Bad customer service. Food was terrible, paid extra and didn’t get what I wanted. I got In touch with the take away about the issues and the takeaway man got very rude and didn’t help, I asked to take the food back he said we ‘gave you what you ordered’ where as I got the wrong order. And he disconnected the call. We ordered different topping but got this

Ordered the Milano Special and Bolognese, fries and dips. Came to around £25 I believe. The special was fantastic, asked for it to be well done and it was just that. The bolognese was decent, probably a 7/10. Very saucy pizza if that’s your preference. The chilli and garlic dips are a brilliant accompaniment, especially the crust. 100% recommend if you’re in the mood for a good pizza.

They messed up our order and was not even admitting it. This is what they have done 3 times. They are extremely rude.

1st time trying this place after seeing a YouTube review I ordered 12" deep meat feast £8 with there famous spicy chilli sauce 50p Rating 7.5/10 it was authentic Italian style pizza however halal which is rare , flavour wise it was okay , I think they use some spicy tomato base sauce but I much prefer just plain pizza sauce , the meat toppings didn't stand out to me I think next time I'd rather get a mixed pizza like Asian style rather than all meat and make sure to get plain pizza sauce. The spicy chilli sauce wasn't somthing I liked it reminds me of raw chilli sauce that Turkish kebab shops offer. Customer service from this place was 10/10 very friendly and kind chefs

Decent pizza highly recommended

Ordered a half and half 16" pizza, half meat feast and half spicy beef, the pizza was nice and full of sauce, base was a thin which made the pizza a bit flimsy when trying to pick it up and eat it. Chips were undercooked slightly and not crispy and well done as I had hoped. Maybe I may give it another shot in the future to see if it turns out better than the last.

Best pizza I’ve ever had , crust and toppings is pitch perfect, you pay for quality and they provide the luxury quality delicious pizzas. Proper Italian pizza , I’m 2 percent Italian and that hit back home to Venice. Very nice pizza, friendly staff , parking can be a issue but as it’s a busy road but I found parking around corner

I can appreciate the quality of ingredients and effort put into making the dough however for me, the pizza lacked flavour and seasoning. The whole thing could have done with a sprinkling of salt. I find it very hard to believe that this is the best pizza that Bradford has to offer.

Pizza Milano is a hidden gem in Bradford that has been around since the 80s no bells or whistles just great tasting pizzas made properly meat feast is a must try chicken donner and spicy Bolognese 😉

The food was over priced the pizza was too spicy too many green chillies which you couldn't enjoy the taste of the pizza also ordered Donner meat and chips which was very dry and cold must be the cheapest donner meat they use wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you like overpriced underrated food never again.

My favourite pizzas in Bradford the meat feast is a must try with spicy Bolognese they don't overdo anything just right less is more quality over quantity prices are good these guys have been in the trade since the 80s it's a hidden gem for sure 😊😊😊

I ordered a pizza on the phone and when I went to pick it up they said that i didnt order the pizza i showed him clear proof but the guy at the counter acted liked he never heard of the pizza name before.This place has gone down the drain never ordering from here again.

I think they are very pricy to start with and then on top of that they charge you extra. My total should have been £10.50 including delivery. I realised this last night because they sent a menu with the order and when checked they charged me £1 extra that’s after paying the delivery charge. It’s not about the £1 but principal won’t be ordering again. £11.50 for a 11” thin base pizza and a portion of chips. Also they told me they don’t do a small portion of chips anymore which used to be £1 so I ordered a medium for £2 but it was exactly the same size as the small they used to do. Prices raised but less toppings on the pizza. Rip off

Their pizzas are the best. Hot shot or pepperoni. Great home made mint and chilli sauce too. Don't waste time on rest of menu.

I've only ever had the deep pan pizzas from here. The base and the crust are what set this pizza apart from others. It's soft with just the right amount of underlying crisp for both the base and crust. And it tastes good too. I think they use mozzarella cheese as well so it's nice and stringy. The bolognese pizza is something nice and different - would recommend.

Some of the best authentic Italian pizza you can get. They are thin based which is how pizza should be so they are great give them a try.

Good pizzas the guy with moustache very friendly makes them very nice. The other guy doesn't have a clue how to make pizzas, giving you daggers and when he doesn't have the right change in the till he ends up short changeing you

Smells foods never order here again

Not sure who made the other reviewer's food but I've just had one of the best meals I've ever tasted. Proper Madras, spicy, sweet, zingy.. My daughter had a delicious burger of all things and the Mrs chicken dish was delightful. I hope everything else coming out of your kitchen is as good. Seriously good. I can't understand the poor reviews. New chef maybe. Either way, fantastic. Cheers.

Donnor meat doesn't taste fresh at all like its been reheated in the microwave. After waiting over 40 minutes for a donnor kebab with no sauce. It comes with tons of sauce when asked to redo they just changed the box. Given back again and waited another 30 minutes for it redoing again I was given donnor meat and chips which I didn't even order.

They gave me a chicken fillet burger which was not even cooked honestly wish I had a picture of it... taken one bite and spat it back out

Been going to Pizza Milano for a few years now. The pizzas are always tasty and consistent. I'd recommend always getting a deep pan as it's more filling. There isn't anywhere to sit inside so you'll have it to take it away.

Eight quid is a lot for spag bol and some fries. Especially when I had to throw the spaghetti " bolognese" away. Is this really an Italian business? The spaghetti sauce had chilli and other spices in it making it quite disgusting- more Lahore than Milan. Soggy pasta too. There's a Bradford met hygiene certificate with 4 stars which kind of conflicts with how dirty the place is, but then Bradford Met is pretty permissive regarding hygiene. What gets me is, if I hadn't been so tired I would have made the dish myself in the 20 minutes I had to wait. Mince, chopped tomato, a carrot, a stick of celery, olive oil, garlic, bay leaf, salt and pepper. That's it. Impossible to fail you would think. Maybe the pizza deserves the other favourable reviews? Don't care- mucky place.

The pizzas are exceptional. Without question the best pizzas I've eaten. I would have given 5 stars but the staff (excluding the deliver driver, he's always friendly) are habitually impolite and unfriendly.

I still haven't forgotten that Eid order, when the staff member messed up the sauce, and everybody was expecting chilli sauce, but ended up getting mint on Donner😞 what a bad experience, and a shamefull one for me, as I hyped up the shop to everybody in my family, and they were all expecting delicious Donner with hot sauce, but ended up being disappointed. Recently, I decided to give them another chance, but my tummy was not happy at all. I ordered a cheese burger meal, not expecting the sauce to blowtorch my backside. As soon as my lips touched the spicy chips, they were on fire. I ended up in the toilet the next day. MAKE SURE TO PICK UP SOME VASALINE ALONG WITH YOUR ORDER.

Best pizza in Bradford, guy behind the till can come across a little rude at times

really good pizza... not the usual thick doughy asian pizza usually found around bradford. located on Manningham lane in between a butchers and a taxi rank... not the most appealing of locations or even the best presented but the food is great. would recommend the hotshot with thin base. or try their chilli burger.. beef patty with a layer of mince meat. They make their own condiments... which isnt the biggest thing but can taste the difference and says that this place is quality even if it doesnt look the flashiest place. Place can get so busy that they even stop answering the telephone!! they offer deliveries but can be an additional hour so probably best to collect if you can.

Try their al funghi pizza, absolutely brilliant.

They have rates running around pizzas are good but expressive and sometimes burnt!
