Food was freezing cold when arrived .

Was out for delivery for about 30 mins the restaurant and my location were about 10 mins away if that by care

Ordered from here a few times. First time was nice , the other 3 times was stale food, wrong orders, kebabs ruined with chili sauce when asked for no sauce. Orders always arrived 30 mins early and wrong. Very rushed. Wont be ordering again.

everything good apart from the sauce was empty .it was all over the bag

The donner kebabs were really nice but the Korma sauce was really thin like the consistency of single cream. Wasn’t great

Piping hot and full of flavour, can’t fault it.

Come late and all the food was cold I am now stood by cooker warming it up so I can eat it

We use Rastrick Spice quite a lot and we've always enjoyed the food. the delivery drivers are always pleasant. it's our favourite takeaway.

Beautiful food,i ordered a donner meat wrap with salad & chips it might look like a small portion but i assure you its so filling! The donner meat is nice & fresh not greasy in the slightest and the wrap doesnt fall apart like most other places do,salad was nice and fresh & the chips were done to perfection 10/10,rastrick spice never fail with there food

Poor quality food, dry chicken, dry naan, poppadoms cooked in old oil, missing item.

The CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA IS TO DIE FOR !!!!!! WOW best curry ever. absolutely gorgeous food.

Never had an issue here before but they MUST clean the oil in the friers. Chicken tasted terrible. Always good but not this time.

Usually very happy with my food from here until today ordered 4 sauces got 1 bab was full of grease so were the trays of kebab 🥲 gutted because I love the red kebabs usually too

Food is amazing as usual, such a shame the driver lied to restaurant about delivering my food to me (I think he made a mistake) causing an entire ordeal. After numerous phone calls the restaurant delivered the food eventually, hot so assume they had to re-cook. I appreciate them sorting it in the end but unfortunately the driver was a let down. Might have to pass on this place next time.

First time ordering from here as usual takeaway was closed. I’m very fussy with takeaways and only have 2 that I’ll eat from. This will definitely be added to the list. The food was lovely, the best chilli sauce. 10/10 would recommend

Should have known better than to order southern fried chicken from an Indian takeaway. I asked for thighs and they sent breast. The chicken was dry but the coating was so greasy and mushy. It was inedible and had to throw it away. Maybe their Indian food is better.

Food was okay, but the portion size was ridiculous for the price I paid! Approx 10 Chicken Tikka pieces with rice - £8.50! Won’t be ordering that again.

ordered a Korma. it was literally just coconut milk. no other flavour and an off white in colour.

The food was cold,it felt like is was left overs from earlier burnt and warmed up in the microwave. I felt like due to it being a late order that they didn't care, most likely thought it didn't matter due to the time of night. I will not order from there again cold, tasteless I threw it away what a waste of money.

The food was pretty good but the tikka masala was overly salty and a little heavy on the coriander.

Tad disappointed the salad tray only consisted of warm lettuce and onions that isn’t a salad the onions bargies were no bigger than chicken nuggets and cremated absolutely rock hard the only decent thing to come in our order was the mixed kebab my son ordered , rest of family may have to fight him for this as we’re starving the other stuff definitely wasn’t worth eating waste of money … never had problems when ordering previously over the years used this place constantly.:. Won’t order again

The food has just arrived and it’s all absolutely stone cold. Shouldn’t have to wait that length of time for it to arrive and have to put it in the microwave

Delivery driver was respectful and followed delivery instructions, however food was slightly cold but that’s to be expected with ordering a delivery. Apart from that, I’d recommend it

Terrible food. We ordered a chicken bhuna and got curry sauce with no meat. Had to ring and they sent another curry which took another 40 minutes and some of the order was missing. Don’t bother ordering unless you want to be messed about with sub standard food.

Orded poppadoms but they never came with my order

Avoid. Food arrived within the area on time, however the driver refused to leave his car, despite looking for the house. We had to walk to the car to collect our food after 10 minute of them being lost. Kebab meat was identical to a leather belt. Onion bhajis were burnt and undercooked same time. Naan was stale. The meat within the mixed starter had the textile of rubber. Curries were dreadful. Only redeeming part of the meal was the chips, if you ignored the fact there were cold.

4 times in last 2 weeks, always excellent food and deliver with a smile! cant ask for more!

The worst food I've ever had. Not only was it 30 minutes late it was cold. The bhaji's were literally burnt to a crisp! Chicken korma had congealed. Soggy naan bread because the inside of the packet was full of condensation. This is the second time my food had gone in the bin. Won't be a third! Sent photos to justeat for proof!

Was very disappointed with the pizza I ordered from here the toppings were practically non existent. it was more like a garlic bread. I recommend their kebabs but avoid the pizza unless you like it dull as heck.

Garlic naan and poppadoms were burnt to a crisp! How you thought it was acceptable to give this to a customer is disgusting. Not edible at all. Couldn't eat most of the chicken tikka&chips as there was a pile of grease at the bottom. Will not be returning!

Food was late and when I rang them to find out why,was spoken so rudely!! Tried to ask where food was and got “10 minutes!” Shouted down phone the hung up!! Still didn’t turn up for another 20 minutes!! Now food is here food not great!! Won’t order again!!

Great kebab but a bit tooo much seasoning so I could not finish it all. fried chicken was amazing but it could of been more crisper and the chips were good but they were soft and they could of been cooked for a longer period of time. overall it was a decent meal and I would get it again

First time ordering from here I belive and it made a nice change pizza was spot on best I have had in a while. All the food was nice would recommend to anybody thinking off going here.

The pizza was first class, but the curry was too salty, The milkshake didn't have any pieces of strawberry in it although it was paid for.. The samosa's were lovely as were the onion bhajis.

the worst food ever , I rang the shop to see if I ordered a lamb curry would it be lamb and not mutton, they said YES. They lied it was mutton, the poppadoms were soft and the pizza was tasteless, throw it all in the bin we're it belonged. very bad food. YAK

Food was delivered 30 minutes after the latest ‘estimated delivery time’. No apology from the deliverer. Called twice to ask where the food was, no apology during either call. The first reason was ‘we’ve added 30 mins because of fasting’ and the second was ‘we’re just really busy’. There was also salad missing from one of the dishes and the lettuce was brown on the one that did come with salad! Definitely not ordering from here again!

My food was cold when it arrived I understand the new package for delivery but for food such as kebabs would be better wrapped in kitchen foil first to help keep food hot while being delivered so it's still palatable to customers. As someone who works in this industry and has for many years I know that this works.
