Naz was so helpful and was happy to recommend different ice cream combinations. I have always been greeted with a smile and all the assistance i have required. Love this place❤️

We were served hard doughnut.. customer service was good as they served us new doughnuts .. did not enjoy the desserts not good value for money and taste was average.

Staff was on their phones, looked back into the shop and it looked so dirty and unhygienic. Seen a staff picking black stuff off the crepe machine. Would not recommend.

Absolutely wast of money! Ordered on Uber eats and they’ve missed two items on the order and then saying that they were definitely in the one bag which they had stapled in three places at the top and spoken to the driver and he’s said that there was just the one bag, no sorry just “we can’t do anything about it go to Uber” and

The environment is not up to scratch. Toilet out of service and other customers mentioned it never is in service. Customer service is amazing, lovely staff. Don’t want Costa coffee either make your own.

When we walked in we thought wow this was a nice shop, so we decided to sit in and order a few desserts each. The deserts were really nice, the workers Sham and laiba provided excellent service and recommended some good options. Will deffo come again

Appalling customer service, made an online order, when informed that an item was out of stock, I explained my situation and asked for the order to be cancelled, as I was unable to do it on my side. The young girls on the phone contradicted what they said firstly they said they can do it but their manager won’t allow it, then after I explained why I ordered and why I don’t want it anymore and that I know store can cancel orders, she turned around and said your drivers on the way we can’t do it, and cut the phone off. Baring in mind, I can track the driver and he was no where near the store at the time. I rung back to inform the girls not to send replacements as I was happy to carry out a missing item on the app and get a refunded. When I received the order I noticed replacements.. I had said not to send replacement and leave it to whatever was available and no changes. Did they listen, no? So I rung back to find out what had been sent. I also had ask one of the girls to drop the attitude as I just wanted clarification on why they sent a replacement when I said not to, and what it was as in flavour.

Went around 7pm the place had no other customers, i sat in. Ordered 2 brownies and custard. The shop was sooooooo cold, ridiculously cold. The food was also cold. The brownie was embarrassing, think i paid £7-9 for one portion which is ridiculous. It was literally a brownie with a pot of custard. I can do better at home. I have tried a lot of desert places and this is probably the worst.

Absolutely horrible milkshakes. Tastes like pure milk with no flavour. I asked for Lotus milk cake, they gave kinder bueno. Milkshake presentation was worse horrendous. Never eating from here again.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. Crepes were unavailable so substituted with waffles however the waffles were dry with very little Nutella on it.

First time visitor. Attended with family in the late evening. All the desserts were beautifully presented. Children loved their waffles and "donuts". The Sundae was super filling. All halal. Will come again

The Ferrero rocher tastes like paint. Don't think they actually use Ferrero rocher. Awful taste, bitter and paint like, makes me feel sick. Cookie dough and Kinder milkshake was okay but Ferrero ice cream and Ferrero milkshake was disgusting, lumpy and would definitely not order again!

This is my second disappointing experience with oh so yum. I ordered a gulab jamun sundae which had precisely 2 tiny cut cubes of gulab jamun and the rest was just caramel sauce and whippy ice cream. Would not recommend. I could have just got whippy ice cream and put gulab jamuns from nafees opposite, it would cost a third of the price and taste much better.

I don’t know why this shop is empty, lovely big shop with only me in it. Food was good I had syrup with a side of pancake.

First time coming here with family , the desserts was delicious, we was served by Sam and she was wonderful made us feel so comfortable , her service was brilliant , not been treated like that in any other dessert place so hats of to her , will deffo be coming back !

It's all about the aesthetics. The waffle looked nice but that's the only thing that was good. The waffle tasted undercooked I could taste the raw eggs in it. Not a fan at all.

I ordered the milk chocolate cookie dough and the Nutella cookie dough and both tasted amazing. Great place for ordering desserts. Would definitely recommend.

I would rename this place to ‘Oh So Quiet’. Arrived at 9.30pm and not a soul in sight on a Friday evening. Place was completely deserted (pun not intended). There was pin-drop silence and I felt like I was in a scary movie. Later the staff turned on some background music. All the usual items are available. Ordered the Strawberries and Nutella Waffle. It was average but you have to pay extra for scoop of ice cream which is a bit cheeky. The mint ice cream tasted dry. Has to ask for a replacement. Not sure what the USP of this place is. Simply having Alan Sugar as an investor, you cannot expect that is sufficient enough to offer a mediocre desserts. There is no wow factor here. On street parking available.

Very disappointing. Ordered a fondue with strawberries, chocolate came out cold and was very cheap tasting. Also ordered a chocolate cake with custard, asked for a plain chocolate sponge and received a vanilla sprinkle cake, again the cake tasted very stale and not to a good standard whatsoever. Definitely will not be returning or recommending. On a side note customer service was very disappointing too. Staff just stood in the back talking amongst themselves and the music was deafening. Not a good atmosphere or service.

I always without fail find small hairs in my cookie dough. I'm not sure if it's coming from the actual Mr whippy icecream that I pour on the cooke dough or the actual cookie itself. I have made notes via ubereats everytime I've ordered but it's still the same issue. Extremely unhygienic.

I had the rolo brookie...we travel from Huddersfield to come to this dessert spot, just to have this...my daughter adores the cookie doughs. Would definitely recommend you pay these guys a visit to try it out for yourself!

Came tonight evening, ordered waffles and shakes and food was amazing. Service was also amazing madz and lyba were both super and got out our desserts quick and presentation was very good also. Madz gave excellent recommendations a- deserve recognition!!

I really don’t know where to start. Please avoid this place and save your money! I came from Edinburgh and the food was terrible. The new Ferraro cookie cups and bueno cookie cup were rock hard in the middle! We couldn’t even eat it. The waffle and crepes were thankfully nice as the children were eating it. The place looked filthy, the floors and tables. There was even toilet roll under the table. None of the staff would pick it up. The staff working were very young and inexperienced. I felt sorry for these girls, you could tell they needed some person with authority there. As soon as you walk in it’s like a ghost town and now I know why. We were waiting around for a length of time to be seated, the atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming or any warmth. I’m very disappointed with the full experience. I expected at least a decent experience with the Apprentice star. Harpreet seriously, need to focus on the Bradford branch. It’s the worst dessert place I have ever been too. I’m still gutted as I was looking forward to it.

First and last time ordering form this place, took over 45mins to get desserts ready and then when opened box’s ordered strawberry’s on waffle there was 3 pieces of strawberry. No wow factor at all. Highly disappointed. Pull your finger out and sort this store in Bradford out.

Worst milkshake I’ve ever had 🤮 ordered Terry’s chocolate orange milkshakes on Uber eats and they were horrible. There was no ice cream in them at all or idk if the ice cream completely melted because they tasted like flavoured milk. Also they weren’t even blended properly because there was whole bits of chocolate in them. What a waste of money and food. Not the quality I expected from here. Won’t be ordering again.
