Great food, simple fresh ingredients cooked properly by folks that care. What a gem of a place, £8 for a pizza and £5 for a cheesy garlic bread. I'm never ordering franchise pizza again. A true treat.

My first time trying breakfast at the Throckmorton what can I say ......mit was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Best breakfast I had had in a long time! I will deffo be back beats any breakfast I've had in Redditch by far. Cooked to perfect. Many thanks. This my new go to place. It was priced at 12 pounds but was worth every penny.

I had an overnightstay with Dinner and Breakfast. welcomed immediately on arrival and given a nice double room with comfortable bed in a separate building sway from the pub noise. Good dinner served by friendly bar staff and excellent Full English Beakfast. Very quiet the da I was there . No complaints

I have visited Aimee’s Tea Room many times during the last few years with my elderly mother. We have noticed that the standard of food and service has deteriorated over recent months but today it was particularly bad. I ordered cheesy beans on brown toast without any butter on the toast and my mum ordered egg and chips. We waited a long time for our food , much longer than usual, and when our food arrived it was lukewarm warm! I noticed that my toast had been buttered which I pointed out to the waiter. I commented on this and told the waiter that I had requested no butter, as I do every time I visit Aimee’s! I even watched the lady I ordered from write that instruction on the order! This is not good. Fortunately I don’t have an allergy but what about people who do and make a special dietary request? Kitchen staff should not just ignore a dietary request! I look forward to your comments Aimee’s Tea Room. We will certainly think twice before visiting again. Sorry.

Hiya, am not one to complain but came here a few months ago and the problem still has not been resolved even after many attempts at contacting the pub. Came in, sat at table for approx 45 mins and then my friend ordered food through the app in the bar - bearing in mind am very visible to the staff. After waiting for another 20 minutes, the manager on shift came over and told us we couldn’t order as me and my friend were barred - bearing in mind not told this prior (in previous visits, or in the near hour we were sat there). This felt very personal and unprofessional from management, especially because my friend had previously left this restaurant to work at a different M&B pub. Apparently the refund was processed, however we were skeptical at the time as the manager on shift didn’t seem to know what he was doing. However, didn’t think much of it. A few weeks later we rang up and got told by the same manager that the GM was only in certain days and only they could sort it. Upon arriving on those days, the GM wasn’t in and obviously we didn’t want to cause a scene after being told to not come back in; this felt intentional so we wouldn’t be able to receive a refund. It’s been very back and forth over the past few weeks with no proper solution by the management at the dog. Just very dissapointing that this is how previous staff are treated by management after leaving the pub amicably - do not recommend to future applicants or to customers on a whole.

Staff continue to be very helpful and polite and very hardworking.lovely place to have a meal.my issue is with the portions of the meals getting small,the ready made up salads are full of lettuce leaves making it look plenty full but not enough tomatoes or cucumber.ham was a slice but before was very good amount. Putting grapes on a salad doesn’t make up for what you’ve cut back on.plus don’t get chips now with sandwiches your charging separately for them. Meals are still tasty but not value for money I’m sad to say.

Never been here before, visited today for lunch, it was quite full when we arrived, soon found out why, excellent tasty meal, followed by bread and butter pudding, it was a tough choice between that and the superb looking lemon cake, I'll have that next time. Must mention the staff who were all friendly and helpful, well done all

I have never been disappointed with a trip to the Throck, and last night was no different. Crispy pig cheeks from the specials menu as starters and then crispy Asian beef salad for me and Cajun chicken salad for my wife again both from the specials menu and both excellent. The usual friendly and attentive staff and all in the recently redecorated restaurant made for a great evening out. Thank you.

We have been here 2 times this year including Valentines Day. Always great food and good service. The food is fresh and cooked to order with excellent tastes. Nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is always busy, the staff work hard and no real waiting, just be realistic when busy. Will always keep going back here.!!!

We have been here a couple of times recently, and it is really lovely. We have had amazing meals and the staff are so attentive and friendly, we have been looked after by the lovely Nadine who couldn't do enough for us. And our Chateaubriand was cooked to perfection by Andrew the Chef, thank you all so much for a wonderful experience. We will be back!!

Lovely cafe. I met the resident cat. Very cute. Relaxing visit. Only had a hot drink but enjoyed it. Will visit again with my dog.
