Don’t bother. Pre ordered at 5:15 for 6:30 delivery. Food finally arrived at 7:15 after being promised it was on its way at 6:50. Woman on the phone wouldn’t listen to me. Food was below average. The cheese on the cheese burger was a sad effort. All tasted like disappointment especially as it was meant to be a treat to start the kids holidays.

Really tasty and loads of different options! The tacos were fab, will be ordering again!

Took a punt on this place and was instant regret !!! Burgers burnt , chips hard as bullets , cheesy chips non existent cheese had to throw all away Not a good experience and won’t be returning!

Terrible delivery times. Said delivery woul be less than 1 hour it actually took 1 hour 45 minutes. It's ridiculous, if you know you are going to be busy get more staff. Tried Avalon a few times and each time the delivery gets longer. Such a shame as this is not a one off.

Burger was really hard. Meat and bun were really hard that sliced inside the mouth. Calzone was very oily.

Almost 2 hours to deliver one pizza. Paid £2 extra for family size which was no difference to a 14 inch. Don't order, what a waste.

As usual was late and not the best quality

Brilliant service, the food was fresh, hot and extremely tasty. The pizza was a winner but you can't forget about the chips & onion rings which were deliciously crispy. Don't get my started on the garlic mayo dip! The first time in a long time it was actually made with real garlic 😋 Do not hesitate to order, we don't often have take aways as they can be dissapointing but this has restored my faith. We will be back. Thanks some top notch take away food.

Ordered at 19.00. Delivery was supposed to be 45-60 mins. Update popped up saying it will be delivered between 20.00-20.20pm. Food arrives at 20.55. If your struggling so much. Just put collection only

Because it was so late we were past it and the quality of the pizza was not good

We ordered at half 6 and didn’t receive our food until after 9pm. We rang twice only to be told they were busy and it would be being cooked soon.

Ordering through Just Eat was terrible and food took forever to be prepared.

Ordered burritos and have to say that's the best takeaway food myself and my partner have ever eaten.Freshly prepared while you wait(or go for a pint next door).When visiting or passing through Ilkley this Mexican/Italian establishment is an absolute must 👍👍👍

Multiple bones found in the chicken on the pizza, my girlfriend nearly choked. I regularly get food here but this was not good

Bottom of pizzas was burnt, tasted like cardboard extremely greasy the pizzas was not cut all the way through, no cheese on the cheesy chips either a lot of money and definitely not worth it, for what we got!

After someone raving over it we decided to try, it was late, cold and just unappealing. The garlic bread was cold and hard, the onion rings burnt, potato wedges hard and don’t get me started on the spaghetti Bolognaise. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered at 6:55 for 7:30 collection Nd told they couldn’t do it until 7:45, said that was fine and went to collect the food and weren’t even prepping it until 7:45 after being told it would be ready for then!! Not very happy having to wait around!!

food is okay, delivery is poor. ordered at 6:20pm and was set to arrive between 7:20 and 7:40 (which is a lot of time considering i live a 5 minute drive away) called the restaurant at 8 and the food hadnt even set off yet, finally arrived at 8:25 (a whole two hours after we ordered it) just wanted a nice night watching a film and eating takeout with my partner but was ruined, next time we do that we’ll order from somewhere else!

Apart from the timings the food is always fabulous!!

Food was tasty but had to call to chase food and arrived 1hour late. Really poor excuse that only 2 people in kitchen … especially as we only ordered 1 taco / 1 fajita. You shouldn’t accept the orders if you can’t cope with the numbers

Part order delivered and told part order was forgotten and would be straight back. Nearly an hour late the rest of our order returned and we were told it hadn’t been made with our original order. Hence some very difficult children as it was their food that was missing and everyone else had to let theirs go cold while we waited. Shame because we usually enjoy food from Avalons

Delivery took two hours - an hour late. Wouldn’t have minded if it was worth waiting for but the food was really poor. Won’t be ordering from here again.

the box opened itself so my food was loose in the bottom of the bag and all over my drink, there was no salsa or ranch sauce, and it was cold.

Have ordered a few times from here, food is great but service is sooo slow. ETA was 20:05 I rang at 20:20 to see if nearly ready and they said another 10 minutes. I only ordered 2 pizzas. So lovely but ensure extra time

Food was delicious, definitely going to order from here again. Food was a little later than the suggested time but only by about ten minutes and considering we had ordered a large meal for five people plus starters on a week night it was totally understandable. Plus when the food did arrive it was obvious everything had been freshly cooked and everyone was chuffed with their order. Thank you and keep up the good work.

We ordered the vegetarian burritos and it was all onion. Next time, we ordered the bean burritos and it was all beans. Food is good but we wanted a combination of vegetables (peppers, onion, etc.) and beans, which doesn't seem to be an option unfortunately.

We waited nearly 3 hours for our food to arrive! It arrived and half the order was wrong we asked for wedges not chips and with cheese which there was no cheese at all! We also had a cheese pizza with chicken however I found a BONE in my pizza! Put me off eating anymore!

We all know Avalons is slow, but it can’t that hard to get the delivery time right. Tell the customer it will be two hours.

The food from avalons is always fantastic just the delivery can often be late. Worth the wait most of the time though.

We had the burritos, one chicken and one vegetarian and they were delicious and generous portions. The wedges and garlic dip were also really good and nice crispy cheesy chips too. Arrived earlier than expected 😃
