Great customer service, had an issue with our address not being right in google maps but the shop tried to contact us and got it sorted straight away. Food is gorgeous too, will definitely order again.

I waited 1hr 45 minutes from the time of ordering. It was marked as delivered after an hour but I rang after an hour and half to chase it up. When it arrived it was cold and inedible. Ive never had a problem ordering from here before but will not be ordering again.

Didn’t get the donner; got chicken. Didn’t get the mixed either got just chicken. Pizza was burnt, cold, hard and tastelessness. Chips cold and soggy.

Ordered a mixed kebab the chicken was really chewy had to take it all out and the chips were over cooked and soggy so couldn’t eat them either. Disappointed with our order.

Amazing pizza! Arrived piping hot and 10 mins before the delivery estimate, they gave us free garlic bread and it was honestly the best pizza we've had for a long time. Definitely our new favourite

Pizza Napolena made all the pizzas for my daughter's football presentation (around 35 in total). They opened early and made all the pizzas perfectly and on time. Food that was delivered was hot and on time. Unfortunately that is the only positive. The tomato garlic bread didn’t have a lot of tomato sauce but was burnt on the bottom. The mozzarella stick portion was small. Chicken burger was bland. The ketchup was watered down and the fries were soggy and unseasoned.

Loved the option to add extra onions and cheese to my burger without additional cost, however the pizza I ordered may have been a little incorrect. I ordered the bbq special, but only seemed to have bbq sauce and chicken on it, no ham, peppers or onions. Still recommended though 👌

Delicious pizzas and cheeseburger

The 1/2 burger seemed to be just 2 frozen burgers and full of grisel the parmo had a weird gooey grey looking sauce nothing like betchamel. Very disappointed. Even the curly fries were not that cracking and not sure how you can get curly fries wrong :/

Delivery driver rude and wouldn’t come to my door to deliver so food was cold. All the cheese stuck to the tray on the cheesey chips and pizza was the thinnest I’ve ever seen

Overall good pizza, pretty tasty, fresh ingredients, would order again. Constructively to the chef - the pepperoni could be spicier, ok, but not authetic Italian/American in taste, recommended to research this. The crust could've been a bit more charred/crispy, but it held together well - I would put extra crispy in the notes nect time. Reminded me a bit of a Domino's Italian Crust, but way less salty, less grease, fresher and tastier. Good job!

First time ordering from here as we have just moved to the area. Probably the most polite takeaway I have ever ordered from! As it was my first order, we received a call from the takeaway thanking us for our customer and was given a free garlic bread which was delicious. We ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy chips and all of the food was piping hot and very tasty. Will definitely be ordering from here again 😅

My pizza arrived cold and it was minus my cannot pop... Gutted cos I've been waiting for that the most. Delivery driver came on time.. and the weather is shocking and is NY day so probably just really busy.

Friendly efficient staff and counter service, good authentic Italian recipes, or the options of burgers and kebabs. Association with Khyber Indian restaurant makes for unexpected combinations which are recommended
