Me and my friends had a very disappointing experience here, we tried the classic smash burger, and honestly, it was the worst burger I've ever had. It was way too sweet, almost like it had been dipped in honey, which completely overshadowed the flavors I was expecting. The creamy naga and hot chick burgers were just okay, but they didn't make up for the smash burger. When I went to the counter to express my concern about how sweet the smash burger was, the staff member started arguing with me, insisting that it was meant to be like that. I've had smash burgers from plenty of places, and this was definitely not what I expected. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had at a burger point. I won't be returning.

Where do we start? With the good or with the bad? The service is no different than those back street takeaways that just want to do bare minimum. You can get yourself a burger meal but and pay additional for sauces and a drink. Might aswell use the take away up the road who gives you a full meal with a drink and sauces at no extra cost. The food was bland and the staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Service was slow, however the sitting area is widely open. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Good to see they have a card machine as its becoming a norm in alot of takeaways. I would advice re-adjusting the prices to and giving free sauces and drinks with every meal, otherwise people will start to use klarna to pay for their food!

We visited early on a Monday evening, just to have a quick bite before heading back to South Wales. Due to time and day of visiting, was very quiet apart from one or two walk-ins for takeaway orders Restaurant clean and tidy throughout, great, friendly service received especially by the older gentleman based mainly in the kitchen. Large and clean toilets upstairs unfortunately, inaccessible if you have trouble with mobility or on a wheelchair. Presented with complaimentary poppadums and chutneys, good appetiser although if unlike you're not a fan, the raita was very spicy As we had a heavy lunch and this was and early evening meal, decided to order a mix of starters to share. We ordered Chicken Pakoras, Chicken Seekh Kebab, Samosa Chat and Lamb Chops. Received our food after about 20 minutes of waiting, all food hot, fresh and plentiful. Each item very tasty,good combination of taste and spice, especially the Lamb Chops that were cooked perfectly dressed with chilli sauce on top, delicious! Very much looking forward to visiting again to try the Main Dishes as they looked very appetising! Keep up the good, work, see you again soon.

Booked a table as family came up for the City game from Bristol and we wasn’t disappointed A terrific taste treat of a meal in a wonderful atmosphere with great service at a very fare price will definitely be dining there again

I ordered to calzone from this place donner calzone and there house special it looks big not much meat inside its 70% dough the reason for my 1 star review is the dough is raw inside they put too much bread and less meat and it's not cooking inside very disappointed will not be ordering again...
