Good food in a relaxed atmosphere above a local pub. He menu changes every month to a new “country”. So far I’ve tried Greek, Mexican and German. They were al excellent. Choice of three starters, three mains and three desserts. The food and the wine list are limited because the place is run by one, very talented, chef. The wines have all been delicious and each month they do a themed cocktail of the month. My wife assured me that these have been great as well. He restaurant opens Thursday to Sunday and I generally book via Facebook (you can phone as well)The food and wine are incredibly good value (£20 for three courses, £12-14 ish for the wine).Well worth seeking out

Chef was great to talk to and did a brilliant job single handed. I love the fact the menu changes every month and the whole restaurant is decorated according to the country. Excellent food, excellent value for money, and a scenic intimate spot to boot - whether for small groups or large. I'll be back.

My partner & I visited the World Food Kitchen last night for a Greek themed meal. The food was wonderful. We love good food, and though the quality and mix of flavours at the World Food Kitchen just as good as Alexanders in Skipton, and the very sadly missed Farsyde in Ilkey.Do not be put off by the restaurant being above a pub, the food is truly excellent.Service great too. We will defiantly be returning.

We visited the restaurant on Saturday to try the Caribbean menu and enjoyed the most amazing food and service! There were three of us and we all had beautifully prepared and presented food. The atmosphere was lovely and the chef is very welcoming and attentive. We will definitely return for a Greek meal in August!

After 2 previous visits to the Moroccan and American evenings, we enjoyed yet another wonderful meal at the World Food Kitchen. The Caribbean menu, like all the others, did not disappoint! The flavours were just right - subtle spices but absolutely delicious! Each month the restaurant is decorated according to the theme - flags, posters and other adornmentservices lush appropriate music enhance the experience. The food is fresh, innovative and fantastic value at just £20 a head for 3 beautifully prepared and cooked courses. This restaurant is an absolute gem and we are very lucky to live just a 10 minute stroll from it! Can't recommend it enough! Already looking forward to some Greek fayre in August!

This place is definitely worth a visit or two and £20 for a 3 course meal is a steal! We will definitely be back! Highly recommended 5*

I only found out about the World Food Kitchen via a recommendation on the local NextDoor network. It is fabulous! As others have said the nationality of the menu changes every month and so does the music and decor. July is Caribbean and can't wait of an evening of nostalgic reggae. But what about the food I hear you say. We went to the American menu and there wasn't a burger in sight. I had a delicious 12 hour smoked brisket of beef with "cowboy" beans while my wife had the chowder. Both were beautifully prepared and served; the beef was really tender. We finished with a cheesecake and fudge brownies. At £20 for a 3 course meal prepared and served by the knowledgeable and gregarious chef/owner you can't go wrong. He is committed to the area and is starting a farm share to provide produce. The World Food Kitchen is a cut above the normal Keighley eateries and deserves to be a great success. Do remember to book!

Second time dining at the World Food Kitchen - First for Italian, this time for Moroccan.A great night out on both occasions. We enjoyed a G&T in the bar downstairs before being shown to our table in the cosy restaurant upstairs. On both occasionals the food has been ace and the service lovely (the waitress provided a baby chair for our neighbour's 6 month old). The chef has come to the table on both nights to discuss food and choices as well as to check all is well.Planning to go every month (as the menu/theme changes monthly but always £20 for three courses) and would throughly recommend a visit!

This restaurant deserves to to do well....the chef who also acted as front of house,is truly experienced and his delicious food, is very well presented and he certainly knows his way around the world. We will definitely be back to experience each of his different culinary delights. Amazing value too as we paid the same amount, for a main course which was not as good in another restaurant. Here we had three scrumptious courses.

Went last night to the World Food Kitchen at the Willow Tree for their French Fare (every month is a different cuisine experience) and what a delight it was. Joe greeted us and took us to our table, speaking the occasional sentence in French whilst French music played subtly in the background. The menu is small but cooked to perfection. We started with the moules mariniere, went on to the boeuf bourguignon and I finished with the pot au chocolat whilst the Mr finished with Tarte au citron. Couldn't fault it at all. Couldn't really single out any course over the other. The mussels were delicious and the beef was melt in the mouth. If this is the standard of their cooking we will definitely be going back next month for their Italian fare and more than likely in April for their Spanish fare too. This place could very well be a little diamond.

We walked in without a booking early Wednesday evening. Simple menu, 5 starters, 5 mains, 3 desserts. I had pigs cheeks in sweet corn purée, absolutely superb, melted in the mouth. Pollock for main, which was really tasty, and chocolate and lime pudding, very light and full of flavour. My wife had the goats cheese soufflé and Coq au Reisling and was very pleased with what was served. Service was good, bill came to £50 including drinks, great value. Apparently the menu changes every month so we look forward to going back next month.

Comida fantástica como siempre, excelente servicio y un estupendo camarera para arrancar! El movimiento no ha significado la pérdida de personalidad. Bought the bacon and Greek sausage at Otley market after sampling on the stall. These are amazing products. I have been trying to find nitrate free sausages for some time. All the research tells us that nitrates are harmful and I keep expecting them to be banned. Until this happens the onus is on the consumer to search them out!
