Got From here a couple of times now Food can be nice then sometimes can be not nice. They have messed up some orders before but i rang up and they sent the driver back out and sorted it.

Never received an order from the takeaway, and when i rang up no answer, went down to takeaway and it was closed, even though their new app said they were open

Ordered a 1/2 cheeseburger with salad and bbq sauce, came with a limp bit of lettuce and some other sauce that wasn't bbq, the burgers were burnt and hard around the edges. Very rude delievery driver too.

Definitely the best Donna meat & chips in Elland/West Vale by far ….. very thinly sliced and good portion size 5*

Do not order food from this place,when you ring up they say 40 mins,1 hour and half later I get a delivery driver asking me where I am,so when they do turn up I make sure its hot and it isn't,they have the cheek to charge £3 delivery for a mile away,and another family member charge £2.50,discussing,DON'T ORDER FROM HERE😒😒😒😒

Thought we would order from here it shuts at 11 we rang at half 10 only for a dessert what they have to warm up and 2 drinks and told me they were closed bare in mind they shut at 11 and we live 2 mins away never again..

Absolutely disgusting food, and customer service. Ordered to collect told half hour, food was wrong and cold! They told us to go collect a pizza that had been sat there for 15 minutes. Never had a bad meal from there till today! Look after your loyal customers because now you are losing them!!

Received new menu today and ordered the chicken steak rice box it was the tastiest meal I’ve had in a long time!! My partner ordered the combo burger with chips and said it was really tasty and the childrens meals are great value for money, the kinder surprise is a great extra for the kiddies & a great delivery service too win win 😬 will definitely be ordering from you again 👍🏻

We use tasty bites a lot, tonight had the bonless box and found it really salty, but will say its normally very nice, maybe chef could go easy on the salt.

Chili sauce was all over my little brothers burger and chips and he only 7 and is very picky, when my mum rang up they claimed that we must of done it and it didn't happen at their end, all we did was bring the bag in and open the food to eat.

They have very nice food there and very clean place from other places

I ordered a burger from them last night. The burger had 2 strings of brown lettuce a chicken breast and a hash brown. The one I ordered said chicken breast, (1/4 or 1/2 pounder burger I can't remember which it was) onion rings and a hash brown. When I rang back to say the order was wrong I got pure attitude and constant repeating from the guy saying that's what you ordered you should have asked for a special. That's what we asked for there were 4 people in the room that heard the order on the phone. Disgusting customer service. I've used them a fair few times now as the food is normally pretty good. This is the last time this joke of a company will take any of my money. You should be ashamed of your service.

Great tasty chicken fillet bugers. Hot wing very tasty and looked out of this world but 1 chicken wing had feathers still on it. TOTALLY off putting. Hence 3 stars.

The driver couldn't even be bothered to get out of his car to deliver our food. He was expecting us to go to him and we told him which way to go. He hung up and drove off. Absolutely disgusting! We then rung the takeaway up themselves and he said oh our driver wouldn't do that! Making us out to be liars. We will never be ordering from there again. We ordered from somewhere else and it was lovely..

The first day it opened I bought some food and it was delicious but literally the very next day the quality of the food dropped drastically. I order some chicken the next day and it was pink with bits of blood still in the chicken. I gave them a benefit of the doubt but it's happened several times now. Also the chicken strips are extremely over cooked and dry
