We were Visiting my brother for a few days and on our last night decided not to cook. We were recommended Kai's by his next door neighbour. Rang the order in, duck dish, chicken wings, prawn toast & a special fried rice, we were told ready in 1/4 of an hour. Very efficient service. We shared all the dishes and had a mix and match. The food was hot and very flavoursome. We were a little confused with the chicken wings they seemed more like strips of pork, but whatever tasty. We received a complimentary bag of prawn crackers. I would recommend if your wanting a quick fix meal for our above order it was £25.

The best Pizza & Cheesy chips in hakifax by a mile, no exception. I have been to dozens of takeaways and pretty much exhausted just eat and nobody comes close. This isn't a claim I make lightly. Used this Takeaway for the 1st time, We were a little dubious at first as the inside of the Takeaway was a little dark & dull, But we were pleasantly surprised, Staff behind the counter were friendly & made feel welcomed, The food ordered (Meal Deal for 2) was a Great deal & very tasty! 👌👏👍 We would recommend to anyone! *Never judge a book by its cover!

After going here for over 25 years never again. Poor customer service, prioritise the online orders and ignore face to face customers. 4 staff in the shop and was ignored by all bar 1. The service has been steadily going down hill and tonight was the last straw. Such a shame as I like to support small local businesses who need the support.

Excellent customer service from Holly in the cafe this morning. She totally exceeded my expectations and it was clear how was she the same with other customers. Even something as simple as being honest about the strength of the teabags. So many cafes will only give you one tea bag but I was told that if the tea was too weak then take another teabag.

Dinner during a weekday. Booked table for four. When we went there it was about six and we were seated in the pokey part of the restaurant...dark and we cannot see the menu as it was that dark. Food ...nothing to write about. Fish and chips...and others ordered the burgers with chicken. Usual fare for restaurants. More choices in the town centre...
