A very pleasant visit on a quiet evening for trade.

pizza was burn . a lot of tomato sauce, u can not feel nothing else . I do complain already . I ate pizza from pizza Express and I know doesnt should to taste like this . Im really not happy.

your pizza is not good in all area. a large sieze looking like a small size. do i order for i large size to get a small size pizza. you guys need to improve plus your bread is to tina your food quality is zero. you need to improve i regret my order.

After not using pizza express for a good couple of years, we were really impressed with the menu and the staff at the Bradford one. My granddaughter has been recently diagnosed with coeliac disease and the staff went above and beyond there catering for her needs . The children’s menu was so well priced with a drink, starter, main and a sweet which all 4 grandchildren enjoyed The three adult meals with plenty of choice all served hot and very fresh. Great food Great staff will definitely be calling again

Order was missing the sides - ordered two lots of dough balls, they didn't arrive. Tried calling to speak to someone, but just had automated menus, that directed me back to the website. The help menu on the site only allows me to select food that didn't arrive from the main dishes - sides weren't an option there. Hugely disappointed with this.

I had such a fantastic time at Pizza Express! From the delicious food to the impeccable service and inviting ambience, everything was just perfect. Heard all the hype etc so I ordered pizza and chips. Hands down the WORST pizza I have ever spat out of my mouth and 8 soggy chips for £6! Absolute joke of a disappointment for nearly £20. Do better!

We ordered a romana pizza, penne al forno, halloumi bites and dough balls. The pizza and dough balls were ok but the pasta was gross, the cheese sauce was completely congealed, it was chewy and tasteless, it was dripping in so much oil it pooled in the corner of the container. The pasta was £15.45 which is crazy considering the quality and size of it, the halloumi bites are not worth the price charged either.

I had my daughter's birthday party here this morning. All the children had a fantastic time, the staff were lovely. Our party host in particular, Mercedes was absolutely wonderful , super organised and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend a children's party here.

First time visiting a Pizza Express in a while and the food was surprisingly good! Went with the lunch menu for £9.99 but had to ask for it. Service was great and attentive. Happily visit this branch again if I’m back in Bradford.

Excellent food and service this evening. This restaurant is so pleasant and relaxing. The staff are really friendly and attentive, even though they’re so busy with online orders as well as managing tables in the restaurant. It’s always a really pleasant experience.

Food eventually arrived, pre ordered for 18. 45, arrived about 18.30. Ticket states collected at 18.42. Both items cold. Very annoyed at this service and I am left hungry

Poor service. Waiting almost an hour for our main meal. People who came in after us had food before us. Some people who came in before us who had ordered were also waiting for food, lots of customers asking where their food was. No real apology. Appalling. Won’t be coming again

Better than expected. Garlic bread was light and fluffy. Pizza was not my preferred style. However, it tasted OK, and my wife really enjoyed it. Service was good, and it's reasonably priced.

When the food arrived it was cold. When we opened the pizza box's all the toppings had slid off the pizza so you ended up with a pile of topping in the corner. Will not order from here again.

I spent around £50 and I'm really disappointed, the food was flat cold and for the prices you dont really get alot for your money, foods nice but cold! dont think I'll be ordering here again.

The food was delivered very cold. Apart of this Picca Romana smoky BBQ chicken had missing red onions,parsley,pepper Halloumi bites in the box missing,it was almost empty box.Don't know how many pieces suppose to be in the box but l did receive about 10 very small pieces looks like fingers nails.Bad experience with the service,is joke

the size of the pizzas for £15 are very very small just enough to feed one person and still be hungry I ordered the kids pizza for £8 and the £15 pizza there shockingly small

Very slow service it was nearly empty plenty of staff , we arrived at 11.30am . We waited an hour and then had to leave and cancel our order. Manager didn’t have a clue not keeping track of orders and serving of meals , still tried to charge us , another family also left & couldn’t wait - we all had tickets for half term matinee performance. Appalling for a brand that’s know for ‘express service’.

The order was actually almost over two hours late, was expecting it at 4:20 and it arrived at 6:30. Freezing cold, not ordering from here again.

Visited a few times and the service is always slow. Depends which member of staff you get as to the customer service you receive which is a shame. A friendlier welcome would not go a miss. Food has always been nice. Anthony was very helpful and stood out over the other staff that night as he was polite and helpful

The staff here work so hard! The food was as good as Pizza Express could be, but I wanted to write this review to commendate the hard working staff, who probably work harder than they should need to. What I mean by this is, our waitress also made our drinks, and our desserts, surely that shouldnt be the case? Pizza Express should make sure their staff arent overwhelmed like this, I imagine if it was busier service would have slowed because this was the case. Luckily it was fairly quiet so wasnt a hold up. And despite all of that she still had a smile on her face until we left.

It took an hour to assign a driver . 1.5 hours to get my food. The estimated delivery times changed more than once. I was about to give up. Good was not that hot when it did arrive

Came back after awhile, and hopefully will be coming back again. The dough balls are just delicious, all the bread is. The chilli prawns are well chilli but perfect, that's how I like them, the pizzas are nice too, but for me the star would be the dought balls and the bruschetta.

I’ve no idea how management expect two staff to manage and cook for this volume of people: it’s the run up to Christmas, and the day of the ice festival and there are only one member of service staff and one cook working. They have had to turn people away as they are full, the poor people working at this branch are run off their feet; it’s making for an awful customer experience as one person simply cannot deliver drinks, deliver food, take orders, clear tables, and seat a whole restaurant. Really bad experience today, but mainly because it was spent watching two people going through hell. Come on whomever owns this franchise or branch… sort it out.

Really spoiled a lovely family meal treat. Waited 15mins to order and had to go get someone to order. Waited 45mins for starters (3 kids dough balls) Another 30 then for main course. My daughters (child portion) pasta came out so burned and hard it was inedible. I had to take it back to the counter, 15mins later I had to go back up and see if it was ready. At which point I stood and watched them pull another, slightly less burned pasta out of the oven. Dishing it out took more time as they didn’t even have a spoon behind the counter and had to go down to the kitchen and wash one. Felt so sorry for the wait staff, taking the brunt of it from every table all disgruntled, but it was the kitchen staff that was clearly the issue. Lots of people walked out after long waits. We too would have but three small children and lashing rain meant we had limited options before our show at the theatre.

Was just passing thru and popped in whilst my train was delayed. Ended up buying garlic mushrooms ,spicey prawns, (both starters) and then a 14" spicey thin crust pizza. Really tasty good service and good atmosphere. Shame its located where it is.

It was a Wednesday night out with my partner. The restaurant was fairly busy. Given how short-staffed it was, the lady who served us- Meena - did a fantastic job taking our order, keeping an eye on our needs. Thank you for making our night so wonderful! The food were exceptional as always. Everything were freshly made. Dough balls and Pollo Pesto were my all time favourite. If you want a night out enjoying your food and drinks not in a rush manner, this is a place for it.

I wish I could attach a picture of the Caesar salad costing me £15… also my mistake, didn’t read that there is anchovies is a CHICKEN Caesar but it’s doesn’t say I have to make my own dressing too 🙄 disappointing…

Most of the topping was all over the box and no olives.

The dough balls and the main tasted nice but it looked like they had been sat out for a while because the egg was fully cooked and hard, the toppings were a bit cold. The dessert was still frozen inside. All in all tasted nice just a bit average for the price you pay. That was 30 quid for a meal I could have got myself from the supermarket.

We have eaten heat a few times and the food is ok but the service is outstanding. Mensa is a fabulous waitress even when they are many staff members on menna is the only one that seems to serve people. We will be dining again very soon.

Clearly this pizza express is happy to send out stone cold food for delivery. Inedible pizza arrived last night, and even if it had been hot it bore no resemblance to a Sloppy Giuseppe. Don't offer a 'vegan version' of something that's unrecognisable from the original. Just call it something else. What should you have done? Made a fresh order, not let a stale cold one leave the premises.

Food was 50 Minutes late. Freezing cold and awful. Pizza hard gone rock hard as it was cold. Chicken wings were dry and cold. Polenta chips burnt and dry. Dough balls were cold and hard. Never again. Called the restaurant twice for update as no update given. Driver waited apparently from 18:18 until he was given the food at 19:13.

It was the nicest pizza I've had good value for money

I was under the impression that pizza express has great products for alright prices, bit high but once in a blue moon you can afford it. This was my first time I ordered from pizza express and will be my last. First of all the pizza was small, it doesn't say the size of the pizza when you order it, unlike everywhere else. I ordered the chicken wings, had to cook them again home as they were red inside. Pizza Express, I expected better customer service from you, you disappointed me.

Great fast service and great qualitative food. Just a heads up the bottle of drinks come with a bottle cap so you’ll need a bottle cap opener 😊 other than that so yum!

We'd a great pizza making party for mainly 6 and 7 year olds. The staff were helpful, kind and skilled in keeping all the kids entertained (even when the dough got a bit 'overworked' so had to be replaced!) and hats inadvertantly got torn. It lasted a little longer than the planned 90 minutes but no one was complaining! Excellent value and the most sedate kids party we've ever been to, would definitely do it again! Allergies were catered for and the parents who chose to stay were well looked after too. That the parties are only available before the restaurant opens to the public was a bonus too as it felt safe for the kids to wander to wash hands and we weren't disturbing anyone. Well done staff, we all had a great time!

Appalling customer service, with priority given to delivery orders, which were packed into paper bags on a dining table in front of main counter. Delivery man threw his pizza bag down on a table top and slumped down on a bench. Which was unhygenic and off-putting. We were refused a table in the back corner as it wasn't dressed, which would have taken 30 seconds. As soon as we sat down, I was asked to pull my chair in so a staff member could get past between my chair and the delivery bags table. Annoying. Waited over 40 minutes for our food to arrive with the restaurant more than half empty but counted 7 staff including chef. Food was OK but overpriced and gave me diarrhoea the next morning which I very rarely have All 3 of us said the service was appallingly slow with priority given to take outs, and have vowed never to eat there again.

Service was deplorable- took ages for my food to come. I normally don’t mind this, however this was next level considering the restaurant was half empty and there was around three chefs. When the food came, two dishes were burnt and on my pizza half the vegetables weren’t even cooked- and were sprinkled on top after being in the oven. i’ve never had problems here before, but looks like some new staff seemed to change that. won’t be back for a while.

By far the worst Pizza Express we’ve ever been to. The food was nice as usual but the service was shocking! Had to chase up a drinks order twice and when it eventually came the bottle was banged down on the table with no new glass. We left without ordering any desserts or hot drinks. We won’t be back!
