Good meat curries, lovely naans. Good people working there. Feels a bit cramped inside but takeaways are good.

The food was brilliant it surprises me how quite it is the guys were polite for such nice food and how cheap it was surprised me big time I had chicken bhuna with rice the wife had chicken korma 2 cheese naans a mix starter cost 22.50 gave them 25 as I was more than happy to pay that .

A shabby looking restaurant but against my best judgment we went in. Probably the worst curry I have ever eaten. Never again.

Brilliant food and great service

The chicken was old, tasted old and obviously thrown in a sauce which had very little taste. Not a full portion of chicken as the chicken was a happy swimming in the dish with plenty of room.

So some years back I ate here and after a few mouthfuls I paid my bill and swore never to go again…. Bar Staff at Plumett Line convinced me that it was so so much better now …. So I tried again tonight … honest opinion …. Onion Bajees could have been crispier but I sorted that out at home … the Chicken Baltii was really nice… and I am a curry Connoisseur…. Well done Chef …. I’ll be back …. For sure 👍

Fantastic food and service and very good value.

We went for food last night after a night out. Initally chose it as there’s no where else to go in Halifax anymore and their reviews were better than another. Walked in and there’s no real atmosphere, the place is run down in spots and the chair covers really need to taken off and replaced with wipeable seats but we got clean chairs so that was ok lol. Food was lovely and not expensive, not ott on the portion sizes and it came out quickly and piping hot. Staff are attentive and pleasant. Like someone else has said you’d not probably choose to eat there unless you’d been out on the lash so don’t be too harsh but I’d go there again after a night out.

Absolutely beautiful curry's from here. Evan my kids who are not big curry lovers enjoyed it.

The food was excellent and the staff were great. It could do with a bit of a spruce in the toilets.

Best curry we have had in ages . Very tasty , well cooked . Sides were lovely aswell . Only a 30 second walk away so quick collection time . 100% recommend.

I highly recommend that you try this place. The food is absolutely beautiful, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The onion bhajis are to die for and the samosas are beautiful. Prices are so cheap. I'm from Hull and the prices here are more than double. Will definitely be back again.

Good cheap food at a decent location. This can have an effect on the clientele. It does serve alcohol so if that is an issue then you need to be prepared. There is some seating but due to its good price and relatively good level of food, it rapidly fills up.

Outstanding service and the food is excellent.

By far the best meat karahi and garlic naan I have ever had. Always arrives piping hot, always on time and always with a smile. I never order anything different and continue to be never disappointed. If this place shut I'd probably not order the same dish from elsewhere, keep it up guys. Your awesome!!

Do not go the place is dirty, toilets not fit for purpose and the curry is the worst I've ever eaten.

Nice starter and main course with poppadoms to start with mango chutney. Mint sauce and sweet onions. Drinks are available

Worst chicken tikka masala ever and more like a tomato soup. Wow, so disappointed, and wish I would have taken a photo, as it spoilt my evening. They appear to not care by what they send out and I don’t know how an establishment can do this and stay open.

This place has gone down hill. Been with for 20 years.. ordered a take out dibt order the chapatis and still charged full price.. also 4 dishes and only 1 salad and chutney.. rediculus and being lied to about the manager being off when I seen him there. Never again.

A bit shabby. Menu is basic but cheap. Staff are friendly. Food is average and you only get a small amount. Maybe better to go after a few drinks when you can ignore the decor and aren't too bothered about quality food.

The Green chillies all the way from Portugal were proper nice and spicy. Good service.

Went yesterday and ordered 2 biryani, I am amazed to see the serving size, very very small for that price, will never step in again...

95% of these reviews have to be fabricated, the food was terrible. watery, bland curries greasy starters, wrong bread. Half of it went in the bin, the other half only went in my stomach due to hunger. Shocking really

Driver couldn’t find address and had to ring for directions delaying delivery, hopefully next time he’ll know address.

Anyone who's giving the food a high rating has never eaten a proper curry. Catering to the ignorant - curries were tasteless and watery, they just throw in a bucket of salt and the appropriate food colour to make it bright red, orange or whatever other colour people seem to thingk curries should be. Portions were pitiful for the price too - four very small pieces of chicken for the £3 tikka starter was laughable. Waste of £30, ended up in the bin and just cooked for ourselves. Never again.

I ordered tandoori chicken but received something which resembles the colour of tandoori but oil fried chicken. Don't know where can I get real tandoori chicken cooked in tandoor oven.

That balti was to to spicy took away the flavour with the garlic the non that over powered it

Delivery was very good...but as for the food...well the curries were terrible, flavourless with shredded chicken. Ordered a tandoori chapati....which was just a plain chapati with no difference to the regular chapatis we ordered. The best thing about our order was the garlic naan bread and the soggy warm chips....I was hoping it would have been a one off but by the looks of the other reviews it won't be. Wouldn't order again.

Looked really appetising but everything was completely tasteless. The chips were the nicest thing we ate. Totally disappointing and a waste of money.

The korma was far too spicy I couldn’t even eat it, I order a korma as I don’t like my curry too spicy and a korma should be mild this wasn’t, very disappointed. It’s usually lovely food from here I used to order a lot but I’m a bit put off now.

Honestly was my third choice on the night but I’m so glad the other places were closed because nothing hit the spot like the chicken madras I had. The popadoms were extra crisp as well

Lovely chicken masala Asian style

Called to confirm my order because it was different to what I usually order. Turns out I ordered the wrong curry 😑 so for them to call before cooking the food and confirm the order was truly lovely of them. Thanks again guys... food and service was amazing.

Really can not fault this place at all. Same amazing food same amazing taste. The one thing that topped it off for me what the delivery driver. I’ve never been wowed with one Eva but wow wow. I opened the door he kept social distance. To feeling so welcomed at my own door. The gentleman said to me ‘ hi sir your order from sagra. I hope you enjoy your meal and have a grate weekend. Low quality and VERY LOW quantity. Pakoras were not even coked well and was very salty. Biriyanis were OK, but low quantity. Prawn Vindaloo, very sweet and spicy. This is not the Vindaloo that we know off. We ordered food for 55 pounds thinking we can save some for the next day. Will never order again !!

The food arrived early, was very nice and tasty. The samosa was perticularly good. The curry was great, a little on the small portion size, but comparing the cost of £6 to the size of the curry it was still worth it, I usually pay around £8-9 for a curry which is a bigger portion and shares betweeen 2 people. This isn't a negative, its still a great curry for the price, just a heads up that you may need one each if for 2 people. The mixed kebab starter was excellent value. I will be back.

Curry was watery an tasteless never ever again

Nice breads (chapaties). Possibly the best ones around here. Curries might need a bit more stoking in the vessels though. Ambience is a bit on the darker side with a TV playing bollywood songs all along which does give a really good feel. Its just a shame that due to pandemic, can't really prefer to have food in the eatery and generally I prefer to take the orders away and eat at home.
