Ginos in Bradford

Ordered from Ginos for around 2 years... over £1000 in orders and tonight was an absolute joke... 2hrs waiting, we phoned up to be told order was delivered to the wrong adress, and they were cooking fresh, another hour and 3 smashed up pizzas arrived.. (over 3 hours from when we ordered) what an absolute joke we will get our money back from Just Eat and never EVER order from you jokers again... avoid like the plague!! There not bothered about loyal customers just a quick buck for shoddy smashed up pizzas and cold chips 👍 all the best Ginos... embarrassing...

Always consistent and great menu choice

Ginos is one of those places that somehow managed to make every food item on their menu actually good. Not just nice pizzas, but lovely curries too. Everything I've eaten from here has always been awesome.

Fish was disappointing not fresh

already 20 mins late and no sign of showing up...no alerts to say on their way. shocking.

2 pizzas missing, incomplete order.

I ordered deal offer one. Recieved onion rings instead of bhaji, 3 cans of mango rubicon instead of 1.5l bottle of Pepsi🫤 I can only presume these were substitutes as they never called etc to let me know. If they would have called, they'd have found out I don't like either. Portion sizes were a little on the slim side. Food was okay and delivery was just before total expected time.

Quality has dipped. Hardly any toppings. Also send a wrong pizza.

the food is always very good and delivered hot and well rapped ,driver is all ways good manned and polite .

Ordered on the too good to go app. Absolutely terrible. Looked like a margherita pizza with a few bits of brightly coloured, flavourless chicken on there and a small burger box of fries. Glad I didn't pay the price on their menu because even at the app price I wouldn't be buying again. Can get better food elsewhere.

the smell of the pizzas was not nice and meat feast pizza was a little bit overcooked

Poor food tonight worst I have had won’t be ordering again children’s pizza £4.50 each to receive pitta bread with bit of cheese on ask for thin based pizza to receive thick stodgie base

We got a pizza from the too good to app and the meat was off it tasted sooo horrible I don’t think u should be giving expired off food even if it’s from too good to app.vey disappointed

Smashed it! They forgot my dessert in the shop (accident) but after I rang about it they delivered it within 5 minutes all the way back with the dessert!

I understand this isn't the fault of thr restaurant, more the delivery driver. also thankyou for the free pizza, you really didn't have to. it was much appreciated. got a call from the driver who asked what my address was. the address and postcode is literally on the order. he said he was on a street that doesn't exist, I think he made it up. I gave him the post code and he said nothing was coming up, repeated it to him and he miraculously found it. the food was clap cold when it arrived.

Amazing pizza as always excellent doner meat and chips a lot bigger than I was expected only thing I would ask is if you could add garlic to the extras on pizza toppings

the food was decent. it was cooked promptly and fresh. the chops could be softer so maybe more lemon during marination stage would help, other food items were good.

Don't if under new management or new staff, but recently every time I've ordered theres been a problem with the food 😒 I'm gutted coz you are my go to and have been a very regular customer but Mum said the pizza was sloppy and the chicken wasn't good 😒

Food was a bit bland. Okay if u don’t like salt or spice was a bit less for my liking

if u have the munchies don’t come here as personally it was just below standard. the chips were fire , donner was ok till it flipped out the package all over my bed , chicken strips meh. 7up was whites. overall 5.5/10 #@bfdbestbuds

Chicken korma was like water, the chicken was lovely but the texture of the sauce you could drink it which wasn’t very appetising which is a shame as it always been a good curry

not had ginos for a while tbh I don't know why! quality pizza kids loves it. only moan is bit ott with the veg but was no problem.. will be defo ordering again

Food was great, apart from ordered the homemade chips and got frozen steak cut chips.

Very fast delivery, piping hot pizza with plenty of toppings. Three different types of chicken on one pizza, thought it might be too much chicken but it was delicious, ate half a pizza in one sitting! Only thing missing was bullet chillies to give it that extra kick. All in all I'm happy with my order from Gino's pizza. 😍

Pizza was cold, chips were soggy, ordered Ferrero Rocher cookie dough which, received a poor excuse if a cookie what had white chunks of chocolate in. Thought I’d try Ginos based on reviews. Won’t be ordering again

Great service from the lads and ordered pizza from here for my family who came from London it consisted of 25 people and they were all soo happy with customer service and food they also let us watch the euro game would definitely recommend and if u haven’t plz do charcoal grill pizza one to die for ❤️

My friend regularly orders from you guys and whilst I was at his for a night in with a few beers we ordered a takeaway from yourselves. I was absolutely amazed by the portion sizes and the flavour of the food. It was absolutely beautiful could not fault anything. Great value for money. Everything was cooked fresh and was the perfect temperature when it arrived. I loved it that much that I decided to order again here for myself and my partner and we both loved it. Will be ordering again from you.

sorry but for the first time I was disappointed the fries were cold and hard and the strips had more coating than chicken and were hard so couldn't eat 😕 I always mention lightly coated due to hum problems and pain 😕
