Been going here over 15 years, and the food is always spot on. I'd give a 5 star review but you guys never answer the phone :/

Wow. The chilli sauce is more water than sauce. Pizza takes like omelette and the cheese looks like plastic. Won't return. The place used to be one of the best in Halifax at one time

Both pizzas fantastic.pepperoni 9in and 9in seafood.Best since 2000.

Very tasty as always . But 90 mins for delivery when we are a mile down the road isn’t good . Worth the wait however .

Lovely food. Deliver is 1 hour or over not good an they take ages answering phone you could be ringing them 10 20 times 2 years back again. Nothing has changed 1 hour trying to get through to them well not anymore not worth the time

Excellent pizza 🍕, bolognese is my go to. Friendly staff and good prices.

Pizzas are good and love the sauces. But the problem is the service. I ordered 2x pizza boxes and they gave 1 sauce for each pizza box. The sauces are in tiny plastic bags, not even half filled. Sauces only cover 2 pizza slices. Their service is so bad that sometimes they charge you extra for overpriced sauces and sometimes without asking give you the sauces for free. Awkward service.

Excellent pizzas here but why don't you answer the phone? You are obviously in high demand, expand your business and/or employ more people. You make it extremely difficult to order especially on weekends. You have a really good opportunity to expand and grow this place if you come into 2022 way of operating a fast food place. You are missing a great opportunity not using firms like just eat, deliveroo etc It could even eliviate some demand on your own delivery driver if you opened up more avenues. Your food cannot be faulted but you could do with upgrading the takeaway in more ways than one. The place could do with being modernised looks very much the same as it did 15 years ago when you walk in.

Wouldn't rate the pizza decided to try them after seeing the shop quite busy, but was disappointed pizzas seem very plain and lack any flavour the pizza base needs working on also very poor

Very lacklustre service. The food I’ve had from here has actually been pretty good, considering how dark and dingy the place looks. When you’re there in person, you can see the phone ring off the hook while the staff/owner sits next to it doing nothing. The pizza, chips and chutney here had been great. But it seems they are very complacent when it comes to customer service.

This place has gone down hill 15 year old kids working that dont know what they doing pizzas are no where near what they used to be waste of money and time cause you'll be waiting 2 hours for a pizza to get delivered cold.

Food is good.get every time hot food.just need to improve on the delivery time.as it is one hour.and need to answer the phone.

I ordered my food the guy was rude on the phone and they didnt even deliver the order i waited for two hours. Never ever gonna order again

Love the food. Hate the phone answering skills. It’s almost as if they don’t want money. Ridiculous. Sometimes I’ll carry on and keep ringing until I get through because the pizza actually IS worth it. Shouldn’t make it this hard to want to be your customer. FIX UP

Like the pizza but the service is ridiculous. They dont awnser the phone the deliveries are always late. And please can you stop putting sauce in a bag like how am i supposed to eat it out of that!?

Poor, very poor. This place used to be good but in recent years you are lucky if they answer the phone..double the delivery time and cold when arrives. SHALL NOT EVER USE AGAIN. AVOID IF YOU ARE HUNGRY AND WANT A GOOD SERVICE. Get ya act together guys

Found a nail clipping in my pizza, spoke to the employee and was told to bring it back.Notified Food Standards Agency but the question is why are workers clipping their nails whilst preparing food. Disgusted.

Lovely food if you ever actually get a answer out of them . Rang them countless times. Don't understand how they make any money not answering. That's the hole point in takeaway food to deliver to people. Hopefully they will have to close Down because there not making enough money to keep open

Awful Awful Awful Service. They Never Answer their phone. I mean never. They Charge ridiculous amounts of money for sauces and only give very small amount of sauce in tiny little plastic bags. Atleast Invest in some Hygienic sauce tubs like everyone else! And consider handing them out for free, like everyone else does, they don't cost that much! Food is OK, a bit overpriced but that's if you ever get through to them and even get to the stage of ordering. I've stopped calling.

Never answer phone and delivery can sometimes be late. Also charge money for tiny bags of sauces, they don't even come in little tubs that others hand out for free

I didn't even want to give them 1 star I wanted to give an none never answer the call when theydo the delivery it takes the piss, there food is ok but will not recommend them I legit called am 105 times but they did not answer so I gave up

Service is the worst. They always forget to give enough chilli sauces as requested over the phone. On top of that they charge you for each sauce and they fill plastic pack which is less than half. Every delivery I get ripped. Mostly they dont answer after the delivery or busy. Food is ok but service puts you off. I gave up at end after ordering for few years.
