The best restaurants in West Midlands

Such a friendly and fun pub. We were visiting Ellesmere and needed a dog friendly place with food and good beer. I cannot rate this place highly enough. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were able to move inside to eat as our outside table’s heater wasn’t working. Despite the pub being super busy on a Saturday night they made this work. Such a friendly bunch of people. Wish we lived close by.

Called in for breakfast today, really good food, service was quick and friendly. Would definitely go back and recommend without hesitation. Had the large breakfast 😁👍

The best around no better would t go else where

Fabulosa cerveza artesanal, sidra, vino y cócteles. Justo al lado de OPM pero también hace tarta de pizza muy sabrosa. Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero bastante tranquilo. El personal es realmente encantador y quiere encontrar la bebida adecuada para usted! Desearía haber encontrado esto hace años - es una joya completa!

Despite checking the menus on the website the previous night we arrived at the Hinds Head to find there was a very limited menu which consisted of soup, 2 pies and about 5 wraps to choose from. The service was slow although there seemed to be enough staff to cope with the 2 couples that needed serving. The food was ok when it arrived but the fries were over salted nearly to the point of being inedible. Doubt we will return.

We held our Christmas do at The Townhouse, the menu was amazing, we had exclusive use of the cocktail bar and restaurant as we had over 30 people attending. The upstairs bar was a perfect start to the evening serving a good range of beers. wines and cocktails, the food was fabulous, the staff were brilliant providing excellent service, the evening was a great success.

A real gem in the small town of Southam, freshly prepared and delicious. Club sandwich for me, and full English (as usual) for himself. Only minus mark: he wasn't keen on the sausages, but with 3 sausages 3 bacon etc for that price, it's not really surprising.

This has to be one of the best culinary experiences of my life. Really had my taste buds tingling. The combination of flavours was unique and the tasting menu allows you to sample many tastes. Small, intimate setting and highly recommended!!

First time trying Artizzan Pizza high street. Pizza was so good plenty of toppings mozzarella sticks loved these salad was fresh and loads of it. Will come again and try a different pizza Worth coming and trying it out.

There on Saturday 6 of us and had great home made Dim Sum. Yoyo in the kitchen is the powerhouse. Would highly recommend this place for small groups.

Excellent food and service. The garden is beautiful and lovely on a Summer evening.

The Stanton Arms put on a wonderful sandwich and cake buffet, for our extended family recently, serving 50 people with delicious food, coffee and tea. We received excellent customer service in this attractive, well presented pub. I can thoroughly recommend the Stanton Arms as a venue for a family do.
