Alfie was really polite and gave great service. Food prepared by Eloise was amazing, definitely recommend

Had BBQ chicken in a crêpe, the chicken was very nice but it just tasted weird being in a crepe so nothing wrong with the food just my own preferences.

OMG That was one of the best desserts I've had in my life. The ice cream here is amaaaaazing and im not easily impressed. Great quality, great atmosphere, great service. Loads of choices. Highly reccomend anyone coming here. Loads of parking available as its at lakeside. 5 stars 🌟

ordered two milkshakes via Deliveroo and both came with quite a bit of plastic fragments in them which I assume is from the wrapper of the chocolate - terrible.

When wanting staff there never around and the girl we got served by her attitude was disgusting towards myself, been creams a few times over past couple of weeks and it’s never been like this before ! 😡

The food is lovely with chloe even knowing my order! I like the options that are available and how quick service is, I enjoy being able to nip in after school for a sweet treat.

Untidy, all tables got the last customers food plates on but no one sitting there, could do with the floor sweeping and the tables cleared and wiped, very poor hygiene, would not recommend

Incredible food and incredible service, the fiesta hot pocket was amazing. Brilliant texture and extremely tasty. I was served by the lovely manager, cannot recommend this place enough.

Very poor experience. Stood at the till for ages to be given a menu, in the end had to reach over the counter and grab one for ourselves. It’s 2025, I don’t see why they can’t have a QR menu on tables if they’re not willing to give menus out. Ordered two ‘thick shakes’ for my partner and I, took about 15-20 minutes to receive these (I’d understand slower service for warm desserts but for two milkshakes is not acceptable in my opinion). When they arrived they couldn’t remember which flavour was which, one contained nuts but thankfully neither of us are allergic but this would be a severe safety risk for anyone who is. Told the server we weren’t happy with the wait to which we got the usual answer of ‘we had a lot of orders’ - was not many in store and didn’t see many coming in for takeaway suggesting that more staff are needed or better training needed. Milkshakes weren’t exactly cold or thick when we received them either. All in all a pretty good demonstration of how not to run a restaurant on this occasion.

The only downfall is that the bottom of my crepes were a little overcooked, but it didn't affect how amazing the food was.

The cookie doughs were expensive and were so little, when we asked them to pack it they gave it to us the boxes to pack ourselves when we had no utensils to do it. The Sunday was good but the cake tasted old and left over and not fresh at all.

My dessert came out to me really quickly, I had many requests and changes to what I ordered but the staff were more than happy to help and when it arrived they had taken care of all requests and the dessert was amazing absolutely spot on

Cookie dough on a waffle is not cookie dough it’s crumbled up dust of something that dosnt resemble cookie dough literally just sugar disappointment

The ladies serving are very rude. Especially to Uber Eats drivers. They speak rudely to drivers and fail to meet promises made. These women lack basic customer service skills. If you are going to say five minutes, then make it five minutes otherwise don’t say five minutes. Are used to come and eat at this place, but now I definitely will not be returning or giving them any of my service. I would recommend people reading to visit waffle box instead in town centre , Atleast you are served by polite people Customer service is everything

Gorgeous food on our first ever visit to Creams Cafe Doncaster today. Lovely friendly server Alfie made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We went at just the right time before it got too busy. Sparkling clean place. Will go again!

Wide range of deserts, lovely staff. Nice clean area really enjoyed and will be regular visitors here. The price of meals was amazing as well! Family of four, all had drinks and desserts were HUGE less than £40. None of us could finish. 10/10

We had one of the cookie dough options and it was incredible. That’s like the best dessert my family and I ever had and wish we had this in the states.

Thought we'd give this place a try for Ice-cream and milkshakes. We waited at the till, then had a little walk around before going back to the till waiting to be served a few minutes go by and someone walks out of the back, she see me, my partner and daughter and walks back through the door without a word. We waited a bit longer and eventually left.

Absolutely great! Wonderful service! As soon as I came in I have got wishes for Mother's Day😊 Girls working there were absolutely polite and very helpful. My daughter ordered Henry the Chick Waffle and she was so happy because it looks so cute and it was really yummy. All food which we ordered was made really fast and it was really tasty. Very good start of the day😊😊😊
