Our favourite Indian restaurant in Henley. We always look forward to a night out here whenever we visit. Classic Indian dishes including lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options for me.

Fantastic views over countryside, a marina of canal boats to the side, plenty of parking, dog friendly downstairs, staff was excellent as was the food, recommend , There is to be a bluebell walk from here this month and April.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, service very good. A really relaxing and great lunch. Well worth the visit, our first time. Will definitely recommend.

We've been here a few times, despite living over 30 miles away. Usually we stop off when en route somewhere else, but I'd certainly travel especially - it's that good. The full English they serve here is one of the best I've ever had. Everything is high-quality. Right down to the toast. The service is excellent, and it has a wonderfully vibrant atmosphere. For the quality, it's very, very well-priced. I've been spoilt though - since the full English here, the benchmark has been set and I can't accept anything less.

One of my favourite curry houses in the country ! Raja and his team go over and above every time. Small, intimate, welcoming, exceptional food and ambiance. A must-visit. But be careful - you may well become addicted like me !

Vine aquí cuando descubrimos que el restaurante nos queríamos ir a estaba cerrada el domingo. Estoy contento el otro lugar jamás estaba cerrada. ¡Guau! La comida era fresca y sabrosa. Tuve langosta kurma. Me esperaba unos pequeños trozos de langosta, pero había tres buenas colas de tamaño. Usted tendrá la experiencia de esperar porque la comida es fresca, no superficial. Pero vale mucho la pena la espera! El tamaño de las porciones son grandes. Fácilmente podría haber compartido el arroz. Los precios son razonables. No teníamos reserva pero no tienen problemas para conseguir una mesa. No estar tan ocupado como la noche. Recomiendo encarecidamente comer aquí!

Had an excellent dining experience this evening at Stoneaged in Henley in Arden. Thr quality of the food was fabulous and the service we received from Adam was second to none. The outside suggests this is nothing special, but the food is delicious. Freshly cooked and tastes that way. Service friendly and very efficient. Well worth a visit.

We visited here during a warm and sunny day this month to get some ice cream. We had driven past it before and I looked up the place to see that they have many ice cream flavours that are all sourced locally. We thought that this place would be a brilliant place for some ice cream and I'm glad to say we are right. The ice cream here is absolutely delicious and they do not skimp on the serving sizes. I will say that they are pricey ice creams (it was about £10 for our 2 double scoops) so it's a good thing they give you a proper scoop, rather than a scoop that is about 45% air. You have the choice of a variety of flavours as well as cones. You can choose between a tub and cones including; waffle cones, standard cones, chocolate covered cones etc. I had a double scoop of coconut ice cream and cookies and cream ice cream because I could not decide between the two. (I will definitely be returning to try more!). The cookies and cream was much better than the coconut, mostly due to the coconut flavour being mild and it takes a while for the coconut flavour to come through. When it did come through though, it was quite good and I really enjoyed it. The building is really nice as well which is the same with most places in Henley to be fair. I will say, beware about going when kids finish school because the place will be packed with families getting ice creams for their kids, especially if it is a warm day. We were lucky enough to get a tablet outside so we could sit and enjoy the sunshine with our ice creams but definitely don't visit with the intention of getting a table as you may not be so lucky. We really enjoyed this place and we were also considering buying one of their large tubs so we could take this delicious ice cream home! I would definitely recommend this place as the best ice cream shop in the area.
