Nice hotel at Bradford downtown. Just cross the street and you are in the middle of downtown.

Arrived at 22.50 and the room was not ready. Woken up at 02.30 by people trying to gain entrance (wrong room ) NO USB points in rooms

Visited for a 3 night stay. The only selling point about this hotel is it’s near the city centre. No nice views from rooms as Bradford has a lot of road works around the hotel currently. Parking is expensive about £10-£13 a day. The hotel itself is horrible, very out dated, old broken furniture and dirty carpets or floors. Staff are not efficient at providing a request. Hotel does not offer basic toiletries for a 4 star hotel. Our room toilet had no toilet lid and the toilet sit was broken. I will never recommend this hotel or return to it until they have done major renovations. Board and management need look into renovations. Glad to have checked out and be back home as I was never comfortable for all the 3 nights we were at this hotel. Emailed hotel before our arrival that we are celebrating our anniversary, nothing was done for us in our room. They don’t care about guest special requests .DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Hotel was OK, nothing spectacular. I assumed that Leonardo Hotels were slightly higher up the Hotel pecking order but this was on par with a Premier Inn. Ok it had a fully stocked bar and a restaurant something Premier Inn's don't have but it wasn't "stand out". Staff on reception were a little cold. It does had a small modest gym which is something I always look for when working away. Overall, OK for a business trip or a flying visit but not a great Hotel.

Hotel rooms are standard and certain areas could be cleaned better but beds are comfortable had very good nights sleep whilst here, staff are friendly and food is excellent, staff are quick to remove empty plates/cups from your table and put more food out when needed but dining area is small for the amount of coach trips that stay here at a time. air conditioning did not work in our room and we did complain and got told someone would come and look at it but was not fixed. it was too noisy outside at night to have the windows open so sometimes got warm. every day fresh towels were put out, bins emptied and tea/coffee station stocked up. they have a cabinet of essentials at the front desk incase you forgot to bring something and do have parking round the back of the hotel on the left side. Good WiFi and in good distance of the train station. Reception helpful and called us a taxi which came very quick and was cheap, Bradford Area surrounding hotel is not very pleasant and clean though and lots of roadworks around Bradford and outside the hotel

Very disappointed with bar prices charged me £8.30 for a single brandy and£3.90 for a half pint of coca cola.when I asked the manager if this was Wright. She replied this is what the management charges. No other information won't be going there again

We came for four nights with a Just Go coach party. Parking for coaches was awkward, but two coaches parked overnight on the road outside and ours round the corner. The room and bathroom were good and clean with reliable free wifi. Our shower was over the bath with it's own control. There was plenty of hot water whenever needed. The beds and pillows were excellent and curtains almost blackout. Room door entry is by card in the slot, which was a bit fiddly most of the time. Access to all floors is via two fast lifts. Staff were efficient and friendly, but the bar was a bit pricey. All our meals were buffet style; the evening meals were excellent, although those who like very plain bland food could be a little disappointed, but I loved the spicy choices. Breakfast choices were very good, from continental, fruit, cereals, fry up, croissants and pastries etc. There is an indoor car park just round the corner. City centre starts 200m away. Highly recommended.

This hotel is filthy. Not only in places that are hard to clean but also in pretty easy places like.... The floor. Having to wait to check in to find a spotless room is one thing. Having to wait to check into a room that's clearly hardly been touched in a while is something completely different. If it's a choice of staying here or sleeping in a box then stay here. If you have any other option then run, run like the wind.

Reasonably central plenty restaurants in walking distance, good breakfast clean throughout. Helpful friendly staff.

Stayed for a work trip. The rooms are very basic and need to be cleaned better in part the bathrooms. There is a lot of dust everywhere. Reception staff were very efficient and friendly. Bar/Restaurant is incredibly slow and the staff member seemed mostly confused. Not sure if he's new? Food came out delayed and did not look like what we're expecting my colleagues food had to be sent back and she ordered something else.

Not bad for the price breakfast could be better

Excellent room, service and location. Has issue with noise after midnight from people who clearly don't have the respect I have for others. Complaint dealt with efficiently and promptly by staff. Mine was a business stay and maybe not the right hotel for me. Shame as staff were magnificent.
