Craig was both a brilliant waiter and a brilliant entertainer. He was friendly, chatty and smiley and was able to remember every order that we gave him. He made our evening. Thanks to him we would all love to come again. He came to our table with a smile and when we left we were all in a brilliant mood thanks to him. The food was also great but Craig made the experience.

Really excellent from the greeting upon arrival,the welcoming bar staff and the really fantastic waiters who looked after us in a private area for a family occasion. The food was top class with everyone in our party saying that it was tasty with good portions and well presented and hot on arrival. I would recommend without hesitation and would certainly visit again. The outside of the building does not do justice to the interior which is modern,clean ,attractive and comfortable. The staff are a credit to the establishment.

We arrived early and was shown to the bar area until our table was ready. Once ready we were sat by the manager and Lilly took our drinks and food order. Everything was perfectly cooked and very tasty. Lovely meal.

The food was ok but we felt rushed by the staff. We were repeatedly asked what we wanted for desert when we said we wanted a short rest. In the end after being asked again a few minutes later we ordered our desert but didn't finish them as we were still full. The waitress then said she was finishing her shift early which made us think that's why she rushed us. When a different waitress took our payment we were then pushed again to leave by 10:20pm even though she said we could order another drink but we wouldn't of had time to drink it. At that point we ordered a taxi and left. We certainly won't be returning or recommending the place.

This is the second time we have visited this restaurant. First time was for lunch, second was for an evening meal. The food was excellent as always, service was to a very high standard. Toni who was looking after us on the 30th March, greeted us with warm, polite manner with a friendly smile. Credit to the hospitality business. Toni came across as very professional and compassionate in her her role. Made the evening very pleasant and relaxed. Would definitely visit again soon.

The restaurant manger who greeted us was super professional and very welcoming, enjoying some light jokes with us. Our server was also very polite and helpful. The food was served in a timely manner and of a high standard. Very happy. No problems at all.

I had a good time at Miller and Carter Steakhouse, Redditch. It is located in an unmissable location. The sitting set-up is lit with the flow of matching colours. It is a kids friendly environment with a lot of car park spaces. You are faced with wine selection headache on entry. The venue is well staffed with well-meaning, customer-friendly, and smiley individuals. And guess what, the foods are very affordable for the quality they present. We started the day with spicy wings and sauce starter, followed by the main course of Chicken breast burger, Tomato pasta with meatballs, Prime beef burger, Ultimate rack of barbecue ribs and Miller's steakhouse dirty burger. We later topped it up with Double belgian chocolate brownie dessert. I'm recommending Miller & Carter Steakhouse. They are worth all the penny spent.

Second visit for us since it became a Miller and Carter restaurant. On both occasions the food, service, and ambience have been excellent.
