Food and service was great. Bizarre experience being in the Spode factory, but totally worth it! Loved the story behind each of the dishes and the oatcake was especially good. Great value also.

Miserable landlord... don't bother wasting your time or money

Great pub but only thing what put me of was seen slug trail marks on the carpet around the tables on the floor part from that it's a nice pub

First and probably the last time we'll go here, not absolutely terrible but not good either. I don't like to give bad reviews as I know how dangerous that can be to someone's business, but you have to earn a good review. As you can see, the service was the highlight, the staff are quite good, but that's the only real positive. The food isn't authentic as the waiter kept banging on about, or chef is kashmir and that's why the food looks different. What a load of piffle, it looked like the same basic food you get from a couple of doors down. He kept saying that's why it's more hot, spice don't make a dish hot, they are supposed to add flavour and texture. Again the food was edible and if you are OK with fair priced basic curry this is not a bed place, if you prefer more depth of flavour to your curry then this will be a little disappointing. No real atmosphere seating is very cramped and if you are larger than average in size the seating would be uncomfortable. Only softy drinks are provided, you have to bring your own alcohol which wasn't a problem to us on this particular evening . To sum it up, cheap and cheerful. Not our favourite curry house by far.

Stumbled on this restaurant in trying to find somewhere to sit down and eat in Stoke which is not easy. Despite suddenly realising we're in a buffet situation was very pleasantly surprised and excellent variety of dishes, with plenty of salad supports and healthy options. Very good service too.

Whatever is going on here? Abysmal service and a don't care at all attitude.Food very late, cols and tasteless. No way they would serve this to their grandparents

Decent food but if you live in a block of flats then avoid at all costs. Driver was arrogant, refused to come upstairs. Overall I'd recommend Aladins up the road 😀

Very disappointed with our meal last night. Booked in at 19.30 and had 1 starter and poppadoms. All ok. Had to ask for our mains at 2100 as one of the party is diabetic and it was a long wait. Other people came after us and had their meals before us, when our meals eventually came, we had to send 2 back for being lukewarm.They came back exactly as we had returned them, with a half eaten prawn, so just reheated. Food hygiene😡 Raised the point with staff and asked for manager, but no-one came. No follow up, and then they quickly arrived with the bill. Very poor customer service.

Really nice titanic brewery pub

The food arrived very promptly. I ordered the spicy chicken kebab. The chicken was tough and covered in some brown spicy sauce. The pitta bread was wrapped separately (this wasn’t home made just one which you would buy at the supermarket) Not what I thought it would be. For £9.50 large, I would expect it to be larger and of better quality. I’d give the kebab a 2 out of 5 very low standard
