Food was cheap as chips but way tastier than expensive restaurant. Had chicken biryani for £4 and 2 kebabs for £2. Wish they could warm them in oven rather than in microwave. Kebabs were tasty but i felt I was eating on elastic rubber as they were heated up in the microwave.

Good food, very reasonable. And they give very generous portions for which two of us ate.

Got lamb curry and it was spot on

Usually visit Dial a Roto to get the roto Nans and as they even do curry's and more.And it's also good if u gotca oart or event as they do big orders on roto and nans .And the Curry's like keema and chicken ate goos also have vegetarian Daal and Paya for those who like 👍 Pakoras and samosas too.give them a try and Follow for more reviews Thx all

Prices were cheap, but food quality productive was poor. I went as the shop was close bye to where I was staying and overall bad.

As the name suggests dial-a-roti, I decided to try this place for some naans. This is exactly how my experience went. Me: "Hi can I have 6 naans please, can you make them fresh if possible" Staff: "can you wait for 2 hours" with the most awkward of looks. Me: "Sorry I don't get what you mean" as I had never experienced such an awkward encounter before. Staff " Maybe we don't do" again with a awkward look. Me: feeling uncomfortable and not wanting a confrontation my response was "leave it il get it from somewhere else". I left disappointed and decided to go back to my normal go to place Bismillah Roti House, with the same request of freshly made naan, to which they responded with a very kind acknowledgement and a smile. No problems, no issues, no awkwardness and because of the friendly service I decided to buy Extra food I didn't plan to get. Moral of this story, if you want to be treated like a human with respect don't go to dial-a-roti, if a request can not be accommodated, a simple sorry we don't offer this etc, would suffice, not an awkward response with an awkward look. I will never step foot in this place again as customer service is very important to me.

Avoid Avoid ! nothing is fresh there, staff is very rude ,(rude is a small word, they actually misbehave) i never waste food, but had to bin it (no other option) , don't understand how authorities can allow such a place to serve food. Rude non professional staff.

Avoid this place at all cost. Very spicy curries and over dated. Got food poisoning from eating here. Disgusting place no hygiene at all. No social distancing measures in place and the workers don't have no masks on. They don't even wear gloves when serving customers.

i have been there few times for nan and mostly it is already prepared, it should be fresh . Yesterday they introduced a very strange logic that if you order even number nan it is 50p each but if it is odd number then the last one will be charge you some extra . so if you order 10, 20 or 30 it’s ok but if 11 , 21 or 31 your last nan will be charged to you extra money , what a foolish logic . i asked the guy that what is logic he was very rude and said we don’t bothered if you come back or not . i will not recommend you to go there . the owner is a good guy but he should keep an eye to his staff who can’t deal with customers politely. they need training how to deal with customers. i will not come back.

Went in to get 20 rotis. Stone cold already made. When o asked him i need fresh or warm there was no response. Of you pre make them atlease keep them warm for when you sell them. If i wanted cold roti i would get pre packed from asda or tesco.
