The Rabbit Hole Tea Room in Stoke-on-Trent

I went for afternoon tea today with a friend. Staff are really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food is lovely and plentiful, always come away with a doggy bag.

Came here for an amazing afternoon tea with a lovely friend. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Incredible voices of teas and the food was outstanding. Plenty left over for a doggy bag for the family. The aesthetics were so well thought out too. Cannot fault the food or the experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Booked using vouchers for my 40th birthday! Quirky decor and brilliant service from all the staff! Well looked after and great facilities for a newborn. Will 100% be returning and will be recommending to all friends and family! Thanks again to Lee who looked after us during our afternoon tea!

I would highly recommend The Rabbit Home Tea Room. Everything was spot on. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was exceptional and far superior to any other I've had. What really set it apart was the personalized touch: we were able to choose from a variety of sandwiches, baps, scones, and cakes, making it ideal for someone like me who's a bit of a picky eater! The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome. They are incredibly friendly, polite, and always up for a pleasant chat, making the atmosphere even more inviting. They were also very attentive and checked on us multiple times throughout our visit, ensuring we had everything we needed. The entire place was spotless, which added to the overall pleasant experience. They also offer a unique selection of teas, and my personal favourite was the chocolate digestive tea—an absolute must-try! We’ll most certainly be returning.

Amazing Tea Room. I have been going for a number of years now and this in my opinion is the best Tea Room in Stoke on Trent. The food is delicious and Lee and Sarah are brilliant hosts

Amazing. Best afternoon tea I have ever had l and the surroundings are great. I can't wait to go back. Three of us had the standard afternoon tea ( amazing so much food, such good cake and the sweet treats were to die for). My friend had the savoury afternoon tea and wow! Took mum for afternoon tea for her birthday, what an amazing day she had, completely magically, she was completely mesmerised, the food was out of this world and plenty of it, tea on constant refill, the staff were so friendly & chatty they really couldn't do enough for you. We had afternoon tea at The Rabbit Hole and it was absolutely delicious. The girl who served us was very helpful as it was our 1st time and always had a smile when she served us. We've had afternoon tea at other places but this one puts the others to shame.. Fantastic food in this beautiful quirky tea toom and we will most definitely be back. Anybody going here for afternoon tea will not be disappointed, we certainly weren't. Oh,and the raspberry and coconut cake was a definite winner.

Wow - what an amazing find. Such a quirky cafe, every direction you look you see something new and nor a piece of dust or cobweb in sight. So well cared for, as were we. The owner and her husband were so attentive and the food they have hand made was absolutely divine. A HUGE array of quirky teas to chose from as well. One of the best afternoon teas we have ever had!!

We had our wedding reception here ..totally perfect in everyway .. If you love eclectic decor you can just walk straight into the room and love it .. We had an absolutely delightful time at The Rabbit Hole today for afternoon tea. The decor is amazing, a real feast for your eyes. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and having a choice of sandwich fillings and choosing the cakes and scones we specifically wanted was really refreshing and a thoughtful deviation from the norm. All the staff were so lovely and helpful, refilling our beautiful china coffee pot as often as we asked and it seemed nothing was too much trouble, we really felt that they wanted to make sure we had a great experience which we most certainly did!!We will definitely be returning to this jewel in Stoke's crown and I would highly recommend you pop in and sample their gorgeous food, drinks and enjoy the beautiful decor!

The Rabbit Hole Tearoom is amazing, staff are really nice and the food was excellent. We both have various dietary requirements and this place catered for these perfectly, with no issues at all. The staff were very knowledgeable and meticulous when serving the food and the guy who I believe to be the owner was really attentive and helpful. The warm cherry scones were delicious. Could not fault this place at all and will definitely be back sometime soon. Thank you so much, it is good to find somewhere, which caters fully to different dietary requirements and understands the implications, whilst at the same time providing really tasty food.

absolutely amazing experience from the moment we walked through the door. nothing was too much for the team, even when short staffed. fantastic, quality food and a vast selection of teas. And to top it off the birthday girl enjoyed the start of her 90th birthday celebrations. we will definitely be back soon

I rarely leave reviews but I just have to for this place as it was so amazing! Myself and two friends came the other day to do some uni work after hearing about it from a lecturer. We came about midday and hadn’t pre booked. At first the place appeared very full and so we were skeptical about getting a seat. The lovely owner/s cleared a table for us that was not in use that day. All the staff were so so lovely and we all commented how that was the nicest we’ve ever been treated in a cafe! They had lots of vegan options which was wonderful and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food and the atmosphere! Deffo will be back and recommending to others

Myself, my sister and my nan went here for afternoon tea. None of us had been before but had heard amazing things. The food was amazing and such good value for money - we all ended up taking doggy bags home! The staff were so friendly and attentive. Everything was homemade and fresh. Such a lovely place and we will deffo be back!

This absolute gem of a tea room is a must for anyone remotely near Stoke on Trent. The food is amazing. The afternoon tea is so brilliant that we travelled from the other end of the county to have it again but this time we also tried the savoury afternoon tea and this was sublime- the warm homemade quiche was stunning, the homemade sausage rolls were massive and so delicious. There were 3 types of cheese, salad, pickles, crisps, sandwiches, honestly it was a feast ! We can’t recommend this highly enough

The flexibility of the staff to accommodate a takeaway instead of sitting in was so helpful. The food was fresh &tasty. Scones were the best I have tasted in a long time. I highly recommend a visit
