Avoid at all costs – rude staff and unhygienic! I walked into this takeaway expecting a normal experience, but as soon as I stepped in, I was met with pure arrogance. The lady at the counter didn’t even give me a chance to order properly—she just shouted, “What you want?” in the most rude and unwelcoming way. No manners, no customer service skills whatsoever. To make things worse, the place looked very unhygienic. I immediately regretted stepping inside. If this is how they treat customers, I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. Avoid this place unless you want to be disappointed! ⭐ 1/5 (only because I can’t give zero)

By far the best Chinese in the area. We've tried lots of others but always end up disappointed and wishing we'd just gone to Westpool. Good sized portions and the staff are always really friendly.

Had an Afternoon Tea for 3 people. Overall, we were all very pleased with the experience, it's a lovely setting, very friendly and helpful staff, and the food quantity/quality was decent value for what we paid. We opted to leave our scones til last, but instead of being the highlight we hoped for, they turned out to be the only slight letdown. The scones themselves were a little dry, had minimal fruit content and the jam was so thin/runny it was almost impossible to stop it escaping off the scone. Disappointing end to an otherwise impressive Birthday treat. Can't fault the staff serving us though, well done ladies

Política de Cosmos respecto a descuentos. Visitó en febrero con la familia para celebrar los miembros de la familia 18th, todos pagamos por separado y no se le permitió usar descuento de luz azul como la persona que cumple años tenía una comida gratis. Lo cual pensé que estaba mal ya que estábamos pagando cuentas separadas. Después de conocer esta política me ha hecho pensar dos veces antes de volver a visitar en una gran fiesta de personas para una celebración como un cumpleaños.

Liyana era maravillosa, nada era problema y hizo de nuestra visita un momento encantador, así que muchas gracias a ella! La comida era genial sin duda volveremos!

Well what can I say, first went there a good few months ago with some mates on a Saturday night for karaoke and it was really nice, everyone was so welcoming, including the owner. Now two of the girls normally go on a Monday and Tuesday and has been for a few months but I don’t go with them as I do shift work so can’t always make it. Three weeks ago the girls went and they always turn up before 9 as one of them have a 3 year old and puts him to bed first, they walk in and the owner asked them if they wanted to play sticky 13, they didn’t have any change on them so they couldn’t play but said they would play the next week, which they did and one of them won, people was going up to them to say well done. So why it is last night I get told they was told they couldn’t play as they had just walk in, the woman who went up to one of them was so rude even though my friend stayed calm. The guy calling out the cards was saying sorry which was genuine, one of the guys sitting next to him said to him can’t you take out some money and put it towards next week if they win, they agreed but still was so annoyed. Why ask them to play in the first place and then tell them they couldn’t it’s ridiculous, let’s say you’ve lost some customers as they won’t be going back and never will I after how you have treated them

please do not go here. my boyfriend and i wanted a sit down and a drink so we walked through the shop to get to the side where the drinks are, the man who worked there, who by the way was sat down on his phone because there was no customers, rudely stormed over to us and had a go at us saying we can’t cut through the shop and getting really angry. my boyfriend and i said we were just trying to grab a drink and then he got all happy but we told him that we won’t be purchasing one from here anymore due to his attitude. very rude.

Entramos en el pub para un asado de domingo y no nos decepcionó! Increíble almuerzo, la comida era fresca con verduras de temporada y carne tierna. La mujer detrás de la barra no podía hacer lo suficiente por nosotros y el jefe Martin vino y habló con nosotros! Definitivamente volveré
