Great place to have a quiet drink or a meal. All meals are well prepared and presented. The quality is good and the prices reasonable. Atmosphere is good and the Christmas decorations are absolutely lovely.

First time we have been here and left feeling like old friends ! I cannot fault the place , the curry was fantastic and the staff were friendly, efficient and extremely good at their job ! I really cannot recommend this place enough , the prices are great as well ,we left very happy people 😀 we ll definitely be back 💙

21 Maunders RoadA proper old-fashioned pub. 5 stars for food because lovely Michelle let us order a food delivery and provided plates and cutlery. Highly recommended, especially to any boaters passing on the Caldon Canal.
