Thought we'd give this place a try for Ice-cream and milkshakes. We waited at the till, then had a little walk around before going back to the till waiting to be served a few minutes go by and someone walks out of the back, she see me, my partner and daughter and walks back through the door without a word. We waited a bit longer and eventually left.

Been here a few times and on first names basis with Val. She’s just amazing, so caring and helpful. The food is great also ;)

Absolutely great! Wonderful service! As soon as I came in I have got wishes for Mother's Day😊 Girls working there were absolutely polite and very helpful. My daughter ordered Henry the Chick Waffle and she was so happy because it looks so cute and it was really yummy. All food which we ordered was made really fast and it was really tasty. Very good start of the day😊😊😊

DESERTS GALORE!! Creams is best place we been. Better than your usual takeaway desert parlours. Great Friendly staff. Everything is amazing! Very family welcoming easy to call and reserve for (6). Something for everyone !!!! ****HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!****

The staff were incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful with creating a dessert that wasn't on the menu. They create your own options are wonderfully flexible. We went when it was quiet but it was still a nice atmosphere to gather and chat. We will be back!

I've only been here for drinks (Such as the milkshakes, etc), and they were very nice, the only thing I dislike is that the place feels a bit on the grotty/unclean side, especially with the stickers decorating some tables. Overall, would still recommend if you happen to be in the area.

I recently took my 6 year old daughter here, paid over £18 for 2 cookie dough’s with ice cream & 2 bottles of water. Food was really nice & have visited before. Our order arrived & had only been on the table about 5 minutes before my little one needed to go to the loo, as it was only us 2 I left our coats on the chairs to indicate our table was still occupied. My little girl been having a few health issues so took a little longer in the loo than I anticipated, no longer than 10 minutes. When we came out our table had been cleared completely! I explained to the lady behind the counter that we just nipped to the loo & that we hadn’t finished eating (our food had barely been touched). I got a reply that we had been gone a while & tables need to be cleared for new customers arriving, it wasn’t particularly busy. The lady offered me my (opened) bottles of water back & daughter’s coat. I don’t understand why the food got thrown away but the water didn’t? No refund or replacement offered so I left with little one in tow. I emailed customer services to log a complaint, received an acknowledgement email saying they would be in touch in a few working days. This was weeks ago. Very disappointed with the lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. We won’t be going there again.

Creams is a staple in mine an my friend's life, we aren't local and drive out especially for bubble tea and waffles. Today we had the ghoulish graveyard waffle their special for Halloween.... and it was easily the best waffle I've had ever. Don't walk, RUN. Eat the waffles.

Ghoulish graveyard waffle is something I definitely recommend to anyone. All the ladies are lovely and knowledgeable to Thier products. I Come to cream often enough but had to try something different it wasn't disappointing...

Thought I would give it a second chance but never again… We asked to eat in and were given desserts in takeaway tubs with takeaway disposable spoons.. Not to forget the warm bottles of Coke.

We came and ordered at the restaurant we were served by Valerie lovely lady polite and courteous, we then sat and it was easy to see her great work ethic she was taking orders to tables and even came and cleared our table then back to the till and then brought us our food she was polite and very attentive if you had staff like Valerie it would be safe to say your business is in good hands also other staff were busy and keeping work stations clear. The deserts were amazing never a let down enjoy the bubble gum milkshakes take me back to being a little child ☺️ But great work and please ensure to praise Valerie we will be asking thank you.

My daughter has severe nut allergy and she wanted dessert in Creams in Doncaster. All I can say is, customer service and confidence of the team lead (Jack) was second to none. An asset to the company. He talked us through the allergens and prepared my daughters dessert. What I valued was his confidence about the product ingredients and this gave me confidence in what he was preparing. Secondly his colleague Valerie was great too and very engaging and reassuring. An amazing experience. Very pleased, thank you Jack and Valerie

Ordered the waffles with the chocolate version and was good. A bit overpriced though. Waffles was crispy outside but not very well cooked inside. Service was super nice. Also ordered the crepes with bananas and strawberry, and the bubblegum sundae. Spent almost £30 for all three desserts.

We went to creams and ordered 5 milkshakes ! Watery and not nice at all. Thick shakes NOT Would not return (visit was on 25 June)

Service was lovely. Went on a date and a worker was chatty and gave us a sample of a slushie. Loved it!

Been about three times now and each time food and service have been lovely. Lattes are excellent and waffles/crepes are just right.

If the owner thinks its appropriate to implement a policy that stops people wearing what they want to a restaurant aimed at teenagers and their staff find it appropriate to shove the notice into a 17 year old girls face to tell her her outfit is appropriate; is it really worth your money, not to mention we were informed of this policy after we had paid and so we were forced to wait embarrassed whilst everyone stared at us while the staff member claimed that nobody could here her embarrassing us. There's nothing inappropriate about a bikini top that a 17 year old is wearing.
