maisey was incredible tonight she was so kind and helpful she was quick to reccomend options she clearly enjoys her work and she was extremely polite to everyone nothing was to much for her a massive thank you to maisey, on another note there was one waitress who was stood not doing much in standard uniform just always having a drink she seemed unphased by the fast people wanted her attention she had glasses and a red hair pony tail i hope this will help her improve rather then anger/upset as this is not my intention all in all an amazing night thank you again maisey 🫶🏼

James our server was exceptional very friendly and knowledgeable with what works well with which items on the menu. Also the gentleman wearing suspenders (unfortunately never caught his name) had a brilliant and bubbly personality and sang on arrival with my pina colada which was a lively and light hearted first interaction. Both team gave us a lovely anniversary experience. Also the Baileys Ameretto Choctail was a lovely sweet treat and very boozey

Family Easter weekend visit to Washford Mill was perfect,warm welcome on arrival and our waitress Lauren couldn't have been better very knowledgeable on menu,as a treat we choose the Easter sharing platter and the steak and lamb was cooked perfectly to our taste and the selection of vegetables was delicious.

Lovely meal and drinks today for 3 of us. Especially enjoyed the pork belly starter, the lamb rump and the brownie dessert. Darren our server was friendly and attentive.

From the moment we stepped in to the restaurant to the moment we left ,we had exceptional service , our meal was top class ,my favourite place to eat by far .one downside, check your bill , we had set menu , the bill came and had charged us for everything separately, which meant we would have paid £12.00 too much .

Emily was friendly and attentive despite the restaurant being busy. She checked in regularly and nothing was too much trouble..

Me and my family came here last night for food and drinks and couldn’t have asked for a better the meal the staff were all very welcoming including our waitress Emily R who couldn’t have done a better job serving us we all had a very good evening and couldn’t have asked for more :)

Very disappointing visit - waiter friendly - for left something to be desired - dirty burger and fries very disappointing - requested a medium/sweet wine given an over priced dry white wine - overall a disappointing evening.

James was absolutely phenomenal tonight, made our evening unforgettable, he was very attentive and cautious with my allergies, absolute credit to the company!

The waiter (Luca) was friendly and attentive, however the steak came out cold. Although the heat was corrected, the steak was then overcooked.

We went out for dinner with vouchers for my Dad's 60th birthday. The waitress (Emily W) was very helpful and efficient and had a great sense of humour too. The staff took care to cater for our food allergies. The food was great. It was a lovely evening. We would come back again.

This is my second visit this week, (ever) because I was very impressed with the ambience also the service we received from Darren was excellent and good fun.

Didn't prebook a table but were happy to accommodate. Excellent service from Darren with a large dollop of patience as we hadn't been in a very long time. Food was cooked to a great quality and piping hot. Highly recommended and will return👍

Had a fantastic meal at Miller & Carter. The steak was huge and full of flavour — cooked slightly under rare because of the huge size, but my partners who had a normal sized steak was perfect; but still absolutely delicious. The standout of the night was our waitress Jane — she was brilliant, super friendly and made the experience even better. Great food, great service. Will definitely be back!

What an amazing team of people at Washford Mill Miller and Carter! Lottie greated and seated us and it was so amazing that she remembered our one year olds name when we left to say goodbye to him! Darren served us on this occasion and was amazing and attentive and also incredible with our one year old who wouldn't sit still! Food was impeccable, and we all had different steaks and each one was delicious! Craig who has served us before took the time to come and say hello and see how we were before he left after his shift. What a fantastic bunch of people. Restored my faith in Miller and Carter after a rather mediocre experience at Worcester recently. Thank you!

Slow all round for a Monday lunchtime. Food very dry, had been sitting around for a while, I suppose since we were a group of 10.

Had a meal today for Mother's Day with my Mom and Sister. My mom loved her burger and mini dessert, which came with profiteroles and coffee.My sister and I had the Bourbon Chicken, which was nice, although a little bland. I had the lemon tart dessert, and my sister had the toffee dessert, which was delicious. The service was excellent, very friendly and efficient.

Took my mum and aunt here for the sharing board for Mother’s Day. Bridget looked after us and no request of ours was too much trouble. She is such an asset to your restaurant, very friendly, smiling and lovely.

We came here Saturday the man that showed us to our table his manners and personality shined through. We also had his favourite table in the place right next to mill ,wed never dined in that area of washford mill. Our food was delicious and the portion sizes were great compliments to the chefs. And our waitress Maisey couldn't do any more to help us very polite and happy. We will be returning soon!! Always will be our favourite place to go!! Thankyou to everyone x

I had a chipotle chicken as usual. It was lovely. As it was our wedding anniversary my husband really wanted to treat me and insisted that I choose the surf and turf. It was lovely although I thought that the beef dripping gravy had too much salt. A lot of food so I ordered coffee as dessert. The restaurant surprised us with a lovely dessert to share. I had to ask for a doggy bag as I couldn't leave it behind. It was a wonderful meal. Thank you to our waitress Aimee who couldn't have been more attentive.
