Haute Dolci Bradford in Bradford

I was there with my family and unfortunately we weren't well looked after by the floor manager! We'd been there once before and it was totally different, everything was fine... we went in, asked for the menu and he said there are no physical menus, but the menu was there for us to see! We ordered desserts, they took too long and it came wrong, they didn't put cutlery or napkins on the table, and the floor manager was on his mobile phone the whole time! Then two young girls arrived and he acted professionally, put everything on the table and smiled at them while me, my wife and my daughters experienced terrible service.

Very good restaurant. Delicious and generous dishes.

Myself and my friend visited today, we were greeted by the manager Waseem who has exceptional customer service and was most welcoming, he tailor made us our drinks as we asked for desi tea. The tea and hot chocolate was absolutely on point.l We would particularly like to thank the manager Waseem for his hospitality and high standard of service, We will be visiting again.

Have been twice in the past week, amazing quality service, very patient and friendly service! The environment is lovely, very calm and very clean too. It definitely feels like VIP treatment. The portion sizes are proportionate to costs and the desserts are great! Cannot wait for a next visit!

The prices were expensive, water cost money, pouring service cost money, and the cheesecake was bad, but to be honest, the crepe was good.

I visited Haute Dolci Bradford with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The ice cream was delicious and creamy, with a variety of flavours and toppings to choose from. We also tried some of their other desserts, like the chocolate fondant and the waffles, and they were equally amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cosy and elegant. The restaurant was clean and spacious. It was a perfect treat for a special occasion. I would highly recommend Haute Dolci Bradford to anyone looking for a sweet indulgence or a savoury delight.

I came here today, and i was tasting the sunday with strawberry,and it was really next level, I recommend to came to taste the same one is well, they have really big choices of everything, and Diksha it was veri nice and kind, see you soon for sure!!!!!

please don’t come here, service was horrid as it took forever for someone to take my order yet they added a service charge, i was also charge two pounds for a glass of lukewarm TAP WATER, and also charged for SAUCES- THAT I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE. Being charged for a tiny squirt of ketchup is horrid enough let alone being charged for what i didn’t receive. ridiculous.

Food, service & atmosphere here was lovely. A much better experience than I had at another branch a few weeks earlier. They need to take heed from Haute Dolci Bradford. Would go here again.

The lady that served us was very nice and polite. The restaurant overall was so lovely and the food arrived quickly. Very pleased with everything!

We visited the branch on 16th August as a family. We arrived at midday and were advised that the opening was being delayed by half an hour. Not an issue, we had a quick walk through the shopping centre. The waiter was very polite and apologetic. The issue we had was with the food. We ordered various dishes. The shakshuka went down very well. However the pancake portion was very small for the price paid. Elements of the order were left off and we had to go and remind them. At this point only 4 tables were occupied in the whole place. The worst item however was the hayburg burger. Looked nothing like the description or picture. No fried onion strings, just a couple of cheap frozen onion rings plus random salad items added which aren't on the description. The burger was awful. The patties had no char and just generally a very poor attempt at a burger. At £9.90 for just burger excluding fries or drink this is massively overpriced. There are much better options available in close proximity. Will not be visiting again.

The service is impeccable by Waseem, Safa and the team. Always go above and beyond and nothing is too much. The best pancakes are served here would highly recommend. The burgers are the best too but they were gone to quick as they were too tasty!! Our go to place in Bradford :)

I got a full english breakfast and it was shocking. It was not worth the £13.50 at all. It tasted disgusting and made me feel sick. The tomatoes tasted like they’ve been soaked in the left over oil from the sausages and I don’t understand why you tried to make the beans taste like a curry. Would not recommend at all and I will not be ordering again.

I took lunch back to work. I opened up the cesear salad and there was hardly any chicken inside! So disappointed! It cost £7.20 for that! It was dry and had no flavour either.

Very hospitable staff and nice setting indoors love the decor perfect place to come with friends very humble manager accommodating to every need even to children!!

Loved this place! It’s my new go to place! It’s in the city centre so easy access. I work here so needed something quick for my lunch. Met with a smiley face from Sophiya. She couldn’t be anymore accommodating. I’m a bit picky with my food but she managed to cater for me without any issues. We visited Haute Dolci today and it was such an amazing experience. We were served by Waseem and he made us feel so welcome and was really friendly. His recommendations are spot on. Everything he said we would like, we loved. Food is spot on and so is the service. He went out of his way to make us Desi tea (as a personal request because it isn’t on the menu) and it was one of the best teas I have had. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Restaurant looks nice, first time came in to try. Ordered a burger. Disappointing thing was that you have to pay for all the extras, burger comes just as is, no salad on side or chips. Took a bite and there was a peace of plastic in the burger and then noticed a fly in the sauce as well. First and last time coming to this place. There was no apology nothing from staff

The desserts are really nice, however they are expensive and not really worth that price. The waitress gave our dessert to the wrong table which was rectified by the customer on that table however that customer took a few nibbles of our dessert before being passed to us which wasn't changed. The service was slow, but the place is nice and clean and better than other dessert outlets in town.

If I had the option to give it 0 Stars I would service was terrible got served the wrong food multiple times the workers were giving us evils made us feel uncomfortable nothing was working had to wait 2 hours for our food drinks were not cold. Horrible service one was nice took our order after 40 mins but then was taking his absolute time to give it out. Lady was super rude giving looks for absolute no reason

Lovely desserts and amazing drinks

We order a bunch of desserts from deliveroo. One of which was french toast. They literally just toasted some brioche. It wasn't french toast at all (I've eaten the same thing at the Leeds branch and it was fantastic). We also ordered pouring cream with 2 of our desserts and the cream had gone off. Our desserts were ruined and you can't even get through to them on the phone to raise this with them. Obviously they keep the phone off the hook. This was supposed to be a father's Day treat and it was ruined. Really disappointed.

This place when it opened was not upto standards, also not so good staff. Ipaid a visit again this time round and was welcomed by a amazing staff member his name was waseem if am not wrong. He was so polite and welcoming. I wanted something from the old menu i was shocked he knew the item and got it made for me and suprised me. I would highly recommend this place 5***** ... Deserts at its highest level in Bradford.

The food was worth the ££. The service was great. - I mean overly great! My two year old daughter was given a foil rose ;) The definitely needs a pay rise! I will be coming back! Also the actual place does not feel like Bradford. The place is designed to high standards.

Just had Brunch at this place - amazing and halal! Went for the Full English and my friend went for the Shakshuka. What can I say - amazing! I went for their blue latte (forgot the name think it might be Luna Latte) and was nice. Went there last year and it was so so but they really have upped their game. Keep it up.

We had slumber party cookie dough which was excellent. The pistachio pancakes were delicious even though I’m not a fan of pistachios! Could not recommend it enough. Service was great as well!

This place has always been good for deserts but learnt recently they do Brunch. Was in with my partner who is really into the smashed avocado with egg on toast. I ordered the Full English washed down with a cappuccino. The waitress (Safa) was great and talked us through it all. We only came in for their San Sabastian Cheesecake LOL !!

I am writing from my wife’s account as I don’t have one. I called Haute Dolci as I was in need of some flowers urgently. You were all sold out and after explaining my urgency a gentleman by the name of Waseem Siddique was ever so kind to help me. He called me back within 5 minutes with a resolution. I really appreciate the help as he did not need to help me but he went above and beyond. Such great customer service. This man deserves a raise and a promotion. Thank you once again

Amazing service, very friendly atmosphere lovely relaxed environment. The coffee and deserts are amazing.

The first time I came here I ordered the Strawberry shortcake sundae and it was literally perfection. This time I came specifically just to have this but I found they’d discontinued it :(. The salesman, Wasim, went above and beyond to recreate it for me and it was exactly how I’d have before. Thank you for making our date night perfect!
