I was waiting in store for my food. As soon as it was ready they give me it and it was a 4 minute drive to my house and the food was absolutely cold. This is totally unacceptable. If you want warm food, avoid at all cost.

Ordered a smash burger, mac n chick loaded fries, and a milkshake—everything was spot on. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the loaded fries were packed with taste, and the milkshake was the perfect treat. Highly recommend!

This has to be one of the best fast food places in Bradford. On top of this I must say that I am quite impressed with the fast service and the variety of food available. The staff is polite and well mannered. Especially one who i only know as (HABIBI) all i can say is every fast food joint needs an HABIBI like this one. He has always gone above and beyond with my orders, very polite, caring, and generous to say the least. The boss is a true gent! very humble, kind and down to earth. Am very fussy when it comes to my food and desserts but the food at Barakah Bros is Amazing 😍... i LOVE the mixed steak loaded pizza, It has to be the best from all the different places that I have tasted. If you have not tried this place out then you are missing out big time!

When I tell you I had pizzas 3 days in a row & can go again tomorrow, I MEAN IT! 😋 - The flour quality (light & puffy), the cheese (mixed, when microwaved tastes as good as new) & perfect amount of topping (not over loaded, nor less). Yes they will take 25 minutes making your food but that’s every time… with the same taste as before - Perfection! 👌🏼 - I should get a free pizza 🍕for this review 😂. Can never complain about the food at Barakah Bros! Very consistent every time we have ordered. Food is amazing! Very tasty and fresh - service is great (we usually pick up) never had any issues - the buy one get one free offer is perfect! Guys absolutely delivered on the food. Well on you guys - hidden gem of BFD. Highly recommend this place, my only niggle is the Donner was cut too thick for my liking and the Naga flavour was a light.

This was my 5th time ordering and every time it was either the food wasn’t great or the delivery time was late. This time it was both, food took an hour and half to be delivered and the food was below mediocre. I’m done with this establishment, I will not return or recommend.

**Fasting without sheri*** This is such a disgusting service i have ever see. i just order a delivery for sheri at 3:40am in BD3 area. you guys took 1h for made a pizza. I call 3 times and somebody said my food is ready at 4:20 but delivery driver still w8 for food... and delivery driver come at my home 4:40 when sehri time ends.. at this moment what can i do with this food.... such a disgusting service🤬🤬🤬

Their pizza was definitely one of the worst I’ve ever tried. The base was completely undercooked. Couldn’t eat more than one slice.

Apart from the unprofessionalism of the kid who takes the orders the food is brilliant the smash boxes are filled to the brim and will make your stomach happy for a week . Smash burgers are decent a bit over cooked but theyre nice. The cheesy chips are banging. The wings are tasty but a bit small .

I ordered the chilli stir fry chips and burger. Didn't know the burger came with chips. I prefer the stir fried chips because it was spicy. I needed something hot. The in-house naga sauce is 100/10. Absolutely perfectly sweet and spicy. The burger was delicious. Better than what I got from Phatboyz (never going back there). The portion was absolutely shocking. I was so full. All these cost about £12.

Lied 3 times saying the food is ready and Uber drivers keep cancelling order for no reason (4 Uber drivers cancelled as food was taking forever) Once food came which was late a pizza was missin and had to wait 40 mins for the pizza. Guy on the phone at the start was abrupt and not bothered until another guy took the phone and apologised. Rather they tell the truth if they were busy instead of lying and making people angry. Rang them a total of 7 times as they were taking the mick.

Im happy to leave negative reviews for places when the need arises so i think its only fair i do this….. Ordered on uber. Around £35 worth of food for three people. Put some special instructions down (seperate salad and sauce on the geilled chicken on naan meal to avoid it going soggy, extra saucy food ie the wings meals and sauces sent seperately). Called them to confirm instructions received. They confirmed yes. Only one of three was followed (the first one). Left me irritated before even eating. Took A LONG time to come which was disappointing. The eta just kept getting pushed further back. Food came, very decent sized portions, hot, fresh, very VERY tasty. I was really really inpressed meals. The chicken on naan was ok too but the wings alone were from anorexic chickens or ao it seemed. The chicken wings were hot and tender. Decent sized too (in the meals) considering that take out places now serve niblets masquerading as wings. Dont get me wrong, these were niblets too but a decent size. Overall, taste was on point and i feel this should paint the overall picture rather than the other things.

ordered last night a cheeto burger, which came back up at 8am. Puked out the whole food and currently suffering from a vile stomach bug.

I placed an online order for collection. The online system suggested 20 to 30 minutes before the order was taken. Once the order was placed and the money taken it then suggested 55 minutes. I called immediately to check if that was correct. The guy assured me this would be 30 minutes (from my call 5 mins after placing it (making it 35 minutes). I arrive to collect it after 40 minutes. The guy asked for me to wait 2 minutes to collect. I ended up waiting 20 minutes. So overall it took an hour. Had i known, i wouldnt have ordered as i was on a time limit. The food i would give a 6/10. The service 2/10, time taken 0/10. If their problem is success (lots of orders), then they need more than 3 people working in them massive kitchen! If you have nothing better to do than wait for food, then maybe you should conisder it.

The wings were inedible and the salad was lightly blanched from being in a box of hot food so not great. Better wings and separate salad and its 5*

Their food is good but their service is 0%. Whenever i call on their nukber they dont pick up. Today one of them pick up the call. When I started to order he said give me a second and cut the call. I tried again and again and they never picked up.

2nd time ordering over just eat and the order has took over 2 hours! Way over the estimated time provided. Was on the phone for nearly an hour kept saying I'm number one in the que which obviously meant the phone was disconnect! Lacking basic customer service which is a shame because the food is actually nice!

Ordered for five received four meals and one of them was incomplete. Paid £11 for a burger and like 15 reheated chips with the drink which I paid an extra £2 for didn’t come and the donner I paid £1.50 extra for on my chips also didn’t come on my food. The meal they missed I rang up and made them aware their response was to wait 1-2 hours for delivery after already waiting an hour. Other takeaways have always prioritised missed orders etc but they didn’t seem to care because they are busy 🤷‍♂️. Used to be my usual never again.

Just ordered from ubereats. I ordered the Turkish donner on naan and can I just say it was amazing 😍 also ordered a milk cake too which was nice and a blue lagoon mocktail. Reasonable prices, good quantity and great flavour! Will definitely be ordering again.

The last few months I have ordered I noticed that they have downgraded the quality of food. From the packaging to the amount of chips. My favourite is creamy naga donner, but the last few times, the donner has been in really big slices, a bit undercooked and with very few chips. The amount of donner has increased and chips portion has gone down. Even though a lot of ppl like creamy naga chips
