Great food great service and great atmosphere. Staff there deserve a pay rise.

Had a lovely meal after watching our film. All the staff were so friendly and of course the food was good. Extra shout out to the blonde lady in the patterned shirt, I believe perhaps the manager. Lovely lady and was chatting to us and made us feel really welcome

2024/10 It's very reasonable, and we Japanese people are happy with the standard QR code system. The chicken flavor was very good, and the onion accent was effective. It's spacious and you can drink cider, which is nice. I sometimes stay at the hotel in front of it, so I'll come again.

OMG the staff are so nice - friendly, welcoming, and kind. Really enjoyed our meal.

We were sat on a table in the main thoroughfare for the toilets. We shuffled the table over a little but my friend was constantly getting barged past. The food felt overpriced for the portion that was served. Refillable drinks should be banned. £3.50 for half a pint of coke zero doesn't seem fair.

Food was disgusting, cold and dry chicken. No peri salt on the chips despite paying for it. Had no mayo which didn't help. Coke from the machine was flat. Waited over 30 minutes for the food.

we had a lovely dinner so good, we had a collection order and it was twenty minutes late we were waiting in this cramped waiting area, once as finally got our food there was a whole meal missing but apart from this the staff were lovely and good was delicous

Been to this restaurant a few times but this evening we went and the kitchen was having some issues. Despite this the staff went above and beyond to make it up to us. Couldn't do enough to apologise and compensate us for the wait. Brilliant customer service!

A great is example of a Nando’s. Food and service were good. Only slight irritation is the food been taken away whilst I was at the drinks machine, however the issue was rectified

Depressing. Untidy, loud music. Staff nowhere to be seen. No WiFi so had to order at the till, like I was an inconvenience.

Quick service, order via app or at the counter. We had aa voucher so ordered at the counter. Nothing was aa problem in terms of things we didn't want on our meal which was great. Everything ordered arrived correct. Really enjoyed it and a nice meal!

As a female in the area for work I was nervous going into Nandos on a Saturday night to eat by myself. However I needn't have worried, straight away looked after by the staff particularly Shaz. Food was really scrummy, chicken cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

An okay Nando’s! Food top notch as always and was served quickly. Toilets were not nice and we had to wait 10 minutes for cutlery, as it had all gone.

It was good, the atmosphere wasn't the worst with music and ambient chatter. The place isn't extremely busy or loud, it seems like a good place to eat with a diverse range of options and systems in place for those who may need extra help. The fries were as good as always, although the halloumi was a bit salty and greasy. The Mac and cheese was good but lacked much flavour. These are all my opinions anyway, and shouldn't be used as definite facts

One of the busier places at Broadway, usual fast delivery of food, of standard nandos quality, the girl guiding to table was very quiet in a noisy environment, all three of us struggled to hear what she was saying.. otherwise excellent as usual from this national chain..

Lovely restaurant and top staff - well recommended.

Ordered food on the app, blonde manager came over and said the order hadn't come through to them and asked us to pay again. Said the money would come back in 48 hours but didn't give any void receipt and made us order the full meal again. Money has been taken twice from the bank account and sarcastically said "am I supposed to give it you on the house?" No, you're supposed to just make the food that's been paid for obviously. You don't know if we can put that full order through again depending on financial situation? Manager is rude and unprofessional, needs customer service training

My boyfriend asked for not spicy food, they brought spicy so he couldn't really eat it. My food was ok but it was wrong order , I ordered leg, but half chicken arrived.

It's nando's. If you like nando's then this one is as good as any. The guy that served us was pleasant and helpful.

The whole place looks like it could do with a good scrub, the seat backs are grey with accumulated grease. I've given 2 for service because it's pretty much self service, they do bring the plates out to the table but that's about it. The food was ok but there's not much to get wrong. I wouldn't normally eat here but it was my daughter's choice.

Food was lovely they put the wrong heat of sauce mixed up on the boneless sharing platter but was sorted straight away and told us to eat the other too if we wanted

Place is good, very clean. The mark down for the food is nandos as a whole, I'm just not that keen on it. But food was cooked how it was ordered. This is a very busy place for lunch/dinner so I myself would order to pick up next time.

All I can say are very small chicken and if big eaters maybe disappointed. We had half chicken, quarter chicken, and double chicken breast all not as described. Staff nice Toilets and restaurant clean

Ordered for collection. Food took less than 20 minutes and the host was very friendly. They went above and beyond to change our order when we realised we made a mistake when ordering. Food was very tasty - nom nom nom.

Nice food but took a while to serve but it was busy. My first visit to a Nandos so didn't realise you have to order from the counter so no table service. As I say food nice but costly. 2 chicken wraps, chips and soft drinks £35. The gents was out of order and sign said use disabled but it was locked. No sign to say if the key was behind the counter.

First time. Any port in a storm very KFC McDonald's modern dinner Acceptable but not special.

An excellent experience despite the long wait for food, the staff were friendly and accommodating to our large group size. An overall good experience with no complaints.

Decent food, variety of sauces varying from mild to very spicy. Spicy salted chips were a nice change on regular. Not so many alcoholic drinks to choose from, especially if you favour cider. Plenty of seating area, clean. Worth a look!

great service and staff. this is one of the better nandos restaurants. we had a full sharing platter with spicy chips coleslaw and rice we added a butterfly chicken. our little man had some mango frozen youghurt which was very nice.

First time at Nandos for a long time and this one in Halifax was the best I've been to . Really busy good vibe and the staff were terrific . The chicken was as good as ever . Parking here is really 3asy as well

Always a decent experience here. I wish there were more traditional items, such as chicken livers, on the menu. There was at one point, but no longer.

Standard nandos, great food, quick, nice atmosphere and reasonably priced.

A lovely and cozy place to relax and eat while listening to cool background music. The meals served here are very tasty and the attendants are very attentive and helpful. The meal was worth the money I spent. Great job Nando!

Was disappointed as my daughter had sent us a restaurant card which said the website that nando's would redeem them but they wouldn't accept it, said they didn't use them. Rechecked website and we were right. Shan't go again, not a great deal for the money.

Decent food ... restaurant was practically empty so food was served fairly quickly and our server was pleasant. Overall decent experience 👌

Really nice experience. Extremely fast, really friendly, a guy called will made us feel very welcome. Everything looked very clean and hygienic. Only thing I would say is the girl who greeted us seemed like she didn't want to be there very much. Other than that, very good experience. Will definitely return :)

Tables too close together. The staff were friendly, but being referred to as "you guys" perhaps isn't appropriate for an older age group. Chicken was a bit cold and dry.

Okay visit, half of the starters arrived with the mains which was disappointing and there wasn’t really anything suitable for the children (everything was spicy, even the plain stuff) so the children left everything but to be fair it was everything the menu said it would be…. I enjoyed the chicken & houmous really good but wouldn’t go again with the children

Small but cosy, had run out of a lot of stuff though. Prime time as well. Overall, very enjoyable. Food was to a great standard. Staff very friendly.

Beautiful place, professional staff

Lovely venue. Nice staff. We had to order food via the q code, on the table, which seemed weird because staff were bringing the food to the table so why couldn't they take the orders? We couldn't find some items and the menu seemed much smaller but that could be me not using the online menu properly.

So im highly upset about the staffs rudness from this restraunt. Went in to get a table for me, my other half and the kids whilst it was raining. Had to wait for around 20 minutes we was told so as it was raining and we had a 6 month old baby we thought they might allow us to stay inside. No, we got told very rudely that we had to wait outside. Very inconsiderate and im sure that coronavirus doesnt stop you putting the customers care first. Disgusted to say the least.

Lovely atmosphere, very clean and a team of very friendly staff who went above and beyond. We were dining with an allergy sufferer and they really paid a lot of attention to detail and the manager prepared our meals herself. Would dine there again.

Didn't go to Nando's went to Bourbon Street Social on the Plaza Halifax.

First time returning to Nando’s after lock down and been able to eat inside. Got told to scan 3 different things with our phones without hardly any explanation or guidance from the waiter. He was mumbling and I could hardly hear what he was saying. It was hardwork. After finally filling out 2 forms online, having to sign up to become a member and then deciding what food we wanted via the online website the food then arrived & the chicken was dry, the chips were bland and the rice was tasteless. Tbh it was gross. I don’t understand how people who aren’t really up to date with technology are able to complete all this when staff dont even offer to help with the mobile phone stuff or even explain it clearly. If staff can keep coming over to the table asking if we want refills and sauces constantly why can’t they just come over to the table to take an order? It is a shambles and does not make sense.

Good quick service, followed covid rules well

Great location. It’s at a great location, but severely limits its ability to serve the local population as it’s not a Halal premises. This is a real shame as it has the potential to be a good place to eat out at and take your family and friends to.

Book in service only but very quick if you haven't already booked. Ordering from app / web page can be a bit awkward if you haven't done it before. Perri Perri sauce in sachets now 😒 no bottles due to COVID-19. Quick friendly service.

Always a pleasure to eat there. Nice spacious restaurant compared to Huddersfield. I find them a little expensive considering chicken is a fairly cheap meat. But I like the idea of a loyalty card.
