The toastie was quite dry, needed more sauce. Disappointed in this place. No high chairs available. Wouldn't visit again.

Hadn’t been phatboyz in while thought I’d go back n check it out. Food was 10/10 can’t go wrong with classic phat chick and good customer service from sully too. Freindly and has a good convo. Still needs to drop his gym routine haha would deffo reccomend

Okay so this was my first time at phatboyz and I was looking for a good tasty burger. Luckily I got attended by Megha, ash and Talha staffs and they gave me the best freaking burger i have eaten until now in Manchester. Like the quantity and the juiciness in the patty was phenomenal. All thanks to them who helped me to make the best choice and it was full worth + the quantity is way too much than expected.🔥 Really appreciate the 3 of them! Do visit here and get served by these 3! Thanks a lot! Their hospitality is at top💯❤️

The chips were great but the burger was very dry and I ordered a chilli sauce pot but never got it. Get a card machine

Visited Phatboyz a second time and have upgraded by review to five stars. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience this time. Went for the Chick Box which includes a burger, wings, donner and fries. Excellent stuff - thick succelent burger and very tasty donner. Will be visiting again soon - I wish they'd open before 1630 though. - - - - - Not really a fan tbh. Though it’s always rammed so it may just be me. Just your usual smash patties etc. - too many of them popping up now with no significant improvement. The decor is great, however the seating is very limited - you could be waiting for a while for a table.

Can’t believe how badly this place has fell off. During lockdown on leeds road they were doing the best smash burgers. Last few times I’ve had it’s gotten worse each time. The smash burgers have fallen off big time, the last one I had was dry and the sauce or chilli jam they put in just tasted off. I even tried the raising canes knock off that they do (I’ve had it in Dubai and enjoyed it) and this was on where near. The toast was nasty, the fries were soggy and the sauce was nowhere near. Considering the price of this place and the food you’re getting, I’d stay well clear. If you like bright shiny places that love taking your money then head on down.

I was half way through my meal when I knew I needed to leave a review. This is absolutely the best food I’ve eaten in a long time. I had an off the menu limited edition honey chicken toastie and let me tell you- it was the most amazing thing ever. The staff here are soooo lovely. Sully was especially friendly, warm and kind. We came as a family and all of us loved the experience. We will be back.

Came in today woth the kids for a late night meal. The kids were shy at first but Sully made them feel comfortable and welcomed. Started explaining the desserts etc even went to the extent of showing the different chocolates on display etc. I've never met Sully before but he made me feel like I've known him for a very long time. Very personable, well mannered yet professional. Unreal level of customer service from the gentleman. Also took care of me on Sauces. I'll be back Purley for the way Sully had dealt with us today. I placed an order for collection, was served by a young lad who goes by the name of Sully. He was really jolly, enthusiastic and helpful. Now on to the food, it tasted amazing as you can see in the attachment. Overall, satisfied, good quality food; will be purchasing again and highly recommend

Me and my friend decided to try out phatboyz believing with all the hype it would be worth our while to try there food. We went there qued up to place an order. Then when got to the front the staff member sounded like she can barely keep her eyes open and misread what I was saying to place an order. Placed the order and was not given a receipt. There was no order on who placed what order. We were asked after 20-25 mins of waiting what we even placed to eat. And then we were had to collect the food ourselves. So part of the deal is you get phatboyz sauces however we did not even get that we got local brand sauce with the meal. So we ordered original burger and house fries, beef tacos and loaded fries. The burger had no taste it was bland - frozen burgers have more flavour. Then the taco were the same it was just a slight difference it’s not taco rather than a burger bun. Then the loaded fries what we were hopeful for and the donner tasted off and be both agreed to not have any more. The only thing that tasted okay was the bits of chicken on the loaded fries. All together I would not go and waste your money and time. They really need to work on their food as it has gone downhill and very poor standard. I will not got there again as I have really bad stomach after the meal.

Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve spent maybe over £400 in this restaurant. No longer will I do it again. The food is decent but the service is absolutely ridiculous. Missing items on my Uber eats order several times I ring the shop with a lady speaking on the phone. No remorse no sympathy only attitude and bad customer service. I wouldn’t go here if this was the only takeaway in Bradford. Many other better places to spend your money at guys. Just not here.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with pharboyz. First off, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they appeared to be underage and clearly untrained, which left me questioning the establishment’s commitment to quality and safety standards. Adding to the frustration, they only accept cash payments and don’t take cards, which is highly inconvenient in today’s world. Overall, I was left with a very negative impression and won’t be returning. I strongly advise others to avoid this place until they make some serious improvements.

Me and my husband came to Bradford for a day out, and I've always wanted to try Phatboyz. My husband is a big foodie and loves his burgers so I thought this is a must place to eat, and oh was I right! The burgers were 10/10 they had flavour to them, the donner was amazing too! My husband got the box meal and i just got the burger and fries. Definitely will stop by again if we pay another visit to Bradford!

What can I say! The food was amazing, as always. Me and my friend decided to go to Bradford and visit Phatboys. Due to them being extremely busy, Zee and Sully gave us Naga donner on chips and drinks on the house. That was a lovely gesture. Their customer service was OUTSTANDING! Thank you, Zee and Sully :)

We came in around 5/6 ish There was 2 people working at the front a young boy and a young lady the boy was really nice and polite greeted us when we came in however the lady just made faces and was muttering things under her breath for no reason and also staring at us whilst we were eating.

First time at FatBoyz and most definitely my last. Atmosphere and attitude from staff was very negative especially the chefs who had absolutely no clue what was going on. We ordered two tosties which initially we were told 25 mins. After 25 mins we came back and were told once again 25mims as they are prioritising Uber orders. We literally had 7-8 people who ordered after us get food,eat and go. We got our food 1hr 40 mins later. In which we were also very disappointed as it seemed they had rushed it the tosties were drenched in butter with no sign of any meat hardly. Overall you couldn’t even pay me to come back to this place very very disappointed. And food quality was very low. And we were not the only ones that received a rubbish service.

I got the Phatchick box and for the second time in two weeks they got something wrong. Previously they did not include the coleslaw and the wings were not cooked inside. Again yesterday same order and there were three of us and all got the same meal and all of our wings were not cooked properly and there was no cheese sauce on the fries. I dont understand how hard it is to just give the right things which come in the box and cook the wings properly. I feel like the more busy they get the lower the quality is dropping.

Absolutely dreadful food and to top it off, the guy serving was a joke! Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Toastie and it was awful!! The meat was so slimy and had zero depth to it, they try to mask how bland the meat is with sauce. The meat was really bad, I need to reiterate, as that’s what you end up paying £14 for. You half expect some good quality seasoning or better yet; cooking? The bread does not marry up with the meat either. Thick bread which ends up very claggy and ruins the already bad taste in your mouth. The only positive was probably the fries, but anyone knows how to dash a bit of rosemary on to fries, don’t they? Moving on to the service, which is actually terrible. The first person to serve us, she was absolutely lovely. It was the guy in the glasses and cap wearing a red t-shirt and I think his cap was red too. Ordered two meals and when we asked for a sauce he launched one packet of paltry mayo at us. Literally threw it! Luckily, I know how to behave in a public setting, just unfortunate that imbecile doesn’t. When we asked for some other sauces, he goes you don’t get sauces and then proceeds to say “here have a chilli sauce though” and flings it across. At that point I was ready to leave. Genuinely awful.

Came from Coventry for an event. Stopped here for food. Staff were great. Food was decent but sometimes salty. Can get better food for that price near me. Loud music being played as well. But bonus was that they were following the boycott which is always nice to see 🇵🇸

Just visited for the first time, and WOW The food was absolutely amazing. I can honestly say that was the best burger I've ever had. Juicy, soft, melt in your mouth perfection. The chips on the side were perfectly seasoned. This won't be my last visit to Phatboyz. Well deserved 5⭐

Was recommended this place by a friend. When I entered I was greeted by a ayat. He was very friendly and had a good sense of humour. He took our order and told us 20 min wait time. Ayat is a man of his word and gave us our food within 20 min. 5 hot chick boxes arrived and was devoured almost instantly. Food was 10/10. Apart from our order of 5 hot chick boxes there is another hot chick I'd like to mention which was ayat. From start to finish he made sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of napkins, sauces etc. He had a good sense of humour which kept us entertained from start to finish too. He even went as far as checking on our table while he was on break. Food was 10/10, customer service was 11/10 and the inside was quite nicely decorated too. What more can a person ask for? Will definitely be returning next time I am in Bradford.

The food was not living up to the expectations. I used to visit Phatboyz frequently when it first opened, now I must say the food has gone downhill. I ordered a smashed burger box meal, firstly they don’t serve calslaw in the box (which was part of the box meal on the menu online) but it’s now £13 instead of £12. Secondly, the smash burger had a sweet chilli sauce inside which made it so overpowering and sweet, not ideal in a smash burger. The food took 20 mins to prepare and was still cold. Overall, not a great experience and will not be paying them a visit again.

I ordered & paid for a few meals through ubereats. One meal was incomplete, I called the takeaway to inform them & they offered no solution. The staff blamed the uber driver for an incomplete order & redirected us to complain to ubereats, though the delivery bag was stapled & obviously sealed. No sign of the paid delivery bag being opened. Will not be ordering again.

The Sehri box from this place is disgusting. Guys don’t spoil your fast with the Sehri box from here. Bun was hard and all you get is beans fish fingers and a burger with egg and hard bread taste nasty too. Never again
