The Orchard Hill bakery is absolutely fantastic. If coffee, fresh bread and pastries are your thing it’s a must! The family run business is a little gem in Aldridge. If you plan to go on a Saturday morning be there for opening time otherwise you can miss out! They often sell out fast!

Amazing staff, amazing quality, amazing value and they even have a loyalty card to save you even more money, I had a absolutely amazing deal today. It just keeps getting better and better. I used to use a close competitor of theirs but now will only use these guys, I would highly recommend to passing trade or to people within the trade. If you have not yet tried these guys make sure you take advantage before you plan your next BBQ! Top marks!

The most disgusting and over priced food. Fish and chips was £10 and consisted a 15cm piece of fish which was soggy and disgusting. Paid about £5 for a korma plus extra for chicken so basically paid £5 for a cold load of korma sauce and hardly any chicken which I paid extra for. Salad was off it was brown and not fresh at all. Omelette was about £6 which was plain and consisted of about 4 eggs which costs about 40p and it was microwaved. The food was appalling and I called to complain and they offered to send more disgusting food out which I obviously refused. Should be called KhiMUCK instead. Horrible experience food all thrown in the bin oh and ordered chicken curry which was covered in grease and had clearly been microwaved.

Popped in after a walk in the local area. A huge pot of tea and a full cafetiere pot of coffee, served with biscuits and a smile. Lovely place, we sat on leather armchairs and enjoyed the company of the locals.

We visited twice in 10 days. The first occasion was a Wednesday night and we were the only table occupied all night. The food was as good as it has always been and well presented. It wasn't until we checked our bill after leaving the place that we realised that we had paid far too much but too late to do anything about it. Put it down to experience. The second visit was on a Saturday night with my partner when the place was full.Service was not too quick to say the least.Again the food was good. The bill came eventually at £43 which was a bit of a shock as we had only had the set meal at £13.95 each. When challenged the bill was corrected to £ 27.90Twice in two visits is not good enough and we will not give them a third chance.
