Great pub but only thing what put me of was seen slug trail marks on the carpet around the tables on the floor part from that it's a nice pub

Really nice pub, staff are sound...but don't advertise you're open until 1am, but in reality you're shut at 10:30pm to anyone coming in, it's literally been a waste of my time...quite legitimately false advertisement.

Came here for the pub Quiz on Thursday night with our neighbours - Speed Quiz Virgins! What an amazing night we had, really friendly clientele, friendly bar staff and a bonus of free food @ quiz half time! Will definitely be coming back and recommend anyone to give the Quiz a go!

I’ve never met such a rude landlord. He asked me and my friend to leave because we hadn’t bought a drink. We were in a party of 10 the other 8 had bought a drink and we were the designated drivers. I would never return and a great way to promote drink driving. He reasoning was we could have other people on the seats who are buying drinks despite them locking the doors and not taking in new customers. Pure Joke!

Fantastic local pub with good beer selection. Always a friendly and cosy vibe when going in, lovely landlords and bar staff. Karaoke night on a Wednesday is always fun!

Atmosphere was so warming and welcoming. Superb little pub. Super place for karaoke.

Well first and last time of going in ! Loved it sat with lovely people and karaoke absolutely loved it until on leaving I'm disabled we went thru the bar for the landlady stopped us and accused us of stealing ornaments from Halloween! We all in professional jobs and where she was on about was the area where her regulars are absolutely disgusting stick your pub e en though we loved it ....

just don't mention immigrants in pub or you get thrown out hahaha

Been a few times years ago, has had quite an updated since. Very nice, clean. Only stayed for half as we were doing a pub crawl.

I'm giving this five because it's such a lovely atmosphere and the karaoke nights are fantastic. Although I haven't been able to visit so much lately you are guaranteed a good time. If anything little small but that can't be helped. It seems smaller area because it's so popular on karaoke. It has two sides to the bar. I'm not aware of food served here though

A bit small, but really enjoyed the karaoke! The bar staff were very friendly. All in all a very good night.

Amazing place to visit great company friendly bar staff well recommended

We called in on Monday( open mic ) night on the off-chance after a chat with a friend who plays his guitar there. There were a few people in and we were welcomed by the locals. The landlady had laid on food for everyone (sausage casserole)😋. Everyone who got up and played/sang were brilliant. We had a great night. Drinks at proper prices, food and entertainment brilliant 👏 👌... We will be going again as soon as able.

Being an estate agent, I always believe its very important to have a good local pub on your doorstep. This place is very friendly and often has live music.

Called on a Monday to see Grant Matthew's on Acoustic Night. Very busy, good beer and nice atmosphere. Lovely lighting and candles on the table. Free cottage pie and veg though we didn't partake. Good artistes. Friendly landlords too. Really impressed. 28 Mar 22 Stunning night again at OHAH. Such amazing local talent and Grant is fantastic. Lovely Chinese beef curry and chips. I don't often post reviews but I've been coming to this pub for years and thought it was about time. The atmosphere is excellent and there always seems to be something going on whether it's a quiz, karaoke or darts. The owners are incredibly friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. The drink is cheap and of the best quality. There is one bartender in particular called Stewart, who pulls an excellent pint, and makes awesome cocktails. He's friendly, quick witted (always wearing one of his signature amusing t-shirts) and incredibly good-looking for his age. I couldn't believe it when he told us he was turning seventy! The music is always on point and the place is steeped in local culture and history. I highly recommend you go here. Best pub in the are hands down!

Good pint of plum porter can be consumed here, lovely bar staff,nice locals boozer and a well good karaoke nite.Well worth a visit.

Nice pub which regularly use. Gets very busy at the weekend

Popped in for a quick drink. Traditional pub styling and varied selection of drinks available. Bartender was chatty although somewhat desparate for me to use contactless on the card machine although I insisted on using chip and pin. Pricing was normal not too cheap and not too deer. Alright pub if going past and need a refill, Would recommend.
