The best restaurants serving Indian food in Hartshill and Basford Stoke-on-Trent West Midlands

Stumbled on this restaurant in trying to find somewhere to sit down and eat in Stoke which is not easy. Despite suddenly realising we're in a buffet situation was very pleasantly surprised and excellent variety of dishes, with plenty of salad supports and healthy options. Very good service too.

Whatever is going on here? Abysmal service and a don't care at all attitude.Food very late, cols and tasteless. No way they would serve this to their grandparents

Had a lovely takeaway from here. Online ordering via their website was quick and easy. Collected takeaway by driving up to the entrance at the back of the restaurant. No need to pay for parking. Food was hot and delicious.

1st time ordering, simply wow!! hot, delicious and quick delivery,very generous portions.definatly my new takeaway,well done to all the team, delivery driver very polite.5 stars!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED I have eaten here many times over many years and it has always been good. Today was a different world !! On the day it wasn’t busy at all, once seated had to stand up to ask for everything it was 15 mins just to get a menu. Received shocking service from the waitress ( no welcome, please, thank you, “how was your meal”, etc. Ignored requests and the drinks took 15 mins to arrived.... than food was ordered and 30 mins later the starter came out at this point my boyfriend came out wrong what he ordered. the food was cold and no taste very bland nothing special !! The one star is for the poppadom because that’s all I can actually say was nice. Sorry for being negative but me and my family didn’t even get a thank you for our custom and will not be coming again

I have contacted numerous restaurants in the Newcastle area to see if they could make a garlic free curry for me and the first to say yes was Kismet. So last night I ate my first proper curry in over 20 years and it was amazing. The staff were so accommodating and helpful and the food was fantastic. We were a group of 7 and we were all very impressed and will definitely be returning. looking forward to the next meal.
