Visited Makslam tonight for the first time...we had the Makslam Special Parmesan, and wow! Absolutely loved it! Loads of food, full of flavours, really enjoyed it! The guy serving me gave me some Spicy Wings as well for free to try, they were delicious! I will definitely go again...very good service! Worth a try! 😁👍🏻 Thank you!

Ordered the stokie box meal and everything was perfect. Chicken burger perfect and mayo was 10/10. Donner meat had little spice to it which I enjoyed and the nacho cheese and chips is the perfect duo, ur missing out if u haven tried that. BBQ wings were nice and the bbq taste was perfect and the drink was perfect to burn all the food. Loved every bit of my meal and definitely worth the money!

Until A month ago burger was delicious and everything was reasonable prices recently they increased the meal deal price even the burger is not like before I don't know what wrong with them I am always addicted to Makslam burgers but recently I disappointed once I receive my order.

Drove 2 and a half hours to try this place after watching a review on TikTok. Amazing food and amazing service. Just what I was expecting. Thank you to the amazing staff, food was exceptional.

Decent food but if you live in a block of flats then avoid at all costs. Driver was arrogant, refused to come upstairs. Overall I'd recommend Aladins up the road 😀

Ordered food on uber and it didn't arrive. We called them and before we even explained the issue They were super rude, they claimed to have called us but hadn't, and said that they left the food outside. They had attitude and were super rude the whole time. Eventually found our food in the rain nowhere near the given address.

Food arrived quickly, however it's under cooked, chips are soggy,the chicken is dry but tasty and the pizza is poor quality ingredients....so bad I threw it away mostly. Overall very disappointing.

Tried these for the first time tonight. We collected and there was just a young lad serving! He was so calme, so pleasant the food was amazing! He did forget my salad but is OK the meat and carbs made up for it haha 😄 😆. Can't wait to try again.

Chips were undercooked, the pizza dough wasnt nice

The smash burger was piping hot full of flavour and juicy the only thing that let it down was chips very soggy and asked for salt but unfortunately none was put on and asked for a pot of mayo but I can’t moan about that as I assume they charge extra for that but over all 9.5

I got a feast box from Makslam when I was eating the burger there was two long pieces of hair I was absolutely disgusted. I do not recommend this place!

The quality of the ingredients isn't good, which is sad because the ideas for the meals are great. The chicken tikka is average quality but lean, however the chicken shawarma atop the loaded fries tastes poor, ligamenty and fatty The nacho cheese sauce didn't fit in with the flavour whatsoever. Chips were undercooked.

Been here a few times now and everytime the food has been delicious! My go to is the peri peri chicken burger or the doner kebab! Both a very good price for the amount of food you get. The staff working there are friendly as always and very welcoming. My favourite takeout spot in Stoke. :D

Absolutely amazing !!!! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed in by 2 lads asking me how my day was. I ordered 2 smash your boy meals yesterday and I must say the lad who was making my burgers did a really good job. burgers was cooked to perfection nice and juicy chips where piping hot when I had got home. As I was inside waiting for my food the 2 lads who was working didn’t let me get bored by having conversations and a little giggle whilst waiting for my food which was made quick and fresh. Thank you to the boys at Macslam definitely will be seeing me more often xxxxx

Used to always go here .Would always buy there smash burgers along with their loaded fries, however stoppped going as the quality of their loaded fries dipped and they kept forgetting certain extras on the food. Today we thought we would give it a go and bought what we used to buy, made sure to tell them not to forget the extra on the food and even called them to double check , the food came burger was amazing as always ,the loaded fries was missing item i had told them about yet again pretty sure this is the 4th time this happened , chips were dry and there was a lack of sauce on there. I wanted to give it a chance again but unfortunately we won't be ordering from here again.

Thank you but is inadmissible, i ordered a bird box without meat and mentioned it in note, and what you think it was with meat and the guy on phone said it wasn’t mentioned on the note and after few calls stopped pick the phone and tried to convince me it is ok. You think this is very unfair, but this can be a good impulse to change something in your service or menu itself

We went to test the tasty of foods there in person and there was a fat guy who welcome at front. His behavior was not acceptable and very harsh and angry mood and don't know how to sepeak to customers.he behaves like we came to take just like asking free food from him. Other guys are very clam and so good . Due to this person,I feel bad and decided not to visit this place again. Foods are good . Customer service is very bad and unpleasant. I am pretty sure, makslam will loose customers future due to this fatty and rude guy.

I had a smash burger and it was delicious. The double pattys were cooked perfectly, house sauce was super tasty and the fried onions were a nice addition. Will definitely be back to try the Smokey Times burger!

Living in bham where so many places to eat burgers and fast food I found myself in Stoke-on-Trent and I went to MAKSLAM. I chose the double smash burger and OMG ot was cooked to perfection with amazing succulent juicy taste. Highly recommend
