Brayford's Fresh Foods in Stoke-on-Trent

The white bap for lunch was dry and tasted like it was on the shelf over the weekend, not good. Seems to be going downhill slightly, some of the new staff are either miserable or do not have a clue on how to make a sandwich.

As I use to have a Brayfords before covid it was quite delicious but since I’ve started using them again after covid they have gone down hill the portions are ok but the food is drowning in grease I mean David hassellhoff couldn’t save you’re egg well it’s drowning in its own grease the sausage was that salty it has taken all the saliva out of my mouth and made my throat feel like a piece of sand paper the bread was ok even no it soaked up the egg like sponge Bob does water. I was not impressed so I’m going to award them 1 out of 5

Great food at reasonable prices. Fab range of cakes, cheeses and chutneys. Order for parties as for price not worth doing your own.

I go to brayfords all the time the staff are so friendly and helpful. There fresh baps are so filling and amazing and for me who is fussy about bread nice to know everything in my bap is fresh. Would recommend it to everyone....

Love this shop, formed part of my childhood and I'm still a regular into adulthood. I've never enjoyed a sandwich shop like it, to the point that this is only the third establishment I've given 5*. Always get the fresh salad on the sandwiches, and if you want to pay by card make sure you spend over £5!

Lovely oatcakes, sandwiches and deli counter. Samosas are immense. Only criticism is that the bacon can be a little under done

work only 5 mins away - this place is amazing. always fresh and they make them infront of you, friendly staff and great prices.

Very good selection of wrapped food and hot snacks. I always call in when in the area and I'm pleased to see that standards are kept high.

Service fast and efficient very pleasant staff, and attentive to your lunchtime needs. Great range of choice to ensure that you take out lunch meets your expectations. Cant wait to go back!

This place as been continually superb for donkeys years. The team members over the years ive been going in are always top draw. Sandwichs and Baguettes etc are amazing and well worth the little bit more you pay than a basic sandwich shop

What is up with some of the staff in here??? Whatever you ask is too much and they moan, the girl with the glasses could turn the milk sour. The sandwiches are ok, just normal really, they also sell samosas (for some reason) and a few cakes. Great cheese, but beware, ask for anything other than cheddar and you will feel the full scorn of this girl!!! Shame really as the owner seems a really nice chap who I'm sure would be surprised by her actions.

Ella todavía no corte pan o hacer un sándwich correctamente, lo difícil es poner el abundante en el interior no es tan difícil. Por favor tren o darle un bocadillo no fumador relacionados con su trabajo, ella es una señorita muy amable pero no debería tener que reconstruir antes es comestible.

Siempre me encantó Brayfords, desafortunadamente, tiene una nueva máquina de sandwich (la vieja aves).Esta mujer no saben cómo hacer que un sandwich. Fue doblados en una especie de plaza.Su lechuga es stalky y descuidada, sus destrezas cortan carne requiere pulir.Yo propongo Tracy para esta tarea, porque ella es la mejor máquina de sandwich.

Seriously best sandwiches around. Freshly made to order just how you like em. Far nicer than subway and far better value for money! Highly recommended...

The food is fantastic quality it's just the new woman can not make a sandwich, I think she used to work for greggs all the filling is on the outside you have to reconstruct the sandwich before it's edible.

We order here down at the hospital a lot, and the food is always gorgeous! A nice little lunch time treat! Jacket potatoes are amazing and sandwiches are so soft!

I always come here if I want a "good" excellent value for money lunch! Today was no exception... Ham salad on a white baguette with a little salad cream. I was looking forward to it so much that it didn't even make it to lunchtime!! Think I might treat myself again very very soon!

Went 1 week had the turkey and stuffing Sandwhich absolutely lovely staff were great help went today and had the chicken tikka not the best chicken tikka mix to be honest but bread was lovely salad as well brought a bottle of coke and got a bag of crisp for same price some type of meal deal Al in all lovely food

I've been coming to brayfords for years now, food is wonderful and you get great value for money and the staff are really polite, friendly and helpful, the only slight downfall is they could probably do with a couple more of them. Most times I go in they have a really long queue and the staff are running around and some don't even serve as they are making sandwiches off a list. All in all definitely worth the wait.

The food is absolutley fantastic but the only thing that lets them down from certain staff, you ask for something extra and you get huffs and puffs, and the thing that bugs me the most (not from all the staff) but you ask for a bag and you just get an empty bag thrown at you so you have to stand there with a hand full of change infront of a long queue trying to put your items in the bag.

I like the baps and sandwiches, especially the coronation chicken, chicken tikka and BLT. They are big with lots of fresh salad and the bread is always fresh and soft. It's very busy here so some stuff runs out quickly. The staff are chatty and good fun. Can recommend it for a take away sandwich or bap. It's also a deli / green grocer / local convenience shop so there is a selection of cheeses, meats, bhajis, samosas, fruit, veg, bread, milk, juice, tinned and dried goods so it's very handy indeed.

Best place to visit especially when you're in between visits to the hospital.Quick courteous service.Sandwiches made to order.Good choice of fillings.Coffee available.Forget the supermarket chains and expensive Costas go to Brayfords.

Do not fancy making your own sarnies, Braford butties are varied to cater for all tastes on fab fresh bread made to order.

We order from Brayfords every lunch time and he delivers to us in the hospital. The food is always fresh and they bust a gut to get it to you on time.

Brayford's offers a wide selection of sandwiches and fillers and will pretty much make anything you ask for. Their meal deal at £4 is really good value, offering a drink any sandwich and crisps in the price. Better than a subway any day. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
