Food and service was great. Bizarre experience being in the Spode factory, but totally worth it! Loved the story behind each of the dishes and the oatcake was especially good. Great value also.

I would recommend booking as it's always busy the staff are really friendly and the food is fantastic, from the poppadoms to dessert was absolutely amazing. We will be coming back as it was of the best BAR we have been to in a really long time 5 out of 5;!

The white bap for lunch was dry and tasted like it was on the shelf over the weekend, not good. Seems to be going downhill slightly, some of the new staff are either miserable or do not have a clue on how to make a sandwich.

The Glebe is one of those pubs that brings hospitality back. It has a fantastic selection of Joules cask ales and always a good range of other beers to suit other palettes. Their range of wines is top notch too. The food is something else. To say that it's 'to die for' is an understatement. A wide selection from cheese boards and pork pies to traditional home cooked food, which is available throughout the week until 9pm. The chips are especially gorgeous. During the winter months, there's an open fire, which is delightful. It welcomes well behaved dogs too.
