Food was great and good priced, delivery driver was very friendly when he dropped off the food, will most likely order again from here when i have work up this area again

pizza and burger was nice as always but the chips are always undercooked now. every time I order, they are like that.

Ginos pizzas are very inconsistent in their quality - I have ordered from them a few times but it’s an unexpected experience & outcome each time, sometimes good, at times terrible and sometimes in between. Otherwise, they do sell pizzas that satisfy your taste buds.

wrong pizza delivered donner got chicken instead portion size was tiny and fries were crinkle cut cheap lukewarm at best spent over 40 pound...all in small trays..not worth the hassle

Food was ok, fudge cake with custard was 10/10. Just wasnt happy that baguette didn't say it came with fries so ended up paying extra, for 2 large fries

First time ordering got the traditional fish n chips and a munch box food was good can’t really grumble

Great food and service as always. Asked if they would change the normal tomatoe sauce base to a BBQ sauce base on my pizza (which some restaurants have refused to do in the past) and they did without any problems. Which ended up taking the cheese mountain to another level family n friends loved it.

pizzas were early and absolutely brilliant, 1st time using and best ive had in a long time. will definitely use again

delivery time is quite long. 1hr 15 minutes for mine. the food was worth the wait though all very nice and fresh..would order again

Got a huge menu spoilt for choice and everything is fresh and top quality ingredients used masala fish and fish and chips 100% haddock used and the pizzas are just on another level the secret is definately in the sauce...

Food is not fresh , wings are old minimum 2-3 days. And all food taste weird. Like everything was made few days ago. I’m not ordering again

My order never arrived. I’ve been waiting nearly two hours, don’t bother saying you tried to deliver it either like you have in other reviews because you haven’t. It’s a joke, I’ve spent over £30 on food for you to not deliver my order. And then to add to that, I’ve been calling for the past hour for you to just ignore my calls.

The pizzas were nice but the problem was the chips as they had barely any taste and weren’t the same and gave barely any sauce even though I mentioned saying for some more sauce

Found plastic cooked into the pizza. Raised a concern about it to just eat and apparently according to this place they don’t have ANY plastic in their shop. What a joke, don’t order here. Health and safety issues.

Tasty food as always! The guys sent me a couple of spring rolls to try out. I'm not usually a spring roll type of guy but these were seriously nice! Good amount of meat in them unlike the cheap ones you get from most places that are more vegetable than meat! Really really tasty. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Ordered from Ginos for around 2 years... over £1000 in orders and tonight was an absolute joke... 2hrs waiting, we phoned up to be told order was delivered to the wrong adress, and they were cooking fresh, another hour and 3 smashed up pizzas arrived.. (over 3 hours from when we ordered) what an absolute joke we will get our money back from Just Eat and never EVER order from you jokers again... avoid like the plague!! There not bothered about loyal customers just a quick buck for shoddy smashed up pizzas and cold chips 👍 all the best Ginos... embarrassing...

Ginos is one of those places that somehow managed to make every food item on their menu actually good. Not just nice pizzas, but lovely curries too. Everything I've eaten from here has always been awesome.

I ordered deal offer one. Recieved onion rings instead of bhaji, 3 cans of mango rubicon instead of 1.5l bottle of Pepsi🫤 I can only presume these were substitutes as they never called etc to let me know. If they would have called, they'd have found out I don't like either. Portion sizes were a little on the slim side. Food was okay and delivery was just before total expected time.

Ordered on the too good to go app. Absolutely terrible. Looked like a margherita pizza with a few bits of brightly coloured, flavourless chicken on there and a small burger box of fries. Glad I didn't pay the price on their menu because even at the app price I wouldn't be buying again. Can get better food elsewhere.

I understand this isn't the fault of thr restaurant, more the delivery driver. also thankyou for the free pizza, you really didn't have to. it was much appreciated. got a call from the driver who asked what my address was. the address and postcode is literally on the order. he said he was on a street that doesn't exist, I think he made it up. I gave him the post code and he said nothing was coming up, repeated it to him and he miraculously found it. the food was clap cold when it arrived.

Smashed it! They forgot my dessert in the shop (accident) but after I rang about it they delivered it within 5 minutes all the way back with the dessert!
