Absolutely awful reception. Cold atmosphere. No one behind the bar. Shown to our table that wasn’t even laid despite booking. Not at all interested in serving us so we walked out. Trying to support local businesses but won’t be going there again. Terrible

First timer tonight food was floor less carvery 2 courses for £10 cash each or £11 if paying by credit card tuesday to thursdays drinks are good price well worth going if more than 2 people book open 6 days week perfect will be going again but will book as people next time alway drive from work in Stratford upon avon to malvern all busy but worth it:-)

Excellent food and service. The young chap serving us was friendly polite and helpful. I recommend you give them a try they also have a adorable little tea house attached

Wow! Just dropped in as en-route to Hereford and satnav sent us through the village as M5 on stop. Warm welcome; food excellent - poached eggs fantastic and corned beef hash very tasty. Will visit again for sure! Thank you Toast!

The Boot has become one of our regular “Go To” places. It is a lovely country inn which serves great home cooked food…. ( Or you can even cook your own steak or salmon on a stone ! ) The service is always lovely, and it is a very friendly and relaxing place to visit. The menu regularly changes and always has a great choice. The food is always beautifully cooked and arrives piping hot and in mighty generous portions. We often meet up with family here, or just pop over on a Monday lunchtime to give ourselves a treat.

Just visited the Jockey under the new owners and sadly disappointed. Although the atmosphere was good and possibly a bit less formal than before the attention to detail has reduced. Has the owner tried cutting the beef using the blunt cutlery on the textured plates I wonder? If the beef was tender I have no idea as it was a battle to cut it. Normally once you’ve ordered the staff take away the unneeded cutlery and replace it with sharp serrated knife. Sadly they left the first course cutlery even though not required. The veg was also soft and overdone and annoyingly those who came in after us were served before us. All of which left a very ‘average’ impression.

Enjoyed a curry in the garden of the flyford with couple of drinks from the bar...pinot grigio and carling but noted glass tap water charged us 69p

Burgers: awesome, Sunday roast: lovely, staff: super friendly, inside: nice, cozy, pretty artwork on the walls. I’m usually very picky but I can say only good things about this place!

Had a beautiful roast lunch at the Red Hart today. Delicious tender roast beef for me, and lovely roast lamb for my husband, served by friendly nice staff. Can't wait to visit again
