Haute Dolci Bradford in Bradford

I was there with my family and unfortunately we weren't well looked after by the floor manager! We'd been there once before and it was totally different, everything was fine... we went in, asked for the menu and he said there are no physical menus, but the menu was there for us to see! We ordered desserts, they took too long and it came wrong, they didn't put cutlery or napkins on the table, and the floor manager was on his mobile phone the whole time! Then two young girls arrived and he acted professionally, put everything on the table and smiled at them while me, my wife and my daughters experienced terrible service.

We visited the branch on 16th August as a family. We arrived at midday and were advised that the opening was being delayed by half an hour. Not an issue, we had a quick walk through the shopping centre. The waiter was very polite and apologetic. The issue we had was with the food. We ordered various dishes. The shakshuka went down very well. However the pancake portion was very small for the price paid. Elements of the order were left off and we had to go and remind them. At this point only 4 tables were occupied in the whole place. The worst item however was the hayburg burger. Looked nothing like the description or picture. No fried onion strings, just a couple of cheap frozen onion rings plus random salad items added which aren't on the description. The burger was awful. The patties had no char and just generally a very poor attempt at a burger. At £9.90 for just burger excluding fries or drink this is massively overpriced. There are much better options available in close proximity. Will not be visiting again.

This place when it opened was not upto standards, also not so good staff. Ipaid a visit again this time round and was welcomed by a amazing staff member his name was waseem if am not wrong. He was so polite and welcoming. I wanted something from the old menu i was shocked he knew the item and got it made for me and suprised me. I would highly recommend this place 5***** ... Deserts at its highest level in Bradford.

Absolutely amazing! Ordered and got a hot brunch with a perfect portion size, tasty mushrooms, and perfectly done eggs. Would definitely try again.

This place has always been good for deserts but learnt recently they do Brunch. Was in with my partner who is really into the smashed avocado with egg on toast. I ordered the Full English washed down with a cappuccino. The waitress (Safa) was great and talked us through it all. We only came in for their San Sabastian Cheesecake LOL !!

Just had Brunch at this place - amazing and halal! Went for the Full English and my friend went for the Shakshuka. What can I say - amazing! I went for their blue latte (forgot the name think it might be Luna Latte) and was nice. Went there last year and it was so so but they really have upped their game. Keep it up.

We received a rude welcome, no smile, waiter pointed at a table and said “scan QR” he sat chatting at a table a slow service and finally came to take our order. Food was bland no taste at all. We we’re overcharged- asked to see receipt he folded it over on the total to hide a “service charge” that is not transparent at all. I asked for the receipt and he said “keep it as a souvenir” His name was Waseem. Very rude, I won’t go back there again!

Loved the restaurant!! Amazing decor and amazing food. And the best ever service from Waseem. Had the Pistachio Stack and San Sebastian cheseesake and would highly recommend

Amazing food came in for a quick bite had a classy chick and a dessert to share with my wife! Enjoyed the service given by the manager Waseem. Definitely recommend this spot it was nice and peaceful good shout if you're around Bradford city center. They do brunch definitely try that out next time I'm in !

Not been for a few months so thought we would give it a go. There is now a new menu and it is no where like the old one,gone are the pictures and choise,it has really been cut down.What we had was still good but the sevice not so good,ie no spoon or sugar offered with the coffee.The enterance to the disabled toilet was blocked by a pile of chairs and to end the visit after my daughter had paid a waiter who had not been working whilst we were there ran out after us into the street and shouted had we left without paying the bill.

Have been here numerous times and the experience has always been relatively good however this occasion topped the lot. We received the exact service and quality we were hoping for both in the French toasts and the iced tropical drinks. Will definitely be paying a visit again soon

This place had Amazing desserts greatly prepared and presented, top service , great banter from the manager Waseem. Will be coming again.

Very good since the change of management in store. Wass is excellent at taking care of us and will do a special off menu Doodh Patti (tea latte) that is off the charts!

I’ve worked in the hospitality industry over ten years so I consider myself very patient and understanding but that’s said it’s been a long time since I’ve been so disappointed. Food was average, a little overpriced but I get it with cost of good increasing and the interior of the venue is pretty. Toilets were incredibly dirty however and no sign of hourly check ins, not to mention we had no check backs on the food or to ask if we needed anything further. (The venue wasn’t busy either) We were waiting for 40 mins for our table to be cleared then wanted to order dessert. However is took over another hour and 40 mins to get anyone’s attention, by which time we’d given up on the idea of ordering anything else and just wished to pay and leave. The gratuity is added automatically but in all honestly there was no service to be gratuitous about. The staff are young and inexperienced (I get it, we all start somewhere!) but could really use some extensive customer service training. It’s not surprise to me that this place is empty majority of the time.

Rumanaah was amazing. It was our first time here and I felt like I had a fabulous first experience. Would come again!
