Starters were Squid & Paneer Mains Lamb shank & Lal mas Rice & bread Lovely tasting food nothing here representative of your normal curry house experience. This is more of dining experience than firing in the local curry house after a few beers. Would have had 5 stars across the board but £ 5.95 for a pint of Cobra ? Just took the edge of it for me personally.

Very disappointed, I have used this restaurant many times. I had a booking for a table of 12, 2 were unable to make the meal. I paid a £120 deposit, spent £500 and they only knocked £100 deposit off the table aswell as taking the tip. They never explained that I would be charged only noticed when I looked back over the receipt. Spoke to them over the phone they would not refund

This is not a standard Indian restaurant, the food is excellent, the taste is devine and beautifully presented. Fresh herbs and ingredients you can taste everything in the dish all perfectly balanced in flavour. If you enjoy Indian cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere this is the place to go.

Great friendly staff, great food, lots of choice, and if things are too hot, they will tone it down! The restaurant is beautiful, and there is lots of parking. A most enjoyable evening all round.

Excellent meal, reasonably priced, caters to all tastes, can't recommend high enough...well worth a visit

1st visit here after reading some good reviews and I was impressed. The food was delicious and different to your usual curry restaurants. Proper Indian dishes, very tasty and a decent portion size. The rice is big enough for two to share but recommend a naan bread each. Very reasonably priced and the place itself is nice and clean. Will definitely return again.

Had a great meal at this lovely restaurant. The staff were fantastic and the food was great. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent we had my wife’s retirement party here with approx 80 people and not one person had a bad word to say about the whole evening the service and food was brilliant and we hired Bollywood dancers who topped off a very very good event. Thank you to Sanjeeve and his wife and staff you made serving 80 people look easy

We have now been twice to this restaurant and both occasions have been excellent it's authentic Indian cooking so expect different . dishes than you would expect .

Food and service was excellent, not been for a few years, but will return soon , our waiter Sing was excellent, all 1st class

Wow, first time but definitely go again, amazing food presentation and service . The staff are great , i had to ask about the dishes but the gentleman was very knowledgeable.

First class restaurant, the food and service is absolutely fantastic. We have been many many times ever since Sanjeev and his wife opened the restaurant, and have never had a bad experience. Thank you Sanjeev.

Ordered for collection, waited nearly 10 mins to speak to somebody to collect my order. Food was horrible.

Food is presented beautifully. Lovely decor, staff are very attentive. I asked for a very mild dish, couldn't eat it as super spicy

We don't live to far from Sanjeevs & have been for a meal many times, we love the place, the staff & the food, I can honestly say we have never been disappointed, we would love to dine out more frequently than we do but as we are pensioners we have to watch our pennies so when we can afford to treat ourselves we have our favourite places that we like to visit & Sanjeevs is one of our favourite places.

Went here last night � the onion bahjis are to die for, lovely curry, lovely staff, what more could you ask for, oh and lovely toilets.

Had a takeaway after receiving good reccomedations and we weren’t disappointed. Good clean food and delicious!!

Top quality tuck! Having just returned from a holiday in India it was interesting to compare the dishes I had there with those at Sanjeev.

Absolutely superb , recommended to us by family and it didn't disappoint. The food is excellent, the ambiance of the restaurant is very relaxing and the service second to none . Can't wait to visit again::))

As per fantastic tasting meal did not want to drink as it cleaned my palate. Defo try the Tawa fish dish folks.

Tried Chicken drums with vegetables from new menu trials. Great food brilliant service , will definitely go Sanjeev's again . Presentation was very good and very tasty food . Atmosphere very nice. This is the best restaurant around. I have been hear so many times and just wouldn't go anywhere else for a truly superb Indian meal. Fantastic choice including the vegetarian choice. Staff are really friendly and efficient. The interior of the restaurant is very stylish but still very comfortable and relaxed environment. Highly recommend.

Sanjeev's food is always good but the time we spent there complements all. Has been delivering the best quality food every single time.

This restaurant serves delicious Indian food with many special dishes. The prices are affordable, and the service is excellent. It's a great place to eat with family or friends. The restaurant is clean, and there's plenty of parking.

Went to Sangeevs last night for a reunion catch up in the VIP area as a table of 8. Wonderful service and food and a great atmosphere until a group of 4 joined us as they had moved from the main restaurant because of the noise? After 20 minutes one of their party asked us to be quiet as he could not have a conversation on his table. I have never met a more arrogant and rude man with an argument that was flawed as they had moved to us. It did not spoil our night as we had finished our lovely meal but the gentleman concerned and his party need to get a takeaway in future and stay in if they want quiet. Note for him that tables of 8 will be louder than tables of 4 when enjoying laughter and company. I would imagine him to be the type of bloke to ask for money of his bill for his inconvenience? What an absolute “Weapon”

The food is proper Indian food - not curry! It is extremely tasty. The service was excellent, as was the presentation of the food. We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal and will definitely be going there again.

Yet another fabulous meal at our favourite Indian Restaurant! We introduced our friends to Sanjeev's tonight and they were won over by the food! The Chilli Chicken has become one of my favourite dishes - especially as they swap the bell peppers for mushrooms (I am allergic to bell peppers)

Food was OK. Portion size was a little on the small side. Staff seemed a little abrupt. It was our first time going and may go again but it's nothing to rush back for.

Glasses and plates had marks on them. I ended up being sick after eating here.

We picked an early 6pm slot with us going for a family meal but we were sat by the entrance / bar which wouldn’t normally be an issue. Just as we were eating our mains there entered a group of circa 15 people all out on a works Xmas do, who were early and congregated around the bar. Unfortunately this was directly behind us, and when I say direct it was so close that they were knocking the coats off our seat and knocking us as we ate. We tried to ignore this but it was clear that these had all been out beforehand and found it normal to shout swearwords as though they were in the local boozer. I asked one of them to keep the swearing down u til our 8/12 year old kids had left but I was given a mouthful back by one of their partners. I fully understand that it’s Xmas and everyone is merry, but come on if you are goi g to allow large drunken groups in your resteranut then make a designated bar area, or at least seat all families away from the bar. This was the first time we had been since moving to the area 3 years ago and we’re all looking forward to it, but won’t be returning. Such a shame. Lovely place, lovely staff, but the desire to make a fortune on a large group, overshadowed keeping new clients happy.

The food was fantastic, staff were amazing, very friendly, couldn't ask for more. Definitely will be going back. I would strongly recommend the restaurant for a very enjoyable evening out.
