A well presented and very clean Premier Inn. Recently spent five days here, taking part on a course. I had the breakfast option and the Brewers Fayre next door with its unlimited breakfast was a pleasing and fantastic experience every morning with their fantastic staff. Always a hello or good day form the Premier in team at whatever time. I enjoyed daily how fast the bath filled up. Took advantage of the sheet to replace the quilt and water at the reception too. Couldn’t ask for more. Had a great sleep every night, ready for the next day.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Doncaster and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable—exactly what you’d expect from a reliable brand like Premier Inn. The staff were especially welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious, well-lit, and spotless, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. I also appreciated the convenient location—close to local attractions and easy to find with ample parking. Whether you’re visiting Doncaster for business or leisure, this Premier Inn offers excellent value and dependable comfort. Highly recommended!

What a breath of fresh air! After checking into the accommodation I had booked (NOT Premier Inn!) I was borderline traumatised by the absolute state of it and had to leave! I turned up to Premier Inn Doncaster Central Easy and hoped to high heavens they had a spare room... They did! Not only did the lovely girl on the desk listen to me waffle on and on about the other hotel, but she also helped me to get the best price on a room by booking online. I then had issues with payment and she was nothing but patient and polite! This was the evening of 7th May. I didn't get her name, but she had dark skin and glasses, long dark hair and the biggest smile - Please PLEASE give that girl a bonus! Room was lovely and clean, smelled gorgeous, central heating inside, and the bed was SO comfy. Lovely bathroom, tea/coffee facilities in the room, and the continental breakfast at Brewer's Fayre next door was lovely also. Beautiful lakeside walk just behind the hotel, and lots of places to shop and eat right across the road, including Taco Bell and Dunkin' Donuts! I doubt I'll ever book anywhere that's not a Premier Inn ever again after such a wonderful experience. Their customer service, especially coupled with their refusal to house illegals, is second to none. A hotel firm the UK can be proud of! ❤️

I recently stayed at Premier Inn and was really impressed by the receptionist think her name was Brooke. She was super friendly and down to earth, making me feel welcome right away. She took the time to answer all my questions. Her warm attitude made my stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and excellent service!

5 🌟’s all round!!!!! I stayed here a while back with my husband and our 18 month old son, after attending a wedding nearby. The hotel is lovely and in such a convenient location. The receptionist Brooke was so lovely, and went above and beyond to accommodate my sons dietary requirements for breakfast. Breakfast was very nice, and a great price. We will definitely be back when we next visit Doncaster! (The beds are sooooo comfy!!!!!!)🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I came here for a business trip and the reason I gave only 2 stars is because the receptionist was lovely, but everything else was horrendous! If you want to be up the whole night parting with everyone outside just book one of those rooms facing the restaurant and that's it no sleep for you an entire night! Dunno who made that decision to put bar tables under guests' windows, but that guy deserves to be fired immediately and get a new brain ASAP! If I could give 0 stars for the restaurant I would, but obviously I can't! You order a meal here you will wait at least an hour, and if you are ordering beef don't bother telling them how would you like your beef to be cooked because the chefs have absolutely no clue what is Rear,MR,Medium,MW or Well Done!..even if you complaint to the bar staff about your temperature they also have no clue how a Medium for example should look like! I had a guy convincing me for 10 minutes that my Well Done Beef was Medium, priceless! If you order Fish or Calamari forget about the lemon wedge, because that doesn't go with seafood, of course! The bar staff needs big-time training and education as well! What about the breakfast team? They are even worse! There are almost never fried eggs on the buffet! Even if you stand there and wait to get attention from anyone to tell them that there are no fried eggs, you are just wasting your time! No one will ever come to check on the buffet or to ask you what are you waiting for and why are you standing there! For them is much more important to chat between themselves and ignore you, rather than help you! Lowest of the Low!

Stayed here as lay over and upon arrival were disappointed at the lack of premier in only car park. We phoned and were told twice by a slightly irritated receptionist that we should park in the large public car park. We parked as near to cameras as possible as we sensed danger. The lord must have been watching. The next morning, we saw two cars only but a row away with there windows now decorating the car park floor. Their owners a quivering wreck whilst pondering their windy journey back home. This epic near miss aside, we have never visited Doncaster in south Yorkshire England before. We were unaware that it draws it local climate directly from the surface of the sun. The room was a health hazard. Aside from the always comforting premier in mattress, which I had to peel myself from for my regular twice nightly pee (in my 40s you know) it's was a restless night. The shadow of a token £15 b&q fan mocking us in the corner just deepened the wounds. Anyway, a mediocre stay.

Can't actually say much about the hotel itself; this was meant to be a stopover on the way to a campsite but I was having an absolute mare with the rental camper van's central locking so spent the night in there to avoid leaving a stranger's van unlocked and unguarded. While I was trying to lock it, though, a couple of ladies from reception challenged me thinking I was trying to break in. If I was a wrongen I'd have legged it, they were rather intimidating. When they realised I wasn't a thief but an unfortunate idiot (they did check my name against a booking rather than just taking my word for if) they were very friendly, so big points on both security and customer service. Can only assume the room was nice and comfy as well, given that my very concerned partner quickly stopped replying to my messages so was presumably sleeping soundly.

The front desk staff was very friendly. They made us check in before 2pm, for which you must pay an extra £10. The biggest drawback of the hotel is, on the one hand, the room, which does not have a refrigerator and that the shower is very high to access and has a handle fixed to the wall above, so if you don't want to wash your hair, things are complicated . And on the other hand, breakfast. You do it in the bar next door. We paid £7.5 for the continental, and there was no coffee machine (it had been broken for a few days) and the toaster is very small and takes a long time, so there is a queue to toast your bread.

Not a great stay here, staff were fantastic however, breakfast a nightmare 1 hour 40 mins to get it on the first day, restaurant closed the second, still waiting for the promised refund, the ultra fast WiFi that one needs to pay extra for was not by any means ultra fast, in fact it was mostly non existent. I have had a refund for this though.

Stayed here in February 2024. Nice clean room, very friendly staff absolutely no complaints regarding that. Only reason I took one star from it is the parking. You have to leave your car in a massive public car park away from the hotel. Lots of opportunities for yobs to get to it and was told incidents have happened in the past. Lake a short walk away great walking round it. Brewer's fare very close so you won't get wet in the rain walking to it. Left a separate review for that. To round it up great hotel except for the parking. Plenty to do in the area. Cinema, bowling, big Asda store and loads of eating places. Recommended if you Don't worry about your car.

Very often you can kiss the doorknob and there is no information anywhere that the premises will be closed or closed. I don't know why they have a Facebook page if there is almost no current information there. Opening hours are inconsistent with reality. When it comes to food, there is little choice and the flagship product, dumplings, is not impressive
