The best restaurants in Hanford and Trentham Stoke-on-Trent West Midlands

What a treat it was to visit this wonderful little stall. Lydia, the lady who served us was lovely and friendly and took the time to explain how the gelatos are made. I tried a few and they were delicious. The banana is so flavoursome but my favourite has to be the raspberry. As we had already eaten we didn’t get to try the artisan breads an coffees, but there will be a next time! Well worth a visit. 😊

Amazing use of a retired police station, quirky and individual! Great selection of draught ales etc and everything else. Cosy atmosphere and doggos are welcomed happily. We were able to visit on foot, I understand there’s very little parking as a word of advice though.

Today was my wife's 70th Birthday. The Pods at Trentham was an amazing venue. We booked the Pod with Emma and the process was easy and straightforward. Emma was very professional. The food was very good and worth every penny. All our guests enjoyed every morsel. The service was exceptional and a credit to the Pods was Arisotle. Aris was outstanding and exceeded beyond the call of duty. We will definitely book the Pods again and would highly recommend.

Great cakes and coffee, main meals. We would definitely recommend their menu to all. Great credit to them. Lovely setting, lovely Greek atmosphere. Definitely on our eating establishment list when visiting the Trentham Estate. Recommend.

Loved the masala fish 😋😋 i’ll recommend it to try every one will love this and they also got good milkshakes and the chips are too good to have. Amazing customer service by the lad named iffy. Definitely visiting again.

Great food Friendly staff Good value

I rarely leave negative reviews because I’m fairly easy going but this place tested that patience I’m afraid. The food is average but that’s not my issue, it’s the shockingly appalling levels of customer service. I can forgive a lack attentiveness which they have in abundance but all the staff here are rude and obnoxious. I’d expect friendlier service if I was in prison asking for a medium rare cut of fillet steak with a smothering of Diane sauce.

We had an absolutely fantastic curry from here this evening. The Chicken Tikka Massala was amongst the best I've ever tasted. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all at Oh!!!India

Very disappointed with my recent visit here. Had to wait a very long time for our drinks,had to wait even longer for starters & then there was an even longer wait for our mains. The reason is because this restaurant prioritises online orders. Time & again Deliveroo or Ubereats people were coming in to collect orders that were all stacked up in the kitchen area. Meanwhile the people in the restaurant who had gone out if their way to come here were made to wait. Several people around us complained,nobody seemed to be happy & everyone just looked fed up with the poor service. You need to do better & whoever is managing this place needs to step up & put the people sat in the restaurant first!

Almost £50 for 3 hot drinks, 1 burger, 1 pork roll, and some chips is not the worst of it. The staff failed to take the order correctly, it took close to an hour to arrive at the outdoors table, (inside not wheelchair accessible), staff on duty were friendly, but had no leadership so were seemingly all over the place. Of the 5 parasol areas outside, only one had a working patio heater. Very disapointing and can't see us every returning, plenty of other choices nearby.

Great staff and a good selection of drinks too. A very popular local bar and always a pleasure to visit. Only a stone throw from Trentham Gardens too.
