making is spot on!

Absolutely delicious and picked a time even when it was busy.

It used to be really good and standards have slipped. Ordering more than one coffee you're going to get 1 full and 1 half or just as I received 1 half and 1 full but cold. Never going again.

I usually go to Dunkin Donuts for one of the advertised drinks ‘cold brew’ I have had this about 3 times. The past 4+ months I have been at least once a week and it is always ‘out of stock’. If the staff cannot be bothered to make the drink or order the stock in at-least take it off the menu. I understand items being out of stock but I go mornings and sometimes afternoons and it is inevitably out of stock, yet still advertised.

Customer service was fab, can’t remember his name but hats off to the bloke who served us. He was super friendly and helpful 🍩

One of the donuts wrong, the free drink tasted awful and the frappe was completely melted, so just liquid (not slushy as should be). No cream either. Waste of £20!!

Not the first time this has happend but I paid extra for syrup which I didn’t get? I ordered a pumpkin spice latte but got a regular one and a maple iced coffie but got a regular??

Slow service, hot/no air con. Flies inside the donut display. Go to Asda instead.

Strange interior decoration, but good fast service

We come here every single Friday and order the same thing, it used to be amazing and we looked forward to out little Friday treat, but its gone so far downhill recently we've put a stop to even going. I dunno what's happened, new staff, lack of caring, new products? who knows, but we won't be visiting anymore.

Large selection of donuts, coffee, etc. You can find good deals... When we are in the area, we must visit here, I recommend it.

I asked for a croissant with butter and got something else

I usually love Dunkin’ Donuts, but this establishment did not live up to my expectations, unfortunately. The donut selection was scarce and the donuts they did have were a bit dry. The girl who helped me was nice. The atmosphere wasn’t anything to write home about. However, it is great that they have a drive-through!

No decaf here and cannot use blue light discount unless you have app, not everyone has a smartphone or data, coffee is ok standard nothing special here

I ordered an iced latte with oat milk and ONE shot of caramel. Dunkin sent the coffee with no Oat milk, and a LOT of caramel, it was at the point where I was unable to drink it. They also sent out the wrong donut, I bought an England donut and they sent me a Happy Face. They didn’t contact me prior to ask about allergies. Really bad communication and service from this branch. I will not be ordering again.

My order was missing my 6 donuts - how is this possible?!

Decided to call in just for a coffee. Waited for the guy to take my order, can only be descrided as a waster. Not v friendly or chatty totaly cba vibes. So orderd a flat white n a hot choc n a box of 3 dougnuts. Got the doughnuts then waited and waited and waited. So he made the DT drinks after my order and the customers who came in after wouldnt of minded waiting if was buissy butb3 cars and 2 instore. So orderd at 7:55 got drinks at 8:15. He cba to make the drinks parmed it off one a small girl. He just walked off. The girl apologysed for it all not her fault but what a spanner the guy was. Hes needs retraining thats for sure

First visit to a Dunkin in the UK. Donuts were awesome with a good selection. Opted to eat-in and takeaway a selection. Staff were friendly and patient whilst my indecisive son picked his selection. Restaurant clean and comfortable too.

Didnt get what I ordered for sure, can tell by getting 3 same kind doughnuts when ordered only 2 of that kind, shame since it was for a group and not everyone like same things. I understand some could be sold out but they could at least ask what would you like as a replacement.

One coffee was great the other coffee was real bad when you don't like cold coffee and ordered a hot coffee and get a cold one disappointing tbh when the receipt clearly says hot...

Drinks were artificially too sweet, the chai latte couldn't even be drank. Also we received an incorrect donut and all 3 were stale, wouldn't order again based on this

First time I've had a doughnut from here. They were absolutely delicious and they've got such a great range. We went for a few halloween options and they were sooo tasty! Special mention to the staff who were really lovely and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Yesterday I got served by a really kind and polite woman called Paige who helped me out with deciding what doughnuts I wanted. I came in for 1 but she managed to convince me to up in to 6 because of the fantastic customer service and wide range of options. Paige also told me about 12 for 12 which I am definitely going to come in and buy in the near future! Fantastic all round experience would highly recommend!

Manager is incompetent, sitting on his phone with no regard for our concern, dismissive attitude and rude.

Staff are really nice, lots of places to sit and the drinks are delicious. They have WiFi, plugs and good table options for remote working.

Ben deserves a raise . And that one dude that's a bit miserable but always says the right thing and makes banging coffee hats off to you mate . we come here so much some staff remember our order . £65 we've spent here this month and never disappointed. peace .

DD @ Herten Triangle is a lovely place. Great atmosphere. The staff really take the time to make you feel welcome and valued, even if they are short staffed or busy. I want to mention Reda, Craig and Kerry for going above and beyond with their delivery of customer service. They are an absolute credit to the store and should be praised. Top people! 🙂

The seating area was dirty. Staff manning the tills and don't have the time to clean the seating areas. There was sugar on the table and floor, general rubbish from a high turnover.

Good deals for donut and coffee

I've only ever had the plain glazed donut, but it's a classic and I love it. I always come for an ices latè with vanilla. And it bears every coffee shop that I've ever been to

Donuts are okay some most flavour than others but not amazing for the price. Filter coffee is good and would recommend

Really decent coffee and more than reasonable prices. Staff here are always polite and provide good service which usually is a toss up in many chain branches/franchisees in the UK. Cannot comment on the food (namely donuts) as I do not eat such. Give this place a go.

The guy that served us was fantastic, told us about the deal if we downloaded the app walked away with a box of donuts for half price. Result!
