Not for the first time we were made to feel an inconvenience, toilets closed off as they had been cleaned at 715pm , we ordered and were told they were closing in 20mins ....I said I thought they closed at 8pm ? . I get staff want to go home but customer service is still valid whatever the time.

Awful experience. 3 young useless persons passing for staff, hanging round even though there are tons of dirty tables and uncollected dirty cups. I was asked if I was 'staying in" for my cappucino although I said yes it was served in a paper cup. Then, my 2nd coffee(in a cup) after I had just carried it back to my table, bubbles settled, I only had half a cup of coffee so had to ask for a 3rd cup which thankfully was better. I like Starbucks but this venue is not the best

It was only 5pm but the staff had already cleaned up the cake section (and just had what remained in boxes on the top unlabelled). When me and my family selected one the sarcasm we received when we got the names wrong was rather childish from the staff. All our drinks were also served in takeaway cups despite us seating in... The staff seemed to keen on cleaning up to go when it was no where near closing time. There also seemed to be one staff member monitoring the toilets and cleaning up after every visit. A very disappointing customer experience.

Ordered 2 cappacinos through the drive through one came with a cardboard sleeve the other drink didn't which burnt my hand when I asked could I have a cardboard sleeve the the young boy told me your not entitled to one as,it's not classed as a very hot drink! Wow I was speechless very rude where as the young girl who gave me the first cappacino a cardboard sleeve she put on the drink. Customer service training definitely needed, Health and Safety?

What a horrible experience. To start driving into a drive thru store for the drive thru to be closed which when entering the building seemed for no reason. Then to have a gentlemen offer no welcome but a “what’s your order” when my partner asked about a particular drink receiving a sarcastic comment in response. After finally taking my order whilst stood waiting we witnessed the female assistant flirting with two men whilst ignoring other customers who then had to question their orders. When our orders were ready they were simply shoved at us and not a warm goodbye or thank you for coming. This was simply disgusting and the lack of customer service appalling. Welldone Starbucks you should be really proud (sarcasm).

Really disappointed, stopped for a drive through on route out for my husband's birthday for a treat. Firstly they refused to accept my husbands military discount card so we paid nearly £10 for two drinks that took longer than they should have to make and when we did finally get them the order was wrong. We ordered our usual, 2 caramel macchiatos, 1 large, 1 small with almond milk. The large came out as an iced drink? And was not at all sweet/no caramel and the small with almond milk just tasted of chemical sweetener so neither of us drank our drinks. I did say that's not what we ordered when handed the iced drink but the cashier just looked at me blankly and my husband (not wanting to make more of a fuss after the discount being denied) said it's fine he would just drink it, this was before we knew how horrible it tasted. Complete waste of time and money and not the first time this particular Starbucks has gotten the order wrong. Again, really very disappointed.

Can't complain about the coffee we ordered. It was the usual Starbucks we liked. The problem was with the service. We used the drive thru. You don't expect Starbucks drive thru to be particularly fast as they have to make coffee which isn't a fast thing to do. On this occasion it was incredibly slow. Again you can forgive this as the shop can get pretty busy... It wasn't. Once we had placed our order we eventually got to the window where we waited, and waited. Probably about 5 minutes before the person serving came over to take our money. They then gave us drinks we didn't order and we had to call them back to the window twice before they answered and came back. They were busy chatting, not serving inside. Another 5 minutes pass with drivers behind shaking their heads before we eventually get the correct order. Customer service is definitely not a priority here .

Shocking service. Run by children with attitude! Throw your coffee at you, badly made and don’t you dare ask them to remake a drink. Love Starbucks and have visited many across the globe. Will definitely not be coming back until the manager actually acknowledges how bad the service is and does something about it!

What terrible service! Young kids thinking they're running the cafe from Friends, chatting away, no acknowledgement that you've even joined the queue let alone next in line. Stood waiting for nearly ten minutes just to be asked what we wanted. Go to Starbucks if you think it's cool and can afford overpriced coffee. If you're after a decent drink head elsewhere

I do visit here regularly but simply because it's the nearest starbucks to me which is my coffee preference. However, it does leave a little to be desired in terms of tidiness, cleanliness and stock. A number of times they've run out of Venti sized cups... really ??? Tables always have cups, plates etc still on them, so customers have to move them if they want to sit at a particular table. Floors full of crumbs, used napkins. There are a couple of the staff members that are really good but then some that literally if they have no customers to serve, just stand around, no tidying up or arranging stock/shelves. Some staff should also smarten up a bit, after all you are serving food and drink. Needs a bit of a freshening up and some staff training.

Honestly I wasn't impressed with this Starbucks. Not much smiling behind the counter and the toilets were absolutely shocking.. not sure when they were last cleaned but the water stains everywhere suggested a long long time ago. Couple that with faulty hand dryers 🙄. It's a shame, most Starbucks are clean and welcoming.. this one has some catching up to do.

I couldn't believe this was Starbucks. The coffee was great and the fruit bread as good as normal but there it ends. The sink was filthy and the work surface had coffee spills everywhere. Most tables had signs of crumbs still on them, used pots left and a quick look under the condiment area / bins showed signs of weeks of rubbish untouched by brush and shovel. Come on Starbucks, it wasn't just the staff on duty, the place wants sorting.

Love Starbucks coffee but I am feeling that the prices really are getting high now and as much as I love it I am thinking 3.5 stars might be better for this reason. I have to say most Starbucks are reasonably clean and the coffee is 99%of the time highly enjoyable but harsh on the bank if visiting regularly.

First and last time in this particular store. Staff assumed I was taking out, had to ask to have my drinks in cups. Tea bag left in my tea for 20 secs, had to ask for another tea bag so I could taste the tea. Stood at counter for 2-3 minutes before being asked if I wanted to be served. Hot choc was luke warm. Worst Starbucks I've ever been in.

Three weeks on the trot we spent £50-70 each week every week the order was wrong, each time I called and complained they blamed it on me saying I didn’t order what I had in fact ordered, today I ordered( amongst other things) a chicken chow mein, I checked the order it was read back to me, I asked him to check it again as we had had two bad experiences he checked it and said it was correct in front of me. Got home to find a special chow mien ( we don’t like pork or prawns) I called and explained that yet again it was wrong they said I ordered a special chow mien ( a dish I have never heard of) I heard them in the background whilst I was on the phone saying I had checked it and it was right and that basically I was the problem , reluctantly they offered to deliver the chow mien ( we live 20 minutes away so all the other meals would be cold) they didn’t offer to refund me for the meal we didn’t get and the special chow mien was binned . Never going again as they’ve done this three times and instead of apologising they blamed me for their mistakes, never offered a refund for food we didn’t get and spoiled our family night repeatedly- just be aware, my advise to to take everything out of the bag and check it yourselves! Just to add insult to injury the food that we did eat was bland and the chips were dry - not good at all
