The Stock and Bradley Gardening Club met for its annual dinner on Wed 17th Jan and wasn’t disappointed by the quality of the food and excellent Service Many thanks to Tracy and all the staff who went above and beyond to make this a really memorable evening - Roger ( the Whitebate man) 😉

Birthday meal with family 13 in total every meal was perfect,service was exceptional and atmosphere was perfect! The fillet steak is amazing you can definitely taste the quality of the meat ! We can't wait to go back or more.Fantastic value for money and the best quality ingredients

The waiting staff here cannot do enough for you, they are very attentive, we never had to wait for anything and were always checking to see if we needed anything. The food was lovely and plenty of it (large portions).

We called in one windy, autumnal lunchtime and were served the most delicious, warming, generous plates of real comfort food you could possibly want! My tenderloin pork melted in my mouth. It was deliciously stuffed with black pudding, wrapped in bacon and beautifully presented with yummy mustard mash, tasty, pretty heritage veg, and lashings of absolutely sublime gravy. All in all - it was a heavenly plate of food ! My husband chose the haddock and chips - which was fresh, tasty and came in a mighty generous portion. The quality of the food is superb, and the prices very reasonable indeed. It is so good to come across a pub that actually has an original menu of it’s own - and the chef obviously really knows how to cook, and make flavours work. Fantastic also to receive some good old fashioned genuine hospitality from Tracey, front of house. She was warm and friendly, as well as highly efficient. We shall definitely be back to this lovely welcoming, traditional pub, which is everything a pub should be. I am looking forward to working my way through the whole delicious sounding menu !

Well,I thought I would be eating in the hotel I booked but they weren't serving food....their loss and my gain. This place was fabulous, traditional friendly warm pub serving delicious food and drinks . I had the samosas to start followed by the pork fillet. Both were tasty, cooked well and arrived hot and in a timely fashion.

Freshly painted, nice and clean. I can’t fault the food but could do with some more vegetarian options. Only bad thing is that the prices are extortionate which unfortunately means we will not return as lots of other pubs have great food with better prices. £9.75 for glass of wine, £6.20 for a pint of IPA. Also the service seems to be following so many places where you have to chase the staff if you need anything.

We just dropped in without a reservation they were fully booked but offered us a table outside had the most delicious rump steak the chef can certainly cook a steak very tasty and tender very friendly helpful attentive service too absolutely great definitely go again

Fabulous meal in a beautiful pub restaurant. We were looking for somewhere where it was slightly different from the normal pub menu's around which seem very boring lately. The menu here shows some different options, we called ahead first to make sure there was a table available, once we got there we were greeted by very welcoming staff who remembered our call. We were seated in the main building (rather than the conservatory) which we thought was much nicer. Staff were attentive and friendly, we were not rushed and we were not kept waiting for drinks or ordering. All food tasted freshly cooked and was presented beautifully, portions are generous. We had a lovely evening from start to finish and will return again soon.

We went to meet a friend who lives in a nearby village and decided to pop here for lunch. From the welcome upon arrival through to the service, friendly staff and great food it ticked every box and we were very impressed. Then it went beyond belief. A customer tripped over and fell to the floor, the waitress who I think could be the owner was straight over to him, settling him down, checking on severities and finally with another customer she helped him lift to a seat. She then checked again on any cuts or bruises and began to look after him with ice cubes and dressings etc, It was like watching a first responder, she was amazing and clearly has been trained, how he would have been without her knowledge and support I couldn't say. Well done, you should be very proud of yourselves and we will be back.

This restaurant lives up to everything it says. The food is very good the portions are extremely generous and for a menu that is purely pub grub and that is what you want then it is exactly what you are looking for. It is not fine dining but then it is not fine dining prices. You want a good meal out in the country then you really won’t be disappointed. Grat food, great menu and excellent staff.

Table booked for 7pm for five, we were 10mins early, lovely weather outside so we had drinks there before our table was ready. Once inside we were shown to our table by very friendly staff, drinks order given, menus passed around. We all went straight for the main course e.g. lasagna with chunky chips and salad x 2, fillet steak ciabatta with all the trimmings x 2 and one spicy Thai curry. Portions were not over filling, on the other hand tasty & nicely seasoned, normal prices. We left room for the handmade desserts - lemon cheesecake with ice cream x 2 , chocolate orange torte x 1 and one ice cream sundae - all very tasty of course. The young staff on duty were very friendly & polite - it's well worth a visit.

A fabulous meal - we had the salmon supreme, pork fillet and fish and chips , followed by eton mess or cheesecake. Excellent standard and the young staff were lovely - great manner, very attentive . Definitely will return, a great chef / pub.

First time visiting this evening with my family for my mothers 70 birthday. The staff were fantastic very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them, the gentleman ( I believe who may be the owner) who made a point of coming over to wish my mother a happy birthday along with buying her a drink and then checking back to make sure everything was ok is something you no longer see from many places just goes to show what a gem this place really is. The food was absolutely fantastic - move over the well known steak chain The Boot completely smacks them out of the ball park. Compliments to everyone that works there from front of house through to the kitchen you are all doing a brilliant job and we will definitely be back. If you have not visited before I promise you that you are missing out and really need to try them as you won’t be disappointed.

Breakfast was lovely cooked fresh and a great choice. tea was constanly topped up and even had decaf. We had dinner in the evening and It's always great when you eat somewhere and the menu just had a great selection. It wasn't over extensive but a good varity from steaks to burgers to traditional pub fare and light bites. It was fresh and local too. The staff were all lovely and freindly and quick and the food was delicious. It was a shame I was so full after my main that I couldn't manage a desert.

An excellent menu and friendly staff. Absolutely delicious food and a choice of gluten free meals. Would really recommend this restaurant and will be going back very soon

Extremely happy with our food. It was absolutely delicious and was a rare treat to actually have tasty, flavourful vegetarian gravy! Also had a gorgeous cheesecake for dessert. Will definitely return.

Highly recommend The Boot in Flyford Flavell. Visited on a Friday evening. Great atmosphere, the food was amazing and a generous portion. Group of 6 and all food came out together and hot.Definitely recommend Steak on hot stone. Owners we’re very welcoming and will definitely return in the near future.

Visited today for a works Christmas meal, excellent food, waitresses very helpful. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed a delightful evening meal at this cosy village pub.The waitress was very friendly and the chef most accommodating as we needed a couple of tweaks to one of the meals on the menu. Our food was delicious and the atmosphere in the pub very warm and welcoming.We will definitely go back gain the next time we’re visiting friends in the village.

Had an impromptu overnight stay, staff were extremely friendly welcoming and helpful, service was excellent, the room was spotless and had everything you need, the food was outstanding, will definitely stay again.

We visited The Boot Inn twice during our stay in Abbots Morton. Firstly just for drinks. We were so impressed with the service, cleanliness, customer service, comfort and ambience that we decided to return for dinner. When I called to reserve a table the staff member was very helpful and courteous, even recommending a place locally where we could purchase logs! The customer service we received exceeded our expectations in every way and the food was equally impressive. One of our party rated the pigeon starter as excellent. The red Thai curry was the tastiest and most flavoursome I have ever eaten and all of our meals were very well presented. We were celebrating an 80th birthday and without us making any special requests the staff brought out a surprise ice cream dessert with candle, sang Happy Birthday and even hung up a banner! We were made to feel very special.It is clear that the staff at The Boot Inn excel in customer service and put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Highly recommended! We aren’t local but the next time we are in the area we won’t even consider going anywhere else. A ‘must’ for any visit to the area. 5* and thoroughly deserved.

4 of us went for Sunday lunch and I can honestly say it was probably the best I’ve had. We eat out a lot and I review good and bad, this deserve a 5* rating. The food was beautifully cooked and presented. I had beef which was cooked perfectly. Everyone else said their meals were fantastic. The staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend and we’ll be going back as often as we can.

We last had a meal here Xmas Eve 2019 and it was very quiet and didn't really have any atmosphere.Good was ok.We decided to go back with friends at there suggestion and we are very glad we did.It was a Saturday early evening and was already getting busy.My friend and I had the stuffed chicken which was very tasty,my husband had a rump steak with all trimmings which was cooked to perfection and friends hubby had the lamb steak server on a hot plate which was a bit different but again very tasty.Excellent service,very good portions and reasonable prices.The atmosphere was great but the only gripe was the music was too loud and occasionally had loud interference coming through the speakers,so,that needs to be sorted !!Otherwise a lovely meal and would definitely recommend,will be back very soon !!!

We’ve been here a few times now, especially for lunch and I still haven’t learnt that as the portions are so big having a starter and main course is a challenge, although the food and menu choices are so big and the food so good we can’t help ourselves, eyes bigger than belly springs to mind!!Oh well you only live once, I had the pate’ stater which was as I thought large, 6 portions of toast with a side dressed salad and two really good slices of farmhouse pate’ I really recommend this, my wife had the mushrooms, a slightly smaller dish but again excellent, for mains I had the chicken dish with fresh veg, dauphinois potatoes, carrots and broccoli, all in a mushroom sauce, my wife had the pork loins similarly with veg and black pudding mash, a couple of glasses of red wine and brilliant service, had no room for a sweet sadly this really is great food, a quiet location with friendly efficient service.

Great experience dining at The Boot - good staff and food.The girls serving are really friendly and helpful - they always responded to our requests promptly and with a smile.The food is great - a wide variety of dishes with something for everybody.Decent value for money but definitely at the higher end of the market - great for an occasional treat!Just one tip: it was so busy, we struggled to park as all spaces were taken so leave home a few minutes earlier so you don’t feel rushed!

We came for a light lunch having not been here before. This pub is well presented and dog friendly.We ate in the bar and were allowed to bring the dog inside.The staff are friendly and mostly efficient. We had a pizza which was good. The coffee we ordered was forgotten about but when a cup of coffee did arrive there was no charge for it because of the delay.This was a good experience and I would happily return.

Went yesterday evening for a meal with my partner. Decided on the steak on the stone and we both chose the 8oz rump. I rarely eat steak as ones I’ve had previously haven’t been the best. This was the best!!! It’s a complete dining experience cooking your own steak on the larva hot stone. My partner had the chips and I had the new potatoes, mushrooms, peppers and bacon mix which was delicious. Service was excellent. Couldn’t find a fault with anything

We stayed here for 2 nights, food was spot on the owners were bloody brilliant with us the whole of our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable we do recommend going and we hopefully back soon. Thank you for the birthday drink we had a fantastic timeWayne and Caroline

Great Local Pub With Excellent Food. Service was very good and The Boot offers a very attractive outside drinks area.

Have been here numerous times and it is always perfection. Speaking for myself the starter of prawns with chilli sauce was excellent and the beef was delicious and vegetables cooked to perfection which were a good choice including a lovely dish of cauliflower cheese and at £13 was good value for money

First time I've been to this restaurant and it was great the food was lovely as was the service. We went for Sunday roast lunch and the quality and portion sizes were excellent.

The conservatory was not the cleanest of places to have eaten in, overlooking a tired/messy back garden.The food lacked substance and whilst it tasted alright, it lacked finesse. The salmon I had was swimming in it’s sauce, just a ridiculous amount. The chicken my partner had was poor quality and pretty tasteless…Simple food done well is always good, but this place is trying to do posh nosh, not very well! The gimmick of cooking your own steak on a stone gives this place a good rating, remove that and the place is poor.

We have just stayed at the Boot for 2 nights as always it was amazing. We have been numerous times. The hosts are fabulous and nothing is too much. From amazing food off the menu to the wonderful breakfast. We love it and will definitely be back. Home cooked food, friendly, happy staff and gorgeous surroundings. Very comfortable bedrooms with everything you need.

My wife and I visited for 2 nights and visited stratford races. The food was exceptional and the room was very nice. Thanks to the owners for great hospitality and beautiful breakfast. We will be back.

What a gem in the Cotswolds. Loved this place. Arrived here lunch time (12 noon) to try and link onto their wifi. They made us feel so welcome, we ended up staying until 10pm at night ... The Staff were courteous, nothing was too much trouble and a delight. The food was nothing more than AMAZING .. best steak I've had in a long time and the starter was so unique, never had anything like it before. The wine was to die for and the locals made us feel so welcome all day ... You must visit this place, you will not regret it .. felt like a home from home ... Thank you The Boot and all your staff that looked after us and the locals for making us feel like one of them.

Why would a couple drive 400 miles on their Golden Wedding to pay for a Steak dinner where the inn owner and chef had you cook your own supper? Well because Lee has created an amazingly unique dining experience in an historic setting. When planning a Golden Wedding tour of favourite places we chose The Boot Inn as our most southerly destination, to dine in the 13th century former dairy with exposed beams and wattle and dab walls on Lee’s signature hot rock steak dinners, raw steak served on a very hot stone to cook according to your own preference, served with hand cut chips and home made battered onion rings………..highly recommended …needless to say we stayed overnight

Called last minute and did not disappoint, had 2 fillet steak and 2 rump steaks on the stone . All steaks with chips or sautéed potatoes were excellent. Puddings please see pictures in my opinion still too big !!! but delicious all the same . Waitresses and Tracey were attentive and accommodating. Overall excellent visit and we will be back … thank you

We have just returned home from spending a lovely short break at the Boot Inn, we arrived and were warmly greeted by Lee and Jack and later by Carol!We found the place to be very cosy and really clean and very well set out and had been obviously recently refurbished to a very high standard.Our room we stayed in was large and well kept with one of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in ! The over all experience was smashing and the staff went the extra mile and were always happy to help . In the evening we ordered food for dinner and dined in the conservatory, we were very impressed with the meal and prompt service , again I can highly recommend the food and drinks at the Boot !All in all it was a great experience and we've already booked again to revisit Lee Carol and Jack. Can genuinely highly recommend it ticks all the boxes .

Two had 12 oz rump cooked on a stone, I was sceptical but is works well in fact I had to take mine last piece off otherwise it would not have been rare. one had salmon and one wanted Veggie which was limited unless you like pine nuts. The service was good, ambiance good and having been let out of purgatory very busy

We shared a delicious vegetarian naan here - fully loaded with sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, rocket, onions olives. It was served outdoors in warm sunshine - excellent cycling food!

So wonderful to be back and sat out in the back beer garden with the luxury outside heater In the sunshine.

Our visit this evening to The Boot was disappointing. I ordered a rump steak and my husband a fillet. They were both cooked how we asked but were both cold. I explained this to our waitress who was apologetic and took it back to the kitchen but the steak was still not warm when it was brought back , the herb butter on both mine and my husband’s steak was solid, so had not melted with any heat . It was a shame because the rest of the meal was warm and it was very tasty. I did not return it to the kitchen again because I didn’t want the steak to be over cooked.

Fabulous food every time we visit, it’s outstanding. And the service is second to none. Lee, Tracey and their team go above and beyond to make sure everyone is well looked after, even in these strange times. Been coming here for years and it’s always a pleasure....we always leave with a smile on our face and delicious food in our bellies! Oh and the Guinness is spot on too!!

As soon as the 2nd lockdown was over we went to The Boot for lunch. The service was outstanding, as it always is, nothing is too much trouble. The beer was excellent and the food was outstanding. I can't recommend this place enough, a bit off the beaten track but well worth the effort.

Last minute decision and generally a good one Two had the cheese light biteand I had the small fish & Chips. Food was good but they only do chunky chips and no French Fries I spoke to other who were having steak and the looked good and cooked properly. but No English proper powdered Mustard.service good, loos clean. only criticism that they were over the top on Covid, Tartare Sauce in Sashes not good I have been there for lunch and they had good Tartare no no not packets please covid or no covid

We’ve just returned home from the loveliest meal. We were recommended to visit by friends and I’m so glad we finally did. The service was excellent, friendly, polite and attentive (my young son got a shock when the sizzling stone arrived and knocked his glass onto the floor and his drink was instantly replaced and no fuss was made). The food was beautiful, the children’s meals were a good size and the steak was amazing. We will definitely be coming again, thank you for a lovely evening.

Found this Pub while on a short break to the Pershore area. What a brilliant find it was. Booked a table for our Anniversary and were not disappointed. We preferred to be seated in the Pub restaurant, although the large Conservatory looked good too. Inside is a cosy pub atmosphere and prompt service from friendly staff (thanks for the Anniversary banner - lovely touch). The food was sooooooo good. We both had chargrilled steaks cooked to perfection and were very happy with the bill.Thank you for a lovely evening to all at The Boot. Only sorry we don't live nearer but can't drive the 128 miles for your steaks too often - even though we really wish we could......it's tempting!!!!!

Visitied The Boot on 12th September for a delicious meal from start to finish.We enjoyed three courses in the conservatory and everyone commented on how amazing the food was. This is a real gem in the Worcestershire Countrywide and is still run by the same family for many years, which is rare and wonderful to see during these difficult times for the hospitality trade.You can enjoy Steaks and Salmon from the hot stone cooked to your liking or cooked for you on the grill, either way they were delicious. My husband enjoyed a tender Sirloin with stilton shavings, who said it was delicious. I enjoyed the mouthwatering fish and chips, which were also to die for!The CoVid precautions placed on the hospitality industry are all excellent at this venue and the Staff are all still smiling and can't do enough to help you.We were also lucky enough to stay over in the B&B, which the room was immaculate and spotlessly clean, value for money and with an exceptional full English breakfast to top it off, what is not to love!You must give this welcoming pub a try, you will certainly not be disappointed!Thank you so much to all at The Boot for a fabulous stay! :-) x

Disappointing visit. Have visited the boot on many occasions for many years pre Covid19. A Saturday lunchtime - I had booked so was expected but had to wait 3 minutes before anybody greeted us (pub was empty) We were the only couple in the whole pub, ordered the swordfish and crayfish salad - I was so disappointed, tasteless swordfish and the salad consisted just lettuce, small amount of tomato, cucumber and mango. I was expecting a bit more of a variety of ingredients for the price of the dish - could only describe as a very boring dish. Such a shame - was really looking forward to our visit there but left sadly underwhelmed. Will be giving it a miss for a while.

Good menu for vegans with a choice of two mains while the restaurant being better know for its steak dishes so very impressed . Great steak too apparently :) Friendly service & always a nice atmosphere

fantastic meal great service, and did I mention the fantastic meal. The Rib-Eye was mouth wateringly good and my wife's side of pork was delicious. Everything cooked to perfection and all on time even though they were very busy. Really EXCELLENT!

First time going here whilst on holiday with my family, ended up going twice as it was so good the first time. Lovely building inside, excellent food and efficient & friendly service.

Third trip to the Boot and certainly not the last. Lovely family run hotel with masses of character. The bedrooms are spacious, very clean and lovely crisp white bedding and in the en suite there are soft towels that actually wrap round....!!!!The restaurant is excellent and the food delicious and the steak on a 'stone' which you cook to your liking at your table yourself is a delight. The restaurant is managed exceptionally well by Lee and nothing too much trouble.The bar/ lounge area is open to the public as well as residents and is a very friendly, cozy place and as we have to be careful these days social distancing is encouraged at all times by the owners.Very good choice of drinks. If you love Gin then you will be very happy with the variety of flavours.Bed and breakfast is well priced.It was an enjoyable couple of days and as its situated half an hour from The Cotswolds it is ideally suited to travelling around the area.Special thanks to 'mine hosts' Lee, Jack and Carole. They are very welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and spoilt.Go once and be prepared to return again....

First time visiting this pub and wow we were impressed. Excellent covid precautions and everything explained to us on arrival. We felt very safe and knew exactly where sanitising stations were, toilets, one way system etc before sitting down. Tables were all socially distanced and all staff were extremely polite, chatty and attentive. Now to the food!! Incredible is the best description, we were a table of 5 and we had steaks, salmon, burger and fish and chips. All were lovely and those served on the hot stone were amazing. We had one of the best meals out so thank you the Boot! We have recently moved to the area so what a gem of a place to have on our doorstep.

We went out as a family with grandparents to enjoy the 50% discount at lunchtime for the "Eat out to help out scheme"The children enjoyed cooking their steak on the stone while grandad had the haddock and chips which was huge and myself and mum had the light bite tandoori chicken skewer. The food was amazing we all really enjoyed it, cooked fresh and served by friendly helpful bar staff. We felt safe, he explained the procedure if we entered the pub about the one way system and hand sanitiser and offered to wear a mask if we wished but as we were sat outside in the front garden under the tree enjoying the coolness of the breeze in 30 degree heat we said he didn't have to wear it. As someone who has been shielding I am very conscious of safety and i'm happy to say I found it very safe, so make a visit you won't be disappointed.

Lovely lunchtime meet up with Daughter and grandchildren, a very hot day (32c) so sat outside under a parasol in the breeze. We were asked if we wanted the waiter to wear a mask but as we were outside we said no. Everything was explained about hygiene precautions ie Paper menus that are destroyed afterwards hand gel one way system into the premises ect. Lovely food and attentive service definitely would recommend. Probably quieter at lunchtime.

Been wanting to try this country pub for a long time and have just had fabulous 12oz fillet steak on the stone served with chunky chips and onion rings with 3 different sauces too.We were welcomed just inside door and Tracie explained all safety guidelines to us and if we were happy with staff not wearing mask or if we preferred they would wear a mask.Everything was done in controlled manner and due to the hot stone the meal was brought to table, which we fully understand.We have booked again for end of month and can't wait to return with family.Thank you for making our anniversary meal one we enjoyed so much.

Although the food was fine and the service okay, and whilst they had a one way system to navigate entry and exit into the restaurant, and also hand sanatisers, none of the serving staff wore masks or used trays to bring over drinks.. food was served directly to the table as opposed to a central collection point which is the safer option..The menus were brought to the table and collected afterwards, don’t know if theses were simply re used , sanitised, or disposed ofI’m judging only on what I’ve experienced at other places and whilst I didn’t feel unsafe I’m not sure I would visit again.

My wife and I just wanted somewhere local’ish to sit outside with an early morning bacon sandwich and a coffee. My wife emailed the evening before to ask if that was possible and was responded to immediately and in friendly manner stating our request would be accommodated with no problems. Arrived , greeted and shown to a table at the rear of the pub in the courtyard area - ideal. All aspects of service were excellent and so was the bacon sandwich! Since the easing of lockdown with been to a number of pubs and restaurants and a number don’t appear to be at all grateful for the our custom, what a pleasant experience this was.

Great fish, chips and curry sauce from the Boot this evening. They were amazing yet again. Thanks Lee Keirman and team.

As key workers that stay in numerous hotels and b&b’s across the country you get to meet some great people and the family run boot inn is no exception.We have been made to feel very welcome by Lee and his family.The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and very clean.The menu looks amazing but unfortunately down to the current circumstances we are not allowed to sample this as we would like.This is more than made up by the service the family offers.So if any keys workers are working in and around junction 6 of the m5 or Worcester then I can highly recommend checking into the boot inn as they are only accepting key workers at the moment and you won’t be disappointed.Thank you to Lee and the family for this week and hopefully we will see you again in the future.Regards Mark and Milan

Lunch with the wife, great food, very friendly staff with excellent service and the portions are big, so much so when we had been before and had starters and mains to be honest I couldn’t eat all my main course, there was so much, this time and being lunch we ordered only mains hoping to leave room for a dessert, I ordered the liver and onions different but thought I’d give it a try and the wife had beer battered fish (whale) I think considering the size of it! I had a garlic new potatoes and the wife chips and mushy peas, both dishes were fabulous, and we had room for a couple of scoops of Bennett’s ice cream for those that remember them from Bennett’s farm in Worcester, really good ice cream, and not expensive, with a couple of glasses of red the total bill was just over £40, in summary great service a cosy relaxed old charm pub in the country very good food and not expensive, highly recommended.

Really awesome night here with friends. Steak was perfectly cooked and flavoursome as was all of starters and deserts. Staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive. Good atmosphere at the Boot. Always can talk to friendly locals as well. Really enjoyed it

A really good dining experience. The starters of smoked haddock in a leek sauce was wonderful piping hot and delicious. The mains beef for me and pork for my friend were lovely and tender the vegetables were perfectly cooked the roast potatoes and parsnips great and the cauliflower cheese and dish of vegetables cooked to perfection the gravy and meat however could have been hotter and that is why I have not rated excellent. We both however did enjoy the meal

I have eaten at the Boot three times now and every time the food has been excellent, I have had various steaks on the stone with different sides though prefer the noodles.The service is great and they definitely care about you throughout your time there.

Just been for lunch at the Boot Inn, really enjoyed it! I had the Lamb hot pub & mum had the Chicken Club Sandwich! Amazing value. All freshly cooked and delicious. Service was great. Will defo be returning to try the steak on the stone

Visited for a family meal and ordered from the set menu.The venison in the starter was tough and the turkey dry. The girls serving were lovely but the manager was very terse which felt unnecessary. Very dissapointing, especially considering the price charged. I appreciate that had we been a smaller group ordering from the a la carte it might have been a different experience.

We ate on a Sunday lunchtime in January . The car park was full but there were still tables available in the restaurant. We found an extensive menu with specials and Sunday roasts on offer. Vegan and vegetarian options available, but the fish specials - salmon,plaice and fish and chips had run out.I chose the 8oz venison steak cooked on a stone, the steak itself was good but unfortunately the accompanying sauteed potatoes were not thinly sliced but served as halved baby potatoes and were hard and undercooked.

After a busy evening at work, we didn’t know where to go for food. We decided to go to The Boot and had a fantastic steak on the stone. We’ve been told these have been superb and we couldn’t doubt it. A wide range of starters you wouldn’t find on your everyday ‘pub’ menu, we settled on the amazing hanging chicken skewer.... would recommend. Perfect place for a night out with friends/family.

We visited this very popular and consequently busy pub for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. They serve “steak on a stone” where in effect you do your own cooking which ensures that you hopefully have it cooked the way you like it. We chose to have this and it was really good and the steak was juicy and tender. All in all a good night out we can definitely recommend this pub if you are in the area.

Came in last week as a last minute decision, lovely staff and great service. We then enjoyed a delicious steak on the stone followed by tasty dessert!

A great meal out whenever we have friends to stay. Food is lovely, staff are friendly and welcoming. The old and new parts to the restaurant give great ambiance for any occasion. Always my recommendation of where to eat near Worcester.

My wife and I visit The Boot Inn on a regular basis. It’s the only place to go for steak on a stone. Great food and staff are so friendly.

Came here for lunch today with my husband and baby daughter, our first visit although we are relatively local. The food was absolutely delicious, genuinely one of the best lunches we’ve had!

We booked a table for our family to enjoy Sunday lunch - really disappointed with the food. The beef was tough, the vegetables were watery and tasteless, potatoes were hard and not seasoned. My child's pasta meal was served on a side plate and he could not eat it as it tasted 'odd' - limited options for children's meals. Husband had a T- bone steak (not your typical Sunday option I know!) which was okay. Staff were friendly. On leaving the restaurant we were then advised they had miscalculated the bill and we had to pay a further £21.00. All in all, a very disappointing visit and we will not rush to visit again.

This was our first visit to The Boot Inn. We were a group of 6 and needed to find somewhere for a good meal half way between us all. We were not disappointed! The staff were fantastic and a real credit, and what can I say about the food....it was exquisite! An extremely welcoming pub/restaurant. We all agreed that we most certainly be back!

My husband & I went here today after we had popped into Evesham.

We wanted to stay somewhere nice for our Anniversary. Well, we wern't dissapointed, comfortable clean room with all that attention to detail. Lovely clean white towels changed every day. We had room 5. It had a king size double bed and the most interesting widows all different shaped, oak beams and items of memorobelia up high on a shelf. The food was great, my husband liked the steak on a slab, you slice it up and watch it cook. They even decorated the wall by our table with balloons and a happy anniversary banner, such a nice thought. I would reccommend the salmon steak and vegetables just perfect. All very nice and would reccommend The Boot Inn to anyone. Great place to explore Worcester, Evesham and the Malvern hills, a very pretty area indeed.

We visited this pub yesterday (13.10.2019) as it was a central location to meet between Shropshire and Oxford. It was my 30th birthday and on arrival we were greeted by the landlord who quickly offered me a free birthday drink on the house!

Crayfish salad and steak sandwich was lovely, the lady serving was on the ball, wines both white and red very palatable. We will visit again very soon

We have had lunch at The Boot three times this summer - it's a goodish "run out" from home and we have had a busy time, but we hope to make it a much more regular venue in future. Everything about our experience of this lovely country pub has placed it firmly on our "anyone for lunch?" radar. It's a well presented and cared for place - easy to tell how much hard work and preparation goes on behind the scenes to make this such an enjoyable visitor experience. The welcome is exceptionally friendly and the lovely lady (ashamed that I haven't yet asked her name - will try harder!) who has taken our order and served us each time couldn't have been more helpful, pleasant or professional, managing to keep all the balls in the air, delivering great service, always smiling. This is an old fashioned pub in the very best sense. The ambience alerts you to the fact that this is going to be a good experience - and then the food delivers! We have enjoyed everything we have eaten here. It is very very good!

Stayed at this little gem when touring around Worcester / Hereford. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Price for the night including hearty breakfast was very competitive. Restaurant was busy and rightly so as the food was superb. Staff helpful and friendly. The whole pub had a warm inviting atmosphere and it was in all a very good experience. Would certainly stay again.

I visited The Boot for the first time on Saturday evening with my husband and our friends and we had a great evening. The food was delicious. We had the 12oz Fillet Steak on the Stone, battered haddock, pork tenderloin and homemade steak and ale pie. They were all delicious but my friend who had the fillet steak raved about it and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience of cooking it himself.

It’s bank holiday Monday and past 2pm. We were starving and thought we would give this place a try. It was super busy and normally the kitchen shuts at 2 but they were happy to serve us.

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights. I really cannot praise this wonderful find enough.

Fantastic evening spent with family in the original 13th Century “old dairy” part of the restaurant, this enabled those of us with hearing issues to keep up with conversation. Food was outstanding with generous portions and fantastic service throughout. Everyone agreed the gin and tonics came in fish bowl size which created some amusement!! Children really enjoyed the experience of their own hot stone. Will definitely be back very soon. Thank you for a fantastic evening.

We stayed here as a stop over when travelling from Cornwall back to Lancs. We expected a pleasant room and good food !

Had yet another great time at the Boot, everything prefect from lovely bar staff to great local ales and as always great food. Highly recommended this place.

From the moment of the booking to our departure all the staff we spoke to were all very helpful. We ate here on a previous visit 4 years ago and were not disappointed with the venue, standard of service and excellent quality of food.

Definitely a destination pub for steak lovers - judging by the thickness of the fillet steaks served at the table next to ours ! For my part, I had Chicken Caesar Salad to start, and for mains, the Hake in a chorizo crumb with a balsamic reduction and garlic potatoes. My husband plumped for the Haddock and Chips. Both meals were tasty and came in generous portions. Service was very efficient. I noticed that as well as obviously being a steak lovers paradise - the menu also provided a good range of vegetarian options as well.
