Cannot fault the food at this place. The shawarma is really good. Both chicken and meat. The service is really good too. The staff are friendly. The only thing letting the place down is the lack of seating. Parking's a nightmare too.

Your food is really not good, but it contained hair. Then a disrespectful person would say bad things to his colleague. Your shop was Kurdish with a Turkish name and a Turkish picture

No customer service skills at all! Staff member seemed like he was in LALA land, a simple order that he got so wrong. Asked me if i wanted salt on my fries and puts chilli sauce on instead! Cant even tell the difference between salt and chilli sauce..

Lamb tastes disgusting Small portions staff are lazy and a bit thick

I would technically give it just under 4/5. The food is delicious and service is quick and efficient. Only thing I would suggest is that they give more shawarma in the meal. Even when you ask for extra it's like 3 or 4 bits. Lamb shawarma by far is the juiciest but overall, really nice. Just an extra more shawarma would be better.

Food is good but the staff makes NO effort into customer service. They'll accept orders even if they don't have the item and then send something something like instead. Most can't speak English so the communication is so difficult! They don't apologies if they make a mistake. please hire someone who can speak English!!!

Paid for a delivery through just eat, the food never arrived I called the shop who said it was collection only. I said I can’t get there the man I spoke to said “well you’ve lost the money” then hung up on me. I will never use this take away again. Bunch of money stealing people. Avoid this place.

Visited because Istanbul Shawarma next door was closed. Will not be back. The naan is nowhere near as nice as next door and the chicken portion was pathetic. You couldn't even taste the meat. I even had to ask for more salad as I was barely given a scrap of lettuce. Go next door. It's miles better. :

So...no!no!no! Yesterday I went to this place....and unfortunately my experience hasn't been positive. Staff and the ambience were OK, no complains.....but the food.....food wasn't good at all. We order 1 portion of doner with 2 naans , salad and 1 chicken Shawarma for a bill of of £10. Even though the price is not much but the food itself was not good....especially the chicken Shawarma...chicken smelled as gone bad and the taste as well was awful. Doner was OK, not that big thing.....however salad, sauces and condiments were great.....but no tasty meat no party. It might be that it was an isolated case.....and normally their food is great.....but I am telling you my side of the story..... If you think that I can't demand more at that price.....I can tell you that for the same price...not far from their location had same amount of yummier meal. Best Regards, Food people are the Best.

Food is nice but they never allow you to get a lamb shawarma on its own. They always say you can only get mixed and they have a big order. Why advertise lamb only shawarma then. Not good service. People want lamb on its own not mixed with chicken

Do you like home made donner. Well after love donner this my go to. The plate is huge for £4.99, value for money. Struggled to finish it, so I guess 2 people can eat it with naans. The lamb donner is home made, litterally down stairs. Tastes so meaty, soft and tender. The fresh salad gives it another level, especially with hummus. Been twice and each time the meat tasted lovely. The chicken donner is flavoursome too, would recommend to get half each if you cnt make up your mind. Even better they take card, anything over £5. Customer service is brilliant, would recommend for healthy eating.

The sandwich portion very small please charge more and make good one meal for a person to be filled I always get two sandwich I still don't get filled I was only eating bread its ridiculous there one guy only given me good portion once I have been there other then that always there no chicken shawarma I only eat naan bread. Please price and make it good portion so a person gets full after eating one meal one. I always get two still not full and it's getting worse each time I visit. Please make good portion don't mind if person goes up one set of meal should fill one person shouldn't get 3 or 2 to be filled. I hope it gets better next time i visit.

I was working in Bradford and fancied a mixed Shawarma. A quick Google search, read the reviews and decided to give Nusret a tried. Must admit I was impressed when I arrived, the shop looked clean and it looked pretty busy for a Tuesday night, and watching the meat turn away, and seeing how fresh the salad looked, I really thought I had hit the jackpot. I suppose for the quality of food, I had and if that’s what I was basing the review on then it was definitely a 5 out of 5. Despite not being on the menu, I got a mixed Shawarma and the Lamb and the Chicken tasted so clean and just lovely. The man was gone in seconds, so light and fluffy but so so small and that’s was my problem with Nusret Shawarma. For as great as the food is, you don’t get a lot for your money. I sat in, and the plate I got was evenly spread but hardly loaded. There were a couple of bits of meat, a tiny nan bread, few bits of salad (despite me asking for everything) and a handful of chips. I know the cost was relatively cheap but after a day on the road, I really wanted something semi substantial and sadly, although being incredibly tasty, it was not substantial. I was also not given a receipt with my change. I realised before leaving and highlighted it to one of the staff only to be told I couldn’t get one. I explained that I needed it to claim on work expenses but was ignored, in fact the staff became quite ignorant and just ignored me. I didn’t want to cause a fuss because I could explain it at work, but was disappointed by the way I was treated. I’m set to work in Bradford regularly, I think I’ll try somewhere else, it might be a nice shop with tasty food but the amount is small and the staff are ignorant, which is sad considering I did actually enjoy the quality of food.

Two issues identified; 1) Check Shawarma is yellow colour as full of curcumin. It has nothing to do with Shawarma. 2) Dirty tables. It needs more supervision please.

This place always fulfils my cravings for a good shawarma, a budget friendly place for good food. I have tried almost everything from their menu. Very down to earth people working here not money oriented. Plenty of parking in the side streets. Highly recommend this place.

Picking nose and serving food, Unhygienic and health risk.

Food was nice but Very rude staff while eating inside I tried to shut the door as it was cold and food also getting cold. One of the staff shouted at me and was very unprofessional when I said it is cold he ignored me.

Loved the wrap and pizza there. Definitely going back for more. A drink got spilt on the floor by one of my family. They were very gracious about it and actually offered another can for free. Great service!

Food was average, didnt have the half chicken which is what I intended to have. So opted for the mixed donner which was decent nothing special. Sauces were nice. Sink to wash hands was cool. So 5 out of 10 for me

Order on uber special fataya pic they put on their menu didn't look same at the food I got. I got pizza. Rest of food was very cold. When I call to confirm they send me wrong order. Person was so rude on the phone instead of being apologise he is being rude. Never ever order again. That's it. I try only once. And you don't know how to keep the customer.

Food was okay. Not the best shawarma I've had but not the best either. Plenty of seating. Cosy tables and a sink to wash your hands in after you've eaten. Just a shame that there was no lamb shawarma available so had to settle in for the mixed instead.

DON'T GO BY THE FOODIE REVIEWS OR THE CHEAP PRICE. The lad on the till just mumbles the order, learn how to speak clear English mate; you're working on the frontline of this dive. The workers also need to learn to lower their gaze rather than eying up any woman/ girl who goes past. Sickos just as sickly as the disgusting food they serve. Lamb smelt so bad, chicken also had a vile after smell after I took a bite- safe to say that it went into the bin; certainly not happy at the fact that I wasted £45 for all the food and fuel on the wasted journey to get to the place. STEER CLEAR, PLENTY OF OTHER DECENT PLACES IN BRADFORD BUT NEXT TIME I'LL STICK LOCAL INSTEAD.

This place needs to look at how they serve their food… Full chickens are next to the meat donner which is drippings its juices onto the full chicken. They have what looks like fresh salad but that tong they use goes with chicken as-well as the meat and into the salad . We bought food for the whole family and still haven't recovered from being sick . Each person who had the food has been sick the ones that didn’t have the food were fine . Never ever again 🤮

I am always in this shop for lunch. Very hard working team, beautiful fresh affordable halal food. The meat is cut the traditional way, no electric shavers. The chicken/lamb mixed sandwich is of the best things to eat in the city if you’re local. Now also accepts card. Keep it up guys!
