They do amazing Jacket Potatoes

Not that nice at all, paninis are average at best, tried steak also chicken panini too both were average at best. I got the steak panini and couldn't even finish it as the steak seemed to taste really undercooked. I'm not the biggest fan of paninis but I've definitely had better in the past. Nice place on the plus side, staff friendly an good seating area 👍

Food is, although hygiene practices are poor such as not changing gloves in the interity of my stay where money was exchanged gloves remained on, food that fell out of the tubs onto the counter was either placed back in the tub/s or in the food being prepared. Service is reasonable, pleasant and don't have to wait too long. Cleanliness of the environment is poor

Place is ok . Just food needs improvement Panini Bread was over cooked apart from the chips they were ok meat in the panini Wasn't hot or warm it was cold . I don't really eat from here it was my first time just on way home from. Work thought I'd give it a try . if your paying good money for the food make sure you're giving right quality of food I won't coming here again

Food arrived cold and the paninis were burnt. Women over the phone was giving attitude and really narky, no good customer service at all. Never again. Prefer the Carlisle road one as the food is always fresh and service is amazing.

I always order deli chez whenever I’m in Bradford by mistake, I’ve ordered from the Wrong deli chez just Eat as this shop in particular could not follow simple instructions on a Just Eat order, called in to ask them to make sure they can put tomato sauce on jacket potatoes and was asked if I wanted my jacket potato cold when I didn’t ask that question clearly the stuff in here don’t listen and don’t have any customer service skills do not order from here as they’ll just put whatever they want and your jacket potato And so what can they do just eat it? Could not get the drink right when it clearly says pepsi they put barr cola 🤨 Don’t recommend the one on Leeds Road try elsewhere!!

Ordered on Ubereats. Arrived cold, no salad only one of them had any sauce on it. The beef was dry and chewy. Seems it’s been left for days. They really have gone downhill. Dead food.

Burnt 2 paninis and refused to take any accountability. When I asked about the manager over the phone she hung up. Very unprofessional to serve burnt food and say it wasn't burnt. Delichez your standards have fallen so far.

Fresh and delicious every time. Ruby is a credit to this establishment, she's always very polite and efficient.

Very rude staff especially the fat women. Went in she said Yes !!! I said "pardon" and she said Yes again. Next customer came again she said "Yes" .. very rude . That was her way of serving absolutely ridiculous the guy in the back was also rude . Terrible service and a disgrace to the deli chez franchise .

Absolutely disgusting I was a good customer to Deli Chez not no more! 26/03/2023 i ordered £33 worth of food for me and my family to find a big hair in my food! I ring them up saying “hi I ordered food to my address from just eat and I’ve just found a big hair in my mixed steak and chips” and he just replies ok we’ll send another out then I said that I’d prefer a refund and he said he couldn’t do it because the boss wasn’t there! I surely won’t be ordering no more from here as this is the second time it’s happened to me

Absolutely awful worst food I’ve ever had we order keema and rice chips separate and salad she then came over with chilli con carni Which didn’t look fresh at all I told her it was wrong and we ordered keema and rice salad and chips salad she then came over with keema and chips and salad no rice it was absolutely awful will never go again there looked to be no organisation🤮

Clearly missed the notes then getting funny over the phone, rice definitively microwaved and steak was just pure rubber charge so much then can’t do the job right not fresh.

Their tuna paninis used to be great but unfortunately now they seem to use cheap tuna spread instead of actual tuna chunks

The person who answered the phone was really rude and showed alot of attitude asked her to repeat something to me due to my poor hearing conditions and was rudely answered by "do you really want me to read that out again" I found that very rude and totally un acceptable I don't know if they condone that sort of behaviour and language towards their customers but it's bang out of order will never be ordering from here again the girl who answered sounded as though she just couldn't be bothered taking my order

Absolutely terrible service, would not even give them 1 star. Would not recommend ordering from here and I will not be ordering from here ever again. We ordered for the office and they forgot 2 of our meals. Called to let them know and ask to resend the food, when they tried to make out we were lying and were adamant the meals were here. I explained they are not here and can you send the order as 2 people have missed out on their lunch. Their response was to say we are busy can we send you the food next time you order. With a very long conversation, they finally agreed to send out the food in half an hour. Food still wasn't here in half an hour so called back to see where it was, got told it would be another half an hour. Called back another two times after that and was told 10 minutes both times. The food still hasn't arrived 2 hours later and I assume isn't coming. Do not order from here!

I was charged £7.50 for £4.30 panini and £1 snack. Food was okay. When I asked for a receipt cashier gave a credit card slip not actual receipt. There were few other customers waiting so I didn't ask. Never go there again. When I finished eating and about to leave I was offered small box of cold and soggy fries I never and charged. Be careful of these type of business who tries to make money by charging extra.

2 star is being kind.40 mins late with delivery. The food is not worth the amount you pay....who charges 50p for salad when you're spending nearly £30. Portions small very basic food not happy

Atrocious! Ordered at 12.30 & didn’t receive the food until 3pm. Ordered specific drinks which I didn’t get and asked for sauces which I didn’t receive either. Everytime I rang the shop they told me the food was on its way when it reality it wasn’t. 2.5 hours for a delivery of 2 paninis is shocking!

Poor service a bunch of scammers, ordered 3 potatoes with steak, on the menu board it showed £4.30 each, charged me £6.50 each, kept me waiting 40 minutes, to add to things got ordered wrong. Horrible food had stomach upset for three days and heart burns. Never go there Leeds road Deli-Chez sucks. Don't even deserve a single star.

Probably the worst experience ive had in the 23 years that Ive been alive. Lets go through this one step at a time: Website: Horrible user interface, requires account creation, and non-functioning card payment system. Had to pay with cash that i pulled out of my backside. Delivery: Took twice as long as promised. Waited over 45 mins past the delivery time. When i called to ask where the hell my food is, the guy on the phone (who can barely string together a sentence by the way) kept telling me 4-5 mins. The food arrived 25 mins after the first call, and was completely cold. Food: Hardly edible. Chicken steak tasted like dog food. The rice was coloured orange-yellow from the gallons of oil they use in their food. Beef steak was chewy and tasteless, I'd rather eat mud. Chips tasted like cardboard. Price: Overpriced rubbish, both the quantity AND the quality of the food was bad, and no way worth the price. Customer service: Put somebody with more than 1 braincell on the phone. Have someone more capable build your horrid website. Summary: Trash. Avoid at all costs. My standards are EXTREMELY low when it comes to food, yet this food somehow didnt satisfy me.

It was an okay experience. The person on till seemed to be in a rush and didn't give much reccomendatiobs when asking for some. Instead he saw what was on the grill and kind of pushed on the quickest/easiest option of a chicken burger. The burger was average if I'm honest and was overpriced. Only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is that the chips were nice and the branch in Leeds is much better.

Well, this was definitely an experience. Usually dont come to this deli chez and I should have gone with my gut instinct. I mean the staff were not very friendly. Just a cant be bothered attitude from the get go. This food was barely edible. My order meat steak and rice The meat looked like its been out all day and re heated just before I came. Chewy and hard. Salad wasn't fresh 😕 the rice was nice, although it wasn't enough to enjoy my meal. The 2nd order Jacket potato - easy meal. So wasn't bad. Apart from the same meat that wasn't is good condition. And the cheese turns into oily fat as it melts. Cheap! I dont know what the food hygiene rating is but it makes Salah's look like Harrods.

So my go to for delichez that always always is nice is their chicken steak it's really tasty and worth it never fails whether that's a wrap or panini or sandwich I defo recommend this there beef steak is also very nice but cab sometimes be a hit and miss so stick to the chicken!

Ordered via just eat on 01/11/2020, ate from here a couple of times before. The food was nice and enjoyable until we found a long black hair in our panini. Was put off immediately and will definitely not be ordering again. We rang back and spoke to a lady but very disappointed.👎🏼

Ordered at 1:30 food arrived at 4:00 after ringing continuously, it was cold and the chicken wasn’t even cooked properly I could smell the rawness. Will not be ordering from here again.

The food is nice but the customer service in that place is atrocious! owner came to drop my food off and was sooo rude! Never ordering from there again. Lost a loyal customer, I used to order from there twice a week for my lunch.

High class ingredients with daily fresh poducts, makes there food mouth watering and addictive; you want to come back again and again. (And the great thing is everything is made infront of you).

Orderd my food at 6:40 , they hardly had any food in what I wanted. At 7:40 they rang to say they didn't have any pasta. 8:10 I rang back to see how long my food will be, they said 10 minutes. It's a joke!

I wish they have minus rating so I could gve them lowest rate. Order lunch from this place. Half the order wasn't came first tym. The order came it was cold like ice. Jacket potato cold feel disgusting. Tuna mayo had chicken chunks in. No salad no sauce.. So dry. After one hour and 45 mins rest of order came. And when I wanted to tlk to manger he was tlking to the person but didn't want to come to the phone. Left my number to contact me after 5 days I am still waiting for tht call. Totally disgusting food and service.
