I’ve ordered from here twice now and can honestly say it’s the best burgers and loaded fries I’ve ever had , great value for money, very generous portion sizes . Knock places like smash on Trent out of the water . Definetly strongly recommend if you want a quality smash burger

We’ve just moved locally and this has got to be one of the BEST burgers we’ve possibly ever had! Definitely worth the money, Highly recommend the chicken burgers, halloumi & slaw- all incredible

Amazing food but delivery is the worst in the city.

My favourite place to order from, have tried half the menu. Food always tastes amazing, and the Cajun cage fries are a great decision. One time the order was delayed and we were sent an extra milkshake for compensation. Love u Bun That!

Honestly the best place we’ve ever had, I don’t leave reviews but these guys are actually amazing. You will never taste food like it! Keep it up guys

We have had no issues with this takeaway until tonight. My partner ordered for us tonight at approximately 9pm, expected delivery was 9.45pm latest. At 10.05pm when the food still wasn't here, he requested an update. We were notified that the courier was on their way and the Just Eat app updated to say 3-4 minutes but a couple of minutes later we got an update from the restaurant to say it would actually be another 10 minutes. The food finally arrived at 10.27pm, 42 minutes late and no apology or explanation for the late delivery. We only live a 5 minute drive away so we're very disappointed it took this long to get to us particularly with no updates as it couldn't have left the restaurant until after it was due to be delivered. The only saving grace was that the food was still the same great quality we are used to.

The food is so good. Both smashed burgers and the chicken burger was so good and filling. The chicken burger was a really good size and filling and really crunchy which I love. They give a good portion of chips as well. And add cute small extra sweets in the bag which is very kind. Definitely recommend!!! First time I ordered it arrived before expected within 20-30 minutes and the other two times I placed an order it arrived later than expected. The food is great just need to work on your delivery problems

Cmon guys... Your food is great but delivery is a BIG issue... We waited nearly 2 hours for 3 burgers... Sort it out because there are numerous places that are just as good / better, and they always deliver on-time. Being told our order is 65% ready after 1 hour and 30 mins is a pi** take.

I've ordered tonight for the first ever time, after many good reviews from my work colleagues and gotta say the food is to die for!! Polite workers and hot and on time.

Bun that were having difficulty with payment. After an hour trying to order we were sent a payment link. We didn’t use the link as takeaway food should be easy. That’s why we choose that option over cooking for ourselves. Bun that tried to send a link that we never received. So after a while I said to my wife this is too much like hard work for a quick meal. We didn’t use the link as time was passing for a Sunday night so we ordered a Chinese. Low and behold the Bun that order came even though we hadn’t even used the link or payed. When we rang Bun that we were told” I assumed you would pay so sent it out. I told the employee sorry but we’ve ordered from somewhere else now. To then be told it’s not there problem. So after ordering at 19:00, food turned at 21:00, along with our Chinese order. Bun that then demanded we pay as. It was our fault for not canceling the order. Avoid this place. Nice food, but there organising and professionalism could do with a bit of a look at. Normal delivery time for our last orders was over an hour

Too Good!!! Can Something Be Too Good??? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Yes It Can!!! My Kids are ordering from here every other day!!! They drive 8 miles / 20 mins each way to pickup their Burgers. They Love these Burgers. My Children are experts, they will happily drive 50 miles / 1 hour 15 minutes each way for a good BeefBurger/Cheeseburger Restaurant/Takeaway!!! So something this "Close" to home is a dream for them!!! Ordered them to cut down!!! "Bun That" please, please, please lower your standards, my Children may start to look like Cheeseburgers!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Great place for burgers at a decent price, but the big downside is their timing—it’s a real letdown. Every time we visit, there’s an extremely long wait. A 1-hour wait for two takeaway burgers is far too long, even for a restaurant. It feels really unorganized, and they definitely need to sort this mess out. That being said, the food itself is great. The burgers are always fresh, hot, and taste amazing when we finally get them. If they could fix the wait times, this place would be fantastic. For now, it’s good food, but prepare to be patient!

So frustrating as the food is so goood! But expect delays and your order to be a bit on the colder side. They are extremely busy so get your orders in early to avoid disappointment.

Took 1.5 hours from the time of order, and when the burger arrived it was a mess. There was no point using a bun, it became very soggy and was very messy to eat. Not enjoyable at all

Don’t bother !! We tried online and nothing would happen as it kept on crashing. So we tried by phone as they prefer cash . Staff were friendly when spoken too . We waited for over 40 minutes after our delivery should have been delivered!! No order , no delivery!! Cancelled order !! I do not recommended this company!! Please don’t bother !

Ordered from here a couple times, tried both a chicken burger and beef. Both delicious. Don't mind the wait for the delivery as the food is really good. Little more expensive than other places but really is worth the extra.

Ordered from uber eats on a friday night, arrived about an hour and 15 minutes later but 100% worth the wait. All 3 burgers we ordered were amazing, the fries were some of the best ive had and the garlic ranch was a really good sauce. milkshakes are a good size and really good too. would definitely order again but would make sure to order a little bit earlier next time!

I reallt enjoyed the smash burgers with beef bacon. However, the highlight for me was the chicken burgers and chicken salad. It was only a 25mins drive from alton towers. A great option for many when staying at Alton towers.

I’ve tried every song burger place in stoke and surrounding areas but hands down I’ve got to say Bun That by far is the best their toppings beef and chicken are fresh and you can literally taste the freshness and the Honey glazed halloumi is to die for!!

It was supposed to come at 21:55 at the latest. It arrived at 22:35. We called the restaurant as it said it had been delivered on the web page, but we definitely didn't have it. The time was updated to 22:40 just as the food finally arrived.

This place costs me a fortune and i DO NOT regret it 🤣 awesome food every time. A very busy place so sometimes you may have to wait for delivery but it never fails to satisfy the stomach. Such good scran, chick loaded fries are class🤘🏻

Ordered on Uber Eats, delivery took longer than expected… about 1hr 15, on a Friday night. Burger was delicious tho and would definitely have one again. I had ordered Cajun fries but they seemed to be just regular skin on fries. Halloumi was decent.. kinda what you expect. Also came with a cheesecake but saving that for tomorrow. Overall very nice food, just delivery time took a bit long.

Such a shame. Service has normally been good. Not tonight. Food should have arrived at 19.50 it arrived at 21.10. Chips missing and food was cold. Rang the restaurant at 19.55 to make sure order was going be delivered, told they were on with my order now. Rand again at 20.35 after having a notification my order had been delivered to be told the driver was just leaving. I live 10 minutes away and it arrived at 21.10.

Passed through the area and stopped in for takeaway burgers. Glad we did! Super friendly service from the 2 lads, tasty burgers and cheap. Will come back if we ever pass through again. Thanks!!

During our recent 6-day holiday in Stoke-on-Trent, we stumbled upon Bun That, and it quickly became a highlight of our trip. This burger joint is nothing short of amazing, offering some of the best smashed burger patties we've ever had. The Classic burger, with its perfectly cooked beef, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, and sweet grilled onions, is to die for. Pair it with their BBQ Chicken for a flavor-packed meal that leaves you wanting more. And let's not forget the amazing Oreo milkshake. Prices at Bun That are reasonable for the quality of food you receive. The only downside? There's not one in Kent. If Bun That ever decides to expand, they would undoubtedly have a customer for life. Until then, we'll have to make do with our memories and look forward to our next visit to Stoke-on-Trent area. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this gem!

The burgers are really good. But unfortunately each time we have ordered something has been missing! They did correct it the first time however it meant we had to wait again while our food went cold. Ive called again today there's no answer on this occasion so i gave up.

The quality and quantity of the food is excellent, especially for the price. £11-£14 for a decent sized burger, a side of fries and a drink is well worth the price.
