The best restaurants in Whitchurch North Shropshire West Midlands

My hubby and I have been coming here for years now. Approx monthly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been going for so long now they know what we want before we do! My favourite thing is cheese/onion on toast in the winter and cheese/onion sandwich in the summer as I can't get enough of the local Belton Farm cheese. Being vegetarian there isn't a lot of choice but I do so love cheese. Sometimes on a Saturday in the summer it can get very busy, but staff are quick and efficient clearing tables and taking orders. Long may Walkers Bakery and Cafe reign.

Called in for a relaxing Saturday breakfast. Food lovely and hot. Staff lovely but a special mention to Freya, a very friendly and helpful young lady. 🙂🙂

I can't give a good rating chips were too greasy, 3 hairs looked like from a beard in the chips, service was fast but ended up not eating my fish n chips, never returning, disappointed

4th visit this year, cant fault any of the meals we have had. Very welcoming staff. Meals have included special curry, sweet n sour chicken, beef in black bean sauce, chow mein, fried rice.

The food is fantastic.And stuff is absolutely brilliant.Overall fears.Is I just loved it?And the failure of the price is worse for spectacular

Get our food regularly here. We have tried many Indian restaurants and takeaways but none have been as good as the food here. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a takeaway from here on Saturday. First time we have used the railway spice and the food was simply amazing. Will be coming again!

My wife and I went to Thai vintage one freezing cold evening in February. The warm welcome immediately lifted out spirits. Service was very friendly and attentive and the robot was an amusing addition !! We had a starter and main course each. Both of which were very nice. Thoroughly recommend you try this place

Sorry bit one of the worst chinese meals I've ever tasted. Special fried rice was a bowel of slop with an omelette on top and the capital ribs were more like ribs in sweet and sour sauce. I know every chinese cooks differently but come on this was a disaster in a dish. Will not be ordering from here again. Delivery guy wasn't the best 😕

We have had lunch here many times over the last years and have previously reviewed The BB but feel that it deserves another shout-out. Yesterday, for example, lovely well-cooked food and delivered hot which we do like. A characterful building so plenty to look at and admire. The staff are a delight and you can have a bit of banter with the regulars at the bar if you so wish. Thoroughly recommend. Oh, almost forgot to say that the place is absolutely spotless. Even the plants are dust-free!

Coffee like drinking cup of hot water coffee very weak, hot chocolate very weak, expensive hot water

Had a takeaway from here tonight. Delivered when it arrived it was cold. Also came with no chips. Very poor will never order again from here

Nice, easy to access, clean, quiet, spaces available in the car park.
