Emma was great and very attentive. Food was tasty and quick service

Service was fine, the food a disappointment. In particular, the salmon and avocado salad. Hardly any avocado, the salmon had obviously been reheated as it was hard on outside, the salad was uninspiring and mostly leaves. Poor value. We would not go back.

Emma is an absoloute credit to zizzis. No request was too much, and due to the great food and Emma’s amazing hosting. We will certainly be back

If you’re in Bradford there are many better places to eat. I ordered from here on 2 occasions and both have been a let down. The pizza has a nice base but that’s about it…..hardly any cheese and little sauce for flavour. I also had the pasta which was bland and a block of cheese was added which hadn’t melted, making it inedible. I have ordered a cookie dough from here and it was not nice, the chocolate sauce was awful and watery. Save your money.

If you want pasta and 3 prawns, buy the king prawn lugine, but if you want a reasonably amount of king prawns go somewhere else, but everything else was quite good.

My first visit to Zizzis was after the theatre, and I was not disappointed! The food was fabulous. I went for the Wagyu meatballs, they were gooood. Even the ragu on the pasta ribbons was full of flavour. I was a bit miffed the Merangue Cookie wasn't available, but I was happy with the stand in, the Sundae 😁. If you like cocktails, you have to try the Morrello Cherry Sour. It is like drinking pop, so could be dangerous, haha. The staff we're really friendly and attentive. The overall feel of the place is a nice experience. I will definitely be going back.

After a gruelling 6 hour drive up sat on M1 we stopped here to feed the kids....Sean met us with a smile, was patient while kids decided what they'd like to eat...he was more than willing to help when my little boy had a minor complaint...the best bit was the 2 little ones being invited to help make their deserts. Thank you Sean...much appreciated after the long long drive today. Your customer skills are ace. All the best.

The food was generally good, but very small portions and very expensive

Lovely garlic bread with caramelised onions, goats cheese pasta, too full to manage a pudding but they sounded yummy

Staff were very welcoming, efficient & friendly. Food was good.

Fantastic restaurant and great atmosphere all staff were extremely welcoming my waitress Katie had nothing but a smile when I asked for anything and went above and beyond to make sure my experience at zizi was nothing but great would highly reccomend eating here and will definitely be back again

5/5 Very European, the ambience is very welcoming and cozy! The past was so delicious, aldente! The pizza was awesome, freshly cooked. The herbs and spices complement each other! As for the drinks, the only thing that differs was the toppings but the taste was similar, nonetheless, so refreshing.

Have dined at many zizzi restaurants & this was miles better than my previous visit at the one in leeds the light which was diabolical. Fantastic attentive service, food nice however would of preferred more avocado and chicken in my salad for the price of £14. Bit of a hike up to the toilets too up numerous flights upstairs and they were’t too clean either. But all in all a pleasant experience 👍

As soon as we walked in we were given a friendly welcome. We were served by Molly she was very attentive and her customer service was outstanding. Molly came to our table several times and accommodate our needs; she was very friendly and smiley. The food was lovely and fresh. We ordered the prawn skewer it was delicious and the prawns were succulent and very tasty. Overall our experience was great. 5*

Tuesday lunch time, not busy. Chap took our drinks order. On arrival both were wrong. They were changed. We both ordered chicken salad. We could see them being made up. My plate had watercress on it but it was either kept in the kitchen….too old or too cold as it had deteriorated to dark green liquid for half the leaves. The avocado was rock hard too. Otherwise the dish was alright. When I wanted to pay, first machine was broken, and it took ages for the second operator to take payment. Sadly not a good experience at all.

Amazing food as always . The staff were really friendly and helpful. Service was 10/10 and we did not have to wait long for our food. I highly recommend the meat Sofia pizza ( as long as you like spice ). We have already penciled in our next visit.

I fell into this oasis of calm and culinary delight after a hectic day at the Bradford Literature Festival and badly needing rest and refreshment. It did not disappoint. The restaurant has a tucked-away feel about it, despite being in the city centre shopping area, and is pleasantly different from the plethora of fast food outlets. You could book here for a special meal out, but I just dropped in early without having booked. The decor is simple outdoor-indoor, with just a slightly rustic feel, very clean and quite spacious for somewhere that is not huge. It has an intimate, private feel about it. The staff were amazing! (Special thanks to Laura, who put up with all my questions and chatter.) Lovely friendly, patient, helpful and cheerful service throughout. That alone will make me return very soon. (PS I already have!) The food I had was absolutely fine throughout. Free nibbles were first brought in a bowl, while my pizza was being prepared. (Margherita, with artichokes! I try to eat vegan/veggie as much as possible. Zizzi does cater for gluten-free diets as well.) Because I have a singular sweet tooth, I ordered a Twisted Affogato for dessert. 3 x vanilla ice cream, amaretti biscuits, a shot of Aluna coffee liqueur and an espresso included. The liqueur was so lovely, I ordered another to accompany my coffee, which I upgraded to a latte. So it's an all-round heartfelt recommendation from this diner!

Me and my partner visited the Bradford Zizi’s today for lunch and was served by Emma. She is a very sweet and gentle person that was very accommodating. Lovely service and food was amazing

Caters well for vegans, with a delicious rainbow lasagne and huge pizza, plus garlic bread. Service was excellent and helpful. The olives and garlic bread were especially nice. It was however a little pricey for an average lunchtime visit which was not a special occasion. We just wanted a change from the other pizzerias.

Had a lovely meal here. The food tasted fresh and was beautifully presented. The service was professional, friendly and helpful. (Thanks Emma). I was surprised it was so quiet. There is an extensive menu. I would highly recommend it.

Really poor, ordered pork belly which was really thin and dry, hard to even chew and cost almost 20 pounds, when mentioned it to the weitress she was rather rude and not wanting to hear anything saying that the chews know how to cook. The portion was really small and the vegetables have not been seasoned at all neither with salt. The interior is really pretty that's why we choose this place as it was our anniversary but definitely bad choice.

A personal taste thing but I didn’t like the style, toppings or taste of the pizza. Expensive as as well at £15 a pizza.

We used to love going to Zizzi 's Lovely big fluffy pizza and a fresh rocket salad with shaved parmesan and croutons we could share. Went last night... Pizza was much smaller than it used to be and so thin and floppy, like an old dishcloth. The salad was chopped cheap lettuce with ranch dressing and heaps of grated long life parmesan. The bill came to (including two drinks) £26.75 but with the obligatory tip it was over £30... I chose my own tip and paid £28. Prices go up and up and I wouldn't have minded paying more for the old style pizza and salad we used to enjoy 😞

Great place for a quick bite to eat. I went with my friends Ibby and Ajay - I have included a picture of Ib y as proof. Service by staff was prompt and courteous. They made relevant recommendations and had a friendly and jovial attitude to service. The food was very nice.

We had dinner on Sunday evening and the staff were excellent. Unfortunately, within two hours of having the Calzone spinaci I was vomitting for about three hours. Its possible that you may have an issue in your kitchen.

Popped in for lunch as was the only place that had something for a vegetarian that wasn't sandwich based. Garlic bread with cheese was amazing! Goats cheese pizza was average and would have preferred chunks of goats cheese rather than mixed with the pizza sauce. My partner's prawns were good but only 5 on the skewer and the coffe was lovely but tiny cups so not really worth the price. I would go back again just for the Garlic bread, but I'm a big coffee drinker and as the amount you get is so small I wouldn't return.

We popped in to the Bradford restaurant on a whim. We are so glad we did. Molly our server was very attentive and polite. Rachel was helpful with what dishes to recommend. I don’t like my food too spicy and Molly was happy to help me with changing my order choice! Would definitely recommend!

Really had a good visit. Warm welcome from Rachel and started our experience well. As we haven’t visited Zizzi before we didn’t know what to expect. Being honest the starter of calamari wasn’t great. But the rest of our meals we were very happy with. We had, rustic pizza, lasagne and risotto with a hot chocolate and two brownies, all really good.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, good selection of food and service was quick. Wanted to grab a nice meal before theatre and wasn’t disappointed.

The king prawn on skewer is the BEST! Very juicy.

The complimentary pasta crisps were lovely. Service was good. Drinks good. Unfortunately, our main courses were lacklustre for the price. My partner's ravioli had a strange aftertaste. I had the salmon avo salad with a prawn skewer. The salmon, leaves, tomatoes and dressing were lovely; however, I could not find a hint of avocado anywhere in my bowl and the end prawn on my skewer was mushy and cold, so I'm not sure it was cooked correctly. Having just read other reviews on here, it looks like other people have also had issues with the prawn skewer and the ravioli, so I think it's very much a case of what you order will dictate the quality of your meal.

Extremely busy but could see everyone working their best, amazing food and service and a great smile and attitude from the server.

Slightly dissapointed with my meal tonight, I visited a couple of weeks ago and had the lasagne which was so nice I ordered again, the portion size tonight was so small, burnt on the bottom and to one side and definitely not as nice as last time (all I can say is I had tesco vouchers and would of reluctantly paid £16 for such a small portion) my husband had chicken which was lovely and i was glad I'd order a portion of sweet potatoes !!!! atmosphere in restaurant and staff brillant.

We had a coeliac and some vegetarians with us on the meal, and our waitress was brilliant with making sure we were aware of what couldn't be shared and would remind us as she served us each course. So, I just want to thank Emma for taking the care to ensure we knew what we could order to share and reminding us as it was served. The food was amazing, and the tiramisu was so light and the glitter was a lovely touch. I knocked off a star for atmosphere because I think it was a bit cold inside, but this may be due to the building itself. I'm not sure. We'll definitely be back!
