It was supposed to come at 21:55 at the latest. It arrived at 22:35. We called the restaurant as it said it had been delivered on the web page, but we definitely didn't have it. The time was updated to 22:40 just as the food finally arrived.

Food arrived soo late! Not happy with the time

Such a shame. Service has normally been good. Not tonight. Food should have arrived at 19.50 it arrived at 21.10. Chips missing and food was cold. Rang the restaurant at 19.55 to make sure order was going be delivered, told they were on with my order now. Rand again at 20.35 after having a notification my order had been delivered to be told the driver was just leaving. I live 10 minutes away and it arrived at 21.10.

Passed through the area and stopped in for takeaway burgers. Glad we did! Super friendly service from the 2 lads, tasty burgers and cheap. Will come back if we ever pass through again. Thanks!!

Couldn’t drop the delivery rating as it’s a Friday it’s a busy day for food businesses but I tell you what me and my partner both said that the chicken burger we had was phenomenal. 100% best chicken burger we’ve had in a LONG time. Thank you

During our recent 6-day holiday in Stoke-on-Trent, we stumbled upon Bun That, and it quickly became a highlight of our trip. This burger joint is nothing short of amazing, offering some of the best smashed burger patties we've ever had. The Classic burger, with its perfectly cooked beef, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, and sweet grilled onions, is to die for. Pair it with their BBQ Chicken for a flavor-packed meal that leaves you wanting more. And let's not forget the amazing Oreo milkshake. Prices at Bun That are reasonable for the quality of food you receive. The only downside? There's not one in Kent. If Bun That ever decides to expand, they would undoubtedly have a customer for life. Until then, we'll have to make do with our memories and look forward to our next visit to Stoke-on-Trent area. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this gem!

The burgers are really good. But unfortunately each time we have ordered something has been missing! They did correct it the first time however it meant we had to wait again while our food went cold. Ive called again today there's no answer on this occasion so i gave up.

Order was incorrect - mushrooms on both burgers when only requested on one (put on 2nd burger instead of onions). Overly salted fries. Disappointed.

Big shout out to Pabs and Matt for todays service. Absolutely amazing meal, this should be rated 6/5 if I could! Matt recommended a amazing smash burger and Pabs gave the right toppings too. The Garlic Ranch was really good. I’ve ate from a lot of places and would definitely say THE BEST SMASH BURGERS OUT THERE! We have ordered a number of times from bun that. And I have to say it’s never failed to impress us! The quality and quantity of the food is excellent, especially for the price. £11-£14 for a decent sized burger, a side of fries and a drink is well worth the price. It’s very clear that a lot of thought went into this company before they opened. The food tastes great, it’s always fresh, never greasy and has always arrived warm. I waited over an hour for my order, then when it finally arrived my hotdog was missing, I phoned the restaurant who said they would send it out. Its been almost an hour and I still havnt recieved the hotdog!

1 hour 30 minute wait for delivery - rang twice to be told it would be ‘any minute’ now yet was an additional 10-15 minutes. Arrived and was the most soggy burger I’ve ever had, couldn’t eat it. Don’t bother

This restaurant is fantastic! The packaging was well done and immaculate. The portions of each meal was perfect and HOT! My kids were so excited to open each section of their meal and I was just as impressed!! The tippy top of the lovely meal was the message in the box to enjoy! Truly the best burger I’ve had in S-o-T. Unfortunately my expectations were way too high because of the ora they have managed to create online. They beef patties were dry and not as juicy as I expected. It was a total disappointment.

I ordered Philly Cheese beef burger with their Algerian and Garlic Mayo topping. It was delicious and mouthwatering 😍 With this little price and amazing taste. I highly Recommend it! Will visit again soon!

Just went inside here today and omg it was amazing I have eaten here before and me and one of my mates had the I'm so high burger which is amazing 10/10 but I went again on my own and had there fries this time let's just say when it comes to seasoning crunch and hotness no where else compares and the customer service is amazing the dude that served me was polite and genuine and I am 100 percent going to go again

I've ordered from here afew times now and yes the burgers are smashed I don't believe it worrents the price. 4 pound extra for chips and a can is alot when others are only 2/3. The burgers are nice enough but lack abit of salt and seasonings.. Overall I do enjoy the food and the service and speed are what gives them a solid 4 but there's definitely afew pointers to be learnt.

We ate here today, and honestly I believe it’s the best smash burger restaurant in Staffordshire- maybe even the world. Both the Korean BBQ and the Classic burger were incredibly delicious. Each burger was juicy and tender, and the Skin on fries paired with a Cajun seasoning and cheese sauce were incredible. I would 1000% recommend you eat here, the customer service was impeccable.

I've eaten here twice now and it's been good both times. The delivery was super fast, and the food was hot and fresh. The first time I had the Philly cheese burger and the 2nd I had the regular cheeseburger. I'm not a huge fan of the burger sauce (it's a bit sweet), but as a self proclaimed ranch enthusiast, the garlic ranch sauce is 10/10. I bet the garlic ranch on the burger instead of burger sauce would be great. I do wish the onions on the burgers were cut a bit smaller (so they don't get kind of stringy), but that's personal preference. The onion rings are very good & the fries are crispy. It might be a tiny bit more expensive than other places, but they do give you cute hand wipes too. It's a solid smash burger and we will definitely eat here again

Been to other burger shops too within Stoke and other cities, however the customer service and most importantly the food was superior at Bun That. The person who took my order helped me with recommendations as I was a bit unsure and didn't disappoint with the suggestion.

Solid burger that is not covered in too much sauce. Good beef taste from the burgers aswel. The loaded fries are nicely loaded and taste very good. The food is packaged very well and include little touches like wet wipes, foil wrapped burger and Qr codes for instagram. Defiantly recommend this place if you looking for a solid burger. Don’t bother any other take away in meir if this is the food your looking for.

Really enjoyed the burger as did my daughter. Loads of choices of added toppings, juicy , good flavour and had the cheese chicken skin on fries too which my mum tried and then got me to order the whole order again for them ! Well done .
