Wow I have found them again, I did not know where the cafe had gone since the market closed. So pleased they have a new venue and as usual the food was just as good as ever, tasty, fast service and friendly. I will be visiting again often now, the only reason that I would visit Huddersfield town centre. The cafe suits everyone with low cost meals and plenty of seating.

We enjoyed an AMAZING Afternoon Tea. The home baked Patisserie was wonderful. The scones were feather light, the sandwiches fresh & flavoursome. It really was the best AT we have ever tasted. The hut was so prettily decorated and the views stunning, even on a cloudy day. Anne, the owner, is a pleasure to meet and a wonderful hostess.

Soy un comedor muy exigente - pero pedí un pequeño desayuno 1 salchicha, 1 tocino, huevo, hongos, tomates, tostadas (también se ofrece pan frito) y taza de té o café por solo £ 5. 90 ! Pedí que mi salchicha y tocino estuvieran bien hechos y mi huevo frito se volcó rápidamente. ¡Estuvo delicioso! A menudo se pueden encontrar lugares que sirven tomates duros, hongos que sospechas que son de una lata, frijoles duros, etc... nada de eso aquí. Se siente como si el desayuno fue cocinado con cuidado en un ambiente agradable y limpio. También hay un aparcamiento gratuito junto a la cafetería. Muy recomendable!

Good food in a relaxed atmosphere above a local pub. He menu changes every month to a new “country”. So far I’ve tried Greek, Mexican and German. They were al excellent. Choice of three starters, three mains and three desserts. The food and the wine list are limited because the place is run by one, very talented, chef. The wines have all been delicious and each month they do a themed cocktail of the month. My wife assured me that these have been great as well. He restaurant opens Thursday to Sunday and I generally book via Facebook (you can phone as well)The food and wine are incredibly good value (£20 for three courses, £12-14 ish for the wine).Well worth seeking out

Acabo de tomar el mejor burrito que he tomado en The Local. ¡Fue increíble! Tenía burrito de chile con aguacate y lima, estaba FANTÁSTICO. Laura, Paul y todo su personal son tan acogedores y te hacen sentir como parte de la familia. Oh, también tienen la mejor selección de cerveza de la historia 👍. Siempre estoy deseando ir a ver a todos en The Local. El mejor bar de cerveza artesanal de Doncaster. El local debe estar muy orgulloso de sí mismo 😄

Pasamos la noche en Orchard Lodge y cenamos en el restaurante Wolds. Cada aspecto de nuestra estancia fue impecable y pura alegría. El restaurante está impecablemente limpio y bien presentado, muy cómodo con un ambiente cálido y el servicio era impecable. Pero la gloria principal del restaurante Wolds es el chef Michael, quien creó una experiencia gastronómica sublime y verdaderamente memorable para nosotros. Cada curso era perfecto. Productos de origen local y de temporada de máxima calidad, preparados y presentados con esmero y pasión. Los precios eran muy razonables para el estándar que se está logrando aquí. Mike tiene dos Rosetas AA pero le daríamos dos estrellas Michelin.

We absolutely love going to Hedgerow. Always a warm welcome! The coffee is superb and sitting outside in the sunshine surrounded by beautiful plants in the very special garden is simply perfect. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Inside there is a wonderful array of gift ideas and fabulous selection of cards. It’s our go to place in The Dales. Thanks so much from 2 regulars Mum and daughter 😊

Snack was absolutely delicious and coffee was brilliant. Staff was very porfessional and also helpfull and kind . She helped us make a better choice . Thanks We definately come again.

A very Big Thank You to The Flamingo's Teapot for providing the most delicious Afternoon Tea to me and my 21 guests to celebrate my 60th Birthday. The food was sensational, very fresh and tasty. Hannah goes above and beyond in the preparations with all the hard work behind the scenes. When all my guests commented on how lovely it was there needs to be no better recommendation! She catered for different allergies too. The cafe is so homely and welcoming with its pink decorations. The home-made cakes are to die for and there's always something new to try. Thank you again to ALL staff you were amazing 👏

Fabuloso bar de cócteles escondido con excelentes vibraciones y cócteles y excelente servicio. Si desea garantizar una mesa después de las 9 le recomendamos reservar. Encuentra la puerta y sube las escaleras - no te decepcionará!

What a discovery ...delicious onion and spinach bhajis and somosas and a dhal we took home for tea ...all super tasty and wholesome and very good value..the Bhaji Wrap at £6.50 is a taste monster and is a BIG eat. Friendly and efficient staff ...highly recommended x

Pequeño café encantador con un servicio amable y pasteles y pasteles encantadores. Paramos a tomar té y pastel. El servicio fue rápido y amable, y las tartas / pasteles eran excelentes. El interior es realmente fresco y peculiar, con bonitas ilustraciones en las paredes y una sensación artística.
