Poor customer service especially form the young Asian boy he comes off very rude which was off putting.

Went down to get some chappatis and naan the naan were burnt and crispy went back to complain but the young lad and his dad were very rude they didn't except that their naan were burnt and crispy they said that's how everybody makes them I have been eating from different place and and never had a issue they have never made naan like these lot who don't even know how to make naan so guys if you are looking to get naan from this place avoid this place at any cost there are many better places where you can get naan

If there was a zero star rating I would give them that. AVOID this place at all costs. My mum ordered 4 naans that were serves burnt crisp and dry. When she went to the shop to make a complaint she was laughed at by two idiots. She was told that's how naans are made. She asked for fresh naans to be made and she was told no. The audacity to laugh at an elderly woman for a mistake of your own is disgusting. Is this how you treat your own parents at home? Absolutely appalled by the attitude and behaviour of the workers there. No customer service skills at all. You get better service in pakistan than you do in this shop.

Delicious food at the best prices and amazing customer service.

The food is the best in Bradford. The food is amazing especially their donor. Each time I have ordered the food has always been fresh and seasoned to perfection not only that it has always been flavoursome. The young lad who works there is very polite, kind and always has a laugh with me.The customer service is exceptional from all staff especially the young lad. The shop is very clean and looks like it is maintained well the hygiene is excellent. Definitely a hidden gem and I highly recommend you try them. Keep it up best takeaway in Bradford.

Rotis made early in the day, made by the owner are perfect. However the man in the evening with the white coat needs some training as the rotis are overcooked and dry as well as mis-shaped and different sizes. It's a real shame, pls train him. Kebabs very nice but pls be careful handling raw keema and cooked roti at same time. Polite staff especially the youngsters.

Amazing food, impeccable service and unbeatable prices. Highly recommended to all friends and family. The only place that remains genuine to their customers with the prices, 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back.

Prices have risen 75% in a few months, its too expenive, gonna stop going there.

When I entered the shop I was greeted by a young handsome lad who was nothing but fantastic. Provided excellent customer service and talked very nicely which made me feel very comfortable. Service 5/5. I ordered the chappal kebab after it was recommended to me and wow. That was an amazing kebab, miles better than abaseen. I also ordered the chicken masala with a naan and a few rotis and wow their food is proper banging. Will be returning to try their pizzas next. Food 5/5.

At first the shop looked like your standard takeaways in the local area but when i tried the burgers i was shocked to because the burger was made by two young lads with excellent service respectful staff and great food i would recommend this takeaway to anyone

Looks really drab, a very low class affair. Asked for a menu, they had none apart from the greasy one on the wall. Decided not to eat there from the state of the place
