We were Visiting my brother for a few days and on our last night decided not to cook. We were recommended Kai's by his next door neighbour. Rang the order in, duck dish, chicken wings, prawn toast & a special fried rice, we were told ready in 1/4 of an hour. Very efficient service. We shared all the dishes and had a mix and match. The food was hot and very flavoursome. We were a little confused with the chicken wings they seemed more like strips of pork, but whatever tasty. We received a complimentary bag of prawn crackers. I would recommend if your wanting a quick fix meal for our above order it was £25.

Ordered and asked for no salad no sauce!!! Called was told oh next time shite customer service with even worse food!!! The salad was brown and bread clearly defrosted as soggy, don’t waste ur money!!!

The best Pizza & Cheesy chips in hakifax by a mile, no exception. I have been to dozens of takeaways and pretty much exhausted just eat and nobody comes close. This isn't a claim I make lightly. I've never been to this Takeaway before but I'll definitely be going again!! There's some very good Asian food sellers locally but this one has to be in my personal Top 10. I just wanted a bit of a bigger snack on the way home, came across this quite small shop so went in. De.....lic....ious!! !! Many thanks from a new convert ! The fish is to die for, red hot and crispy 😋 👌 😍 xx

Absolutely fantastic chippy had the Scallop Special wow absolutely stuffed and a complete Bargain at £3.50 ! Had a second visit to this chippy, and it was as good as the first one !

Really friendly staff and nice food

After going here for over 25 years never again. Poor customer service, prioritise the online orders and ignore face to face customers. 4 staff in the shop and was ignored by all bar 1. The service has been steadily going down hill and tonight was the last straw. Such a shame as I like to support small local businesses who need the support.

Excellent customer service from Holly in the cafe this morning. She totally exceeded my expectations and it was clear how was she the same with other customers. Even something as simple as being honest about the strength of the teabags. So many cafes will only give you one tea bag but I was told that if the tea was too weak then take another teabag.

Dinner during a weekday. Booked table for four. When we went there it was about six and we were seated in the pokey part of the restaurant...dark and we cannot see the menu as it was that dark. Food ...nothing to write about. Fish and chips...and others ordered the burgers with chicken. Usual fare for restaurants. More choices in the town centre...
